        본 연구는 아로니아를 이용한 다양한 가공식품의 개발에 대한 일환으로 튀김어묵 제조에 아로니아의 기능성 성분을 활용하고자 아로니아 착즙액을 첨가하여 튀김어묵을 제조한 후 품질특성을 조사하여 기능성 식품 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 아로니아 착즙액을 물 양 대비 0, 2, 7, 12%를 첨가한 어묵을 제조한 다음 일반성분, 산도, 당도, pH, 색도, 절곡검사, 조직감, 관능적 특성을 평가하였다. 첨가구의 일반성분은 대조구와 차이는 없었으며, 시판어묵과는 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 시판어묵, 대조구 및 첨가구의 산도는 0.10-0.11%, 당도는 2.77-3.10 °Brix로 첨가구의 경우 아로니아 착즙액의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 높아지는 경향이었고, pH는 6.44-7.11으로 아로니아 착즙액의 첨가량 증가에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 첨가군의 L 값과 b 값은 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 낮아졌으며, a 값(redness)은 높아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 절곡검사 결과는 아로니아 착즙액의 첨가유무와 첨가량에 관계없이 모두 AA로 측정되었고, 어묵의 조직감은 강도(strength), 경도(hardness)와 씹음성(chewiness)의 경우 아로니아 착즙액의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 높아졌으며, 시판어묵과 대조구는 유사하게 측정되었다. 응집성(cohesiveness)은 시판어묵, 대조구 및 첨가구간에 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 총 폴리페놀 함량 측정결과 시판어묵과 대조구는 비슷하게 측정되었고, 첨가군은 착즙액의 첨가량에 비례하여 증가하였다. DPPH radical 소거능 측정결과 대조구에 비해 첨가구의 IC50 값이 낮게 측정되어 아로니아 착즙액의 첨가량이 증가할수록 항산화활성도 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 시판어묵의 경우 12% 첨가구와 유사한 DPPH 소거능을 나타내었다. 관능평가는 색, 향, 조직감, 맛, 전반적인 기호도 평가에서 7% 첨가구와 시판어묵이 높은 점수를 받았다. 이상의 결과를 통하여 아로니아 착즙액을 첨가하여 튀김어묵을 제조할 때 첨가하는 아로니아 착즙액의 양은 7%가 가장 적합할 것으로 사료된다.

        This study is to compose the optimized membrane module process system to selectively separate and treat toxic gas emitted from the semiconductor process. To optimize the operation of membrane module process system to treat toxic gas, the inlet toxic gas toward the membrane module shall have equal flux and equal pressure. Therefore, if the inlet flux on the membrane may be equalized only with the adjustment of pipe diameter and arrangement without installation of devices such as flowmeter at the junction between distributing pipe and separation membrane, the pipe composition of membrane module process system may be optimized to reduce the cost as well. Here, the inlet gas pressure toward the membrane module shall be above 3 bar, and thus in this study, the system was established for gas to be compressed with the compressor to stably maintain the pressure at the inlet of membrane module. Accordingly, the flow and pressure of gas within the pipe from the compressor to the membrane module were evaluated through the numerical analysis to optimize the diameter and arrangement of pipe - eventually to be reflected on the on-site design. Based on the result of flow analysis, the 5,000 LPM fluoride gas separation system to be applied to the actual semiconductor process was established, and to confirm the separation and return efficiency of NF3, CF4, and SF6, in this study 1,000 ppm of highly concentrated NF3, CF4, and SF6 were injected into the system to check the rate of separation and return. The system was continuously operated for 300 hours, and in case of SF6 and CF4, on average of 93% or higher return rate and concentration ratio of 1 were maintained, while in case of NF3, on average of 90% or higher return rate and concentration ratio of 1 were maintained. Therefore, it was confirmed that the fluoride gas separation system may be applied as a low-energy consumption high-efficiency system for the electronic industry.

