The fourth Industrial Revolution, known as digital transformation, has made MZ generation to be the focus of the new consumer market, brought about the use of technological platforms a new consumption method. Currently, as various types of content collaboration are emerging that specifically targeting at the MZ generation. Content collaboration are considered an integration of content to create new values through co-existence and co-prosperity. This study identified the characteristics of collaboration of fashion brands from 2018 using literature and online news articles, and identified and classified through case studies of it determined movie content, game and virtual characters. By this research, it shown that collaboration with movie contents have increased the collaborative synergy by using the story in global media content. Collaboration with mobile games was generally used by young casual and sportswear brands. These brands which utilized characters from mobile games popular with to attract more teen consumers and strengthen brand awareness by adding values of high-technology and scarcity to the familiar images. In addition, collaboration with virtual characters has expanded value of the collaborative approach on expanding the range of advanced digital technology, from a promotional strategy during the distribution process through to the use of virtual models. As such, collaboration using the various types of content has developed beyond simple integration of identities among various areas, integrated products or brands that as a new value.

Henricia specimens were collected using fishing nets from the East Sea of Korea. The specimens were identified as Henricia oculata Pennant, 1777, belonging to the family Echinasteridae of the order Spinulosida. This species can be distinguished from other Henricia species by broad arms (R/r=4-4.1), rough skin, a thick arm base, three to nine minute delicate abactinal spines, and inferomarginal plates reniform in shape. This species superficially resembles H. pachyderma in its body size and wide papular areas but differs mainly in the number of papulae and abactinal spines, and the shape and arrangement of the inferomarginal plates. To date, two genera of Echinasteridae, Aleutihenricia and Henricia, with a total of 13 species, have been reported in Korea. The morphological characteristics of H. oculata are described, and photographs are provided.

Sea stars were collected from the adjacent waters of Jukbyeon and Jumunjin, Korea, using fishing nets at depths of 70-100 m. The specimens were identified as Henricia perforata (O.F. Müller, 1776) in the family Echinasteridae and order Spinulosida, with worldwide species distribution. H. perforata can be distinguished from some morphologically related Henricia species by its long, slender, and pointed adambulacral spines. The abactinal skeleton of H. perforata has wide papular areas resembling those of H. pachyderma, but the former has more papulae (two to seven). Previously, two genera of Echinasteridae, Aleutihenricia and Henricia, with a total of 12 echinasterid species, have been reported in Korea. The morphological characteristics of H. perforata are described and photographs are provided.

본 연구는 몇가지 전처리제 및 보존용액 처리가 국내 육성 절화 프리지아 ‘Gold Rich’의 수확후 절화수명과 개화 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 10% sucrose, 200mg･L-1 Al2(SO4)3, 200mg･L-1 GA3, 150mg･L-1 citric acid가 혼용된 전처리 용액에서 절화 관상 기간 동안 수분 흡수량과 생체중은 유의적으로 증가한 것으로 조사되었지만 절화수명에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 보존용액으로 5% sucrose와 살균제인 300mg･L-1 8-HQ를 혼용 처리하였을 때 절화수명 연장(1일 이상), 높은 개화율(82.3~89.1%) 및 만개율(71.5~84.2%) 등의 개화 품질이 향상되었다. 이러한 결과들을 통해 10% sucrose, 200mg･L-1 Al2(SO4)3, 200mg･L-1 GA3, 150mg･L-1 citric acid를 혼합한 전처리제와 5% sucrose, 300mg･L-1 8-HQ를 혼합한 보존용액 처리는 절화수명 연장, 개화율 및 만개율 증가에 효과적일 것이라고 판단된다. 특히, sucrose가 포함된 보존용액은 절화 프리지아 ‘Gold Rich’ 의 상품성 향상에 있어 매우 유용할 것이다.

