        Mineralization is an important biological process for conversion of organic nitrogen (N) to inorganic N which can be used by plants directly. To investigate the effect of different manures on soil mineralization, the soil amended with cattle (CtM), goat (GM), chicken manure (ChM) and pig slurry (PS) were incubated under in vitro condition and ammonium N (NH4 +-N), ammonification rate and ammonia emission were determined for eighty-four days. NH4 +-N was the highest in PS-amended soil for the whole experimental period. NH4 +-N in PS-amended soil was gradually decreased until day 84, whereas it was rapidly decreased for the first 14 days and then slightly increased until 84 days in ChM-, CtM- and GM-amended soil. The ammonification rate showed negative value for the first 14 days in all treatments. From day 14, ammonification rate started to increase in CtM- and ChM-amended soil, whereas it was maintained in GM- and PS-amended soil until day 84. The daily ammonia emission was the highest in PS-amended soil (41mg kg-1 d-1), followed by CtM-, ChM-, and GM-amended soil at day 1. It was gradually decreased until day 84 in all treatments. The total NH3 emission was the highest in PS-amended soil with 0.6 mg kg-1 for 84 days, while less than 0.1 mg kg-1 in three other plots. These results indicate that different manures showed different soil ammonification rate and NH3 emission.

        오늘날, 해상화물 운송주선인은 해상운송 시장 내 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 그 의 업무 범위도 많이 변화되어, 화주와 운송업자 간의 연결 뿐만 아니라 많은 업무를 수행하고 있는데, mere agent, contracting carrier 및 performing carrier 등의 업무를 수행하면서 여러 가지 법적 문제가 발생 할 수 있다. 이러한 배경 을 바탕으로 중국최고법원은 해상화물 운송주선인의 분쟁의 재판에 관한 법규 를 제정하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 이 법규를 소개하고 해상화물 운송주선인의 정의 및 법적 책임, 운송 서류의 송달 지연, FOB 조건 하에서의 운송 서류의 송달, 화물의 멸실 및 훼손의 고지 및 해상화물 운송주선에 관한 분쟁의 시효 및 관할권에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

        Coniopterygidae is the fourth largest group of Neuroptera. There are currently 23 genera and 560 species recorded in the world. They have a tiny-sized body, and their wings are covered with whitish wax powder. In Korea, only one species, Semidalis aleyrodiformis has been recorded in Coniopteryginae. Recently we collected two additional species, each belonging to Spiloconis and Coniocompsa in Aleuropteryginae. In this poster, Spiloconis sexguttata and Coniocompsa postmaculata are newly recorded in Korea. Morphologically Spiloconis sexguttata has reddish colored body with some flagella segments black while Coniocompsa postmaculata has blackish pattern on forewing. We provide brief descriptions, photos of adults and male genitalia and DNA barcode sequences based the specimens examined.

        Two species of the genus Herpetogramma Ledere are reported for the first time from Korea: Herpetogramma licarsisalis (Walker) and Herpetogramma stultalis (Walker). The larvae of H. stultalis are well known pest of Achyranthes aspera. Also H. licarsisalis important pest of turf and some other grass crops in Hawaii, Australasia, and Southeast Asia. The description, host plants, adult photographs, and pictures of male and female genitalia are provided.

        Antioxidant packaging have been investigated for a very long time, since lipid oxidation may cause a lot of quality problems which are not just on lipids but also to other components of food during storage and transportation. Lipid oxidation of packaged food can be by partly excluded by adding antioxidants to the packaged food, however, in order to make sure sustain release of antioxidant in a relatively long term and avoid food safety problems concerned by consumers, controlled release antioxidant active packaging, on the basis of active packaging, has been introduced and investigated. Controlled release packaging (CRP) means that active compounds release from packaging materials in a controlled manner which offers a prolonged delivery of active compounds at predictable and reproducible release rate. This study focuses on three subject in regard to the realized methods of controlled release of antioxidants in food packaging, which include encapsulation of active compounds with a mesoporous matrix, modification of structure and composition of multilayer film, and preparation of hydrogel bio-based packaging polymers.

        With the development of marketing, time-temperature indicator (TTI) is applied to monitor the storage temperature and time to predict the shelf-life of food by irreversible color change. This study mainly focused on developing the solid-type enzymatic time temperature indicator as a first exploration on printable TTI. It was based on the phenomenon that starch would change its color into blue when meets iodine, and the hydrolysis of enzyme make the color turn to colorless gradually. Combining the microencapsulation technology to immobilize enzyme, several TTIs with different formulas were achieved, and hopefully to be applied on different foods, whose storage temperature is 4 and their shelf-life could be 5-6 days. Chilled pork meat was chosen as an indicating target to figure out a suitable specific TTI by activation energy comparing and lasting time matching.

        Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), known as the ‘economic’ NATO Agreement dominated by the United States, will impose profound influence on the politics, economy, society and intellectual property system in China. There are deep-seated reasons why the US are extremely active to make TPP signed and why China is ruled out in the course of the negotiations. Since China has entered into the WTO, the domestic and international market is closely related, and TPP must have significant impact on China’s international market. With regard to the influence, China shall take efficient measures to cope with, including: dealing with issues appropriately regarding its economic sovereignty, based on its own situations, promoting of negotiations on free trade agreement, keeping on improving the hard and soft power in intellectual property, fully taking advantages of “the Belt and Road Strategy” and exploring new market; and getting ready for constant adaptation to TPP rules and the like.

        Taguchi’s experimental design was employed in the melt spinning of molten mesophase pitch to produce carbon fibers. The textures of the obtained carbon fibers were radial with varied crack angles, as observed by scanning electron microscopy and polarized optical imaging. The diameter, crack angle, preferred orientation, and tensile modulus of the produced samples were examined to investigate the influence of four spinning variables. The relative importance of the variables has been emphasized for each characteristic. The results show that thicker carbon fiber can be obtained with a smaller entry angle, a higher spinning temperature, a reduced winding speed, and an increased extrusion pressure. The winding speed was found to be the most significant factor in relation to the fiber diameter. While it was observed that thicker carbon fiber generally shows improved preferred orientation, the most important variable affecting the preferred orientation was found to be the entry angle. As the entry angle decreased from 120° to 60°, the shear flow was enhanced to induce more ordered radial alignment of crystallite planes so as to obtain carbon fibers with a higher degree of preferred orientation. As a consequence, the crack angle was increased, and the tensile modulus was improved.

        Composite resins are developed as restorative materials to improve esthetics and mechanical properties. To improve the physical properties of resin material, resin filler have to be added. However, no imaging method is adopted for resin filler distribution. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a optical imaging technique to delineate microscopic structures within biological tissue. The OCT application to dental composites resin and its filler is not described yet. So, this new and advanced optical method is needed for clinical application for evaluation of dental composite resin. To analyze the spatial distribution of dental composite resin and to evaluate the resin restoration in cavity, frequency domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) was used for their analysis. Resin restored tooth was prepared. For morphological observation, serially sectioned teeth, conventional X-ray taking and micro computed-tomography (CT) images were compared with OCT images. The experiment has done to evaluate the success of the resin restoration using 3 dimensional structure OCT image. In this research, OCT is evaluated as a new technique to image resin restoration. The evaluation of resin restored tooth was performed by OCT. Inappropriate restoration such as marginal adaptation, large porosities, internal integrity and poor contour could be detected. Resin filler also could be checked by OCT. The distribution, number, regularity and size of resin filler can be differentiated from several commercial products. Considering the characteristics of the OCT, it can be used to evaluate the defects of resin restoration, resin filler distribution, and internal integrity between resin material and tooth structure. The OCT can be considered to be a new and advanced method for the evaluation of resin restorations.

        This research examines the impact of CRM capabilities and marketing effectiveness and the role of intervening variables Interactive Marketing Implementation (IMI) as mediator, in the context of wireless telecommunication industry in Indonesia. Differ from prior research that often see CRM capability in technological perspective per se, this research uses a holistic perspective toward CRM capabilities that comprises three dimensions of capability that is complementary to each other: (1) technological capability, as a data processing instrument to support marketing activities; (2) operational capability, to support firms collecting past customer transaction information, demographics, psychographics, media and channel preferences; and (3) strategic capability, to embrace the implementation of relationship management strategies throughout the whole organization. To cover phenomena in the digital economy, this study deploys a three-part typology of interactive marketing, according to ways of interacting with new media; (1) relational-based, (2) content-based, and (3) interface-based.

        This research explored how experiencing a country’s cultural heritage influences consumers’ authenticity evaluation of its luxury brands. It showed authenticity was culturally constructed and perception was influenced by marketing means selectively exposing the consumers to different brand attributes. It contributes to transcultural research by linking cultural attributes to brand authenticity attributes.