        화장품 및 화장품 함유 방부제에 대한 병원미생물과 사람의 피부서식세균들의 증식에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 파라벤, 1,2-헥산디올, 페녹시 에탄올과 같은 방부제를 함유한 토너, 에멀젼, 크림, 유아용크림은 포도상구균, 대장균, 녹농균에 대해 강한 방부효과를 보였으며, 파라벤, 1,2-헥산디올, 페녹시 에탄올과 같은 방부제들은 포도상구균, 대장균, 녹농균과 같은 병원균 및 Staphilococcus epidermidis, Shigella flexneri, Enterobacter aerogenes 등과 같은 일부 피부서식세균에 대한 강한 항균효과를 보였다. 사람의 피부에 페녹시 에탄올 함유 크림을 도포하였을 때, 피부서식 미생물들의 구성이 바뀌었다. 문 수준에서는 Proteobacteria가 증가하였고, 종 수준에서는 4P004125_s가 증가하였고, Propionibacterium humerusii 감소하였다. 이 결과들로부터 파라벤, 1,2-헥산디올, 페녹시 에탄올과 같은 방부제는 병원균에 대한 항균효과를 가짐과 동시에 페녹시 에탄올을 함유한 화장품은 피부세균군집에 변화를 줄 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

        Due to the increased demand for safety and security requirements on the port infrastructure, the harbor tranquility is one of the important parameter in the mooring basin of harbor. It relates keenly to berthing/unberthing and cargo handling works but also it is an important indicator to get the minimum water area as the safe refuge. Hupo harbor is a national coastal harbor located in east coast of Korea and a development plan for a new marina near the entrance is being carried out including berth layouts, breakwater extensions, 300m marina berths, dredging and land reclamation works. The new plan will impact on calmness of the existing port. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze in complex the variation of wave height and direction caused by wave refraction, diffraction, shoaling and reflection from the incident waves from outside the harbor. In order to check the calmness inside a harbor, the numerical models are being used currently need fundamental reviews according to the difference of results which depend on their respective features. In this study, hence, it was introduced the validity of numerical models by comparing the computational results with the hydraulic model experiment. The current investigations contribute to the existing development recommendations and provide further solutions for port planning.

        A new strawberry (Fragaria X ananassa Duch.) cultivar, ‘Damhyang’ was developed from a cross between ‘Akihime’ and ‘Maehyang’ by seletion of seedlings and lines at Agricultural Development & Technology Center, Damyang in 2012. In 2006, This cultivar was showed excellent characteristics including weak dormancy, vigorous growth, high yield and fruit quality. It was named Damyang No. 1’ as line name after examining the productivity in forcing culture from 2007 to 2009. Again, after regional adaptability test between 2010 and 2011, the cultivar name, ‘Damhyang’, was imposted on this cultivar.The general characteristics of ‘Damhyang’ include high vigor and erect type in growth. The flowering and harvesting date of ‘Damhyang’ are similar to that of ‘Akihime’, but earlier than ‘Seolhyang’. The fruit shape is conic, fruit color is red, and fruit quality was superior to that of ‘Akihime’. The average fruit weight of ‘Damhyang’ is about 18.8g and the marketable yield is relatively high because of low percentage of abnormal fruit bearing. It is resistant against powdery mildew but sensitive to anthracnose and aphids. ‘Damhyang’ is suitable for forcing culture because it shows weak dormancy, high yield and fruit quality.

        During the screening program to evaluate the antiallergic activity of herbal medicines, Schizandra chinensis was found to inhibit the mouse PCA reaction induced by IgE-antigen complex. To evaluate the antiallergic effect of the fruit of Schizandra chinensis Baill (Family Magnoliaceae), which attenuate compound 48/80 induced vascular permeability reaction and scratching frequency in mouse. and it also inhibited 43% acute type of contact dermatitis induced by TPA and in oxazolone induced chronic dermatitis model was investigated. Fruit of Schizandra chinensis suppressed 37.6% swelling of oxazolone-induced mouse ear contact dermatitis. These findings suggest that fruit of Schizandra chinensis improve symptom of allergic dermatitis

        The flowers of Chrysanthemum boreale Makino were extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned with n-hexane, EtOAc, n-BuOH and H2O. Two compounds from the n-hexane fraction and one glucoside from the n-BuOH fraction were isolated through the repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatographies. From the result of physico-chemical data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined as β-sitosterol (1), phytol (2) and zingerone 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3). Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated for the first time from this plant.