본 연구는 한국근로자를 대상으로 하여 성장욕구가 직무열의와 직무탈진에 영향을 미치는지 조사하였 다. 이와 더불어 부정적 정서조절과 내적 동기가 이들 변수 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 한국의 제조기업에 근무하는 244명의 근로자에게 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 연구결과, 직무열의와 직무탈진에 대한 성장욕구의 직접 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이들 변수들 간의 관계는 부정적 정서조절과 내적 동기의 매개역할에 의해 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성장욕구와 직무열의의 관계에 대해 부정적 정서조절과 내적 동기는 매개효과를 가졌으며, 성장욕구와 직무탈진의 관계에 부정적 정서조절이 매개효과를 가졌다. 이 결과를 통해 본 연구는 성장욕구와 직무 열의, 직무탈진의 관계에 대한 부정적 정서조절 및 내적 동기와 같은 심리적 특성의 중요성을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 중소기업의 임원보수, 기업성과, 국제화에 대한 소유구조의 역할을 고찰한다. 소유와 경영의 엄격한 분리를 상정한 기존 문헌과 달리 소유와 경영이 중첩되는 임원의 주식소유에 주목한다. 임원 소유지분을 지배주주 소유지분과 분리․취급함으로써 임원보수, 기업성과, 국제화에 미치는 소유지분의 순효과를 임원과 지배주주의 몫으로 분해하여 측정할 수 있다. 이에 2014~2018년 기간 비금융산업에 속하는 국내 상장 중소기업의 공시정보를 활용하여 소유지분 및 임원보수가 기업성과와 국제화에 각각 어떠한 효과를 가져오는지를 주로 분석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다: (1) 임원보수는 기업성과와 국제화에 직접 영향을 미치는 요인이며, (2) 임원 지분소유는 임 원보수와 양의 상관관계를 통해 간접 경로로 기업성과와 국제화에 영향을 주고 있으나, (3) 지배주주 지분소유은 기업성과 및 국제화에 직․간접 관계가 있다고 판단하기 어렵다. 이 결과를 통해 소 유와 경영의 일치가 기업성과와 국제화에 직․간접적으로 중요한 요소라는 점을 확인할 수 있다.

The Singil Stream, flowing into an artificial lake, Lake Shihwa (South Korea), experiences a strong anthropogenic pressure with continuous organic matter (OM) inputs from rural, urban, and industrial areas. In this study, we investigated suspended particulate matter (SPM) and streambed sediments collected along the Singil Stream in 2014 and 2016, by applying a dual element approach (δ13C and δ15N) to identify OM sources. The SPM and streambed sediment samples from the indusrial area showed higher organic carbon and nitrogen concentrations (or contents) than those from the other areas, with distinctively lower δ15N values. Accordingly, our dual element approach indicates that the industrial area was the predominant OM source influencing OM quality and thus water quality of the Singil Stream flowing into Lake Shihwa during the study periods. However, further studies are necessary to better constrain OM sources in the Singil Stream since OM sources from the industrial area appear to be complex.

The influx of marine exotic and alien species is disrupting marine ecosystems and aquaculture. Herdmania momus, reported as an invasive species, is distributed all along the coast of Jeju Island and has been confirmed to be distributed and spread to Busan. The potential habitats and distribution of H. momus were estimated using the maximum entropy (MaxEnt) model, quantum geographic information system (QGIS), and Bio-ocean rasters for analysis of climate and environment (Bio-ORACLE), which can predict the distribution and spread based only on species occurrence data using species distribution model (SDM). Temperature and salinity were selected as environmental variables based on previous literature. Additionally, two different representative concentration pathway (RCP) scenarios (RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5) were set up to estimate future and potential habitats owing to climate change. The prediction of potential habitats and distribution for H. momus using MaxEnt confirmed maximum temperature as the highest contributor (77.1%), and mean salinity, the lowest (0%). And the potential habitats and distribution of H. momus were the highest on Jeju Island, and no potential habitat or distribution was seen in the Yellow Sea. Different RCP scenarios showed that at RCP 4.5, H. momus would be distributed along the coast of Jeju Island in the year 2050 and that the distribution would expand to parts of the Korea Strait by the year 2100. RCP 8.5, the distribution in 2050 is predicted to be similar to that at RCP 4.5; however, by 2100, the distribution is predicted to expand to parts of the Korea Strait and the East Sea. This study can be utilized as basic data to effectively control the ecological injuries by H. momus by predicting its spread and distribution both at present and in the future.

This study is an empirical research to find out the effect on the management performance of hidden champions of food manufacturing companies when using blue ocean strategy for new product development. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on hidden champions in the domestic food manufacturing industry and proceeded empirical analysis. When small and medium-sized enterprises in food manufacturing industries develop a new product, searching for non-customer, rebuilding the market boundary, and linking the external networks have a significant impact on their management performance. However, the fair procedure did not have a significant effect on the management performance. In terms of relative influence, rebuilding the market boundary was most affecting, followed by searching for non-customer and linking the external networks. On the other hand, this study implicated the management performance of hidden champions of food manufacturing industries when new products is developed by using the blue ocean strategy. Obtained results are as follows. If small and medium-sized enterprises of food manufacturing industries develop new products, it will be able to improve the management performance by utilizing strategies such as searching for non-customer, rebuilding the market boundary, and linking the external networks. In particular, the rebuilding the market boundary among the blue ocean strategies has a relatively high impact on management performance.
