본 논문에서는 철근콘크리트 구조물과 같이 강성저감으로 인해 낮은 에너지 소산능력을 갖는 구조물의 제진성능을 비선형시간이력해석을 통해 조사하였다. 원구조물은 modified Takeda 이력모델을 갖는 단자유도시스템으로 이상화하였고, 완전탄소성 모델로 이력감쇠장치를 모델링하였다. 수치해석결과의 통계를 기초로 등가선형화에 의한 제진응답 평가의 적용성을 검증하였고, 제진보강 구조물의 응답예측을 위한 경험식을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 등가선형화를 통한 변위응답 평가보다는 본 연구에서 제시한 경험식을 이용하여 요구연성도를 추정하는 것이 더 정확하다. 경험식에서 얻어진 적정 감쇠기 항복강도는 완전탄소성시스템에 대한 최적 항복강도와는 상당한 차이를 가진다. 획득 가능한 연성도 저감효과는 원구조물의 고유주기가 짧을수록, 지진의 상대적 강도가 약할수록 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

연구지역의 지형은 해안과 인접한 소규모의 곡저평야에 속한다. 이 곡저평야는 낮은 구릉지 사이 개석된 곳에 충적물이 매적되어 형성되었다. 본 연구에서는 탄소안정동위원소비 분석과 토양유기탄소 분석을 이용하여 과거의 기후환경 복원을 시도하였다. I 시기(약 6,600±60 yr B.P.-5,350±60 yr B.P.)는 전반적으로 온난하고 습윤한 기후환경이었으나, 건습변화에 있어서는 약건조(또는 약습윤)→습윤의 미변화가 감지된다. II 시기(약 5,350±60 yr B.P.-2,200 yr B.P.)는 현재와 비슷한 온난습윤한 기후환경을 나타낸다. 4,720±60 yr B.P.와 4,210±50 yr B.P. 사이는 전체 퇴적층 중 가장 습윤했던 것으로 파악된다. 4,210±50 yr B.P. 이후에는 점차 습윤에서 약습윤(또는 약건조)환경으로 이행하는 과정이 나타난다. III 시기(약 2,200 yr B.P.-210±60 yr B.P.)는 앞선 두 시기와 확연히 구분되며, 약습윤(또는 약건조)의 기후환경을 나타낸다.

The paper presents investigations on to which degree the sinking speed of longlines is influenced by type of bait, bait sinking orientations and anchor weights. The main aim of this study is to obtain further insight in the ocean current displacement phenomena in demersal longlining. The sinking speed is one of the main factors deciding the current displacement. In an ongoing project, sinking speed experiments with longlines with 6 kg and 10 kg anchor weights have been carried out in the Trondheim fjord. The longlines used in the first experiments were rigged without bait and hook. The results of these experiments with two different anchor weights have revealed only a slight difference in the sinking speed, except for the part near to the anchors, even though the sinking speed of longlines in general is supposed to be much influenced by the anchor weights. The reason for the obtained result is supposed to be that the experiments have been carried out at relative shallow waters. Further studies have included bait sinking experiments in the flume tank. The experiments showed that the drag coefficient of "fillet type (flat)" bait varied from 0.763 to 1.735, while it for "elliptic type" bait varied from 0.62 to 1.483. Other activities have included calculation of the sinking speed of longlines as a function of the established resistance coefficients of bait of various shape and size for commercial longlining. The calculated sinking speed of a longline with the fillet type bait was found to be 12.4 to 16.5% lower than for a longline without bait.

Hexagonal barium ferrite () nano-particles have been successfully fabricated by spraypylorysis process. precursor solutions were synthesized by self-assembly method. Diethyleneamine (DEA) surfactant was used to fabricate the micelle structure of Ba-DEA complex under various DEA concentrations. powders were synthesized with addition of Fe ions to Ba-DEA complex and then fabricated powders by spray-pyrolysis process at the temperature range of . The molar ratio of Ba/DEA and heat-treatment temperatures significantly affected the magnetic properties and morphology of powders. powders synthesized with Ba/DEA molar ratio of 1 and heat-treated at showed the coercive forces (iHc) of 4.2 kOe with average crystal size of about 100 nm.

2000년 이후 공연입장료 매출은 매년 10% 이상의 성장세를 유지하고 있다. 단일문화산업으로 보면 현재 시장 규모가 엄청나다고 할 수는 없지만 잠재력은 무한하다. 근래 공연마케팅을 둘러싼 환경변화가 생겼는데 인터넷이라는 획기적인 매체가 보편화 되면서 공연 산업 분야에 커다란 변동이 일어나게 된다. 현재 공연관련 웹사이트가 많이 생겨나서 온라인 예매서비스의 질은 나날이 향상되어 가고 있으나 예매 외에 사이트 자체에서 공연만을 다루고 있는 웹사이트는 수도 적고, 질적으로도 좋은 성과를 거두지 못하고 있다. 위와 같은 이유로 본 연구에서는 '온라인 공연사이트 활성화'를 주제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 정보제공, 편리성, 구전, 할인율, 이벤트의 요인이 활성화와 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻었다.

This study was conducted to aid in the development of the optimal recipe for chocolate with fermented and aged garlic extract (Allium sativum var. pekinense). We added garlic extract in order to increase the nutritional value of the chocolate. The optimal sensory composite recipe was determined, following Central Composites for chocolate with different levels of fermented and aged garlic extract (A) and cream (B), while analysis was performed by Response Surface Methodology, from the date that the sensory evaluation was performed. Ten experimental recipes, including 2 reference points in the composition, were selected. The compositional and functional properties were measured, and physical and sensory values were applied to the mathematical models. Perturbation plots showed the influence of each ingredient on the final product. Measurements showed significant values in lightness, sweetness, pH, hardness and cohesiveness, while sensory measurements showed significant values in color, texture, sourness, bitterness and overall quality. The optimum formulations were calculated by numerical and graphical methods, as being 34.61g fermented and aged garlic extract and 72.68g cream for each 200g chocolate. As well it was revealed that the aptitude of chocolate was more influenced by fermented garlic extract than it was by cream.

The ultrafine titanium carbonitride () particles below 100 nm in mean size, including various carbon and nitrogen contents (x=0.55~0.9, y=0.1~0.5), were successfully synthesized by new Mg-thermal reduction process. Nanostructured sub-stoichiometric titanium carbide () particles were initially produced by the magnesium reduction of gaseous at and post heat treatments in vacuum were performed for 2 hrs to remove residual magnesium and magnesium chloride mixed with . Finally, well C/N-controled phases were successfully produced by nitrification heat treatment under normal gas atmosphere at for 2 hrs. The values of purity, mean particle size and oxygen content of produced particles were about 99.3%, 100 nm and 0.2 wt.%, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of radiation safety supervision in animal clinics using quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of diagnostic X-ray units. The surveys for QA/QC, equipment condition, and safety supervision were carried out in 18 animal clinics randomly. The QA/QC included reproducibility of dose exposure, kVp, mAs, collimator accuracy test, collimator luminance test, X-ray view box luminance test, grounding system equipment test and external leakage current test. As a result, 44.44% of reproducibility of dose exposure was proper, 81. 25% of kVp test was good, and 100% of mAs test was appropriate. Also, 66.66% of collimator accuracy test was proper, 61.11% of collimator luminance test was good, 53.13% of X-ray view box luminance test was suitable. In addition, only 5.55% of grounding system equipment and ground resistance was proper, 63.64% of external leakage current test was appropriate in grounding system equipment test.

국내 게임산업은 세계 수준과 어깨를 나란히 할 수 있도록 많은 발전을 이룩하였다. 하지만 발전에만 급급한 나머 지 산업에 의한 사회적 영향에 대해서는 많이 소홀이 해왔다. 게임 역기능으로 인해 자살, 살인 등의 범죄가 일어났 고, 게임 중독 및 아이템 현금거래 등 사회적 문제들이 야기되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점의 심각성을 인지하고 조금이나마 문제 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the collection time, co-culture and sperm penetration of canine oocytes on in vitro maturation and fertilization. The oocytes were cultured in TCM-199 media containing hormonal supplements (10% FCS, 10 IU/ml HCG, 10 IU/ml PMSG) at 5% CO2, 95% air, 38℃. The in vitro maturation rate to MⅡ stage of in vitro oocytes recovered from ovaries that collected at follicular, luteal and inactive phases of the reproductive phase for 44～72 hrs were 19.2%, 12.2%, and 6.0%, respectively. Follicular phases oocytes had a significantly higher in vitro maturation rate than oocytes collected at luteal and anestrus stage (p<0.05). The in vitro maturation rates to the MII stage of canine oocytes after 48 hrs of culture with glutathione, pyruvate, or glutathione + pyruvate were 12.5%, 10.7%, and 17.5%, respectively. This was higher than that in both alone or the combination of the two compared to the control group (19.0%). The sperm penetration rates of in vitro matured oocytes by fresh and frozen semen were 29/80 (36.3%) and 18/80 (22.5%), respectively. Although there are limited reports about canine oocytes co-culture and in vitro fertilization, our results on in vitro maturation is comparable to the results from other researches.
