In this paper, a prospective model of supply and demand of work force has been developed basing on various categories of industries and patterns about nationally practical foreign employees to look over efficient supply and demand of work force suiting employment of foreigner among foreign work force policies. To propose the prospective model, we have derived industry- and pattern-related matrixes of foreign laborers basing on Inter-Industry Analysis Method put forth by Professor Leontiyef in 1930, and through the derived matrix assessed repercussions concerning overall domestic industries and foreigner types and decided yearly weight; the capacity of supply and demand of foreign laborers can be compared through proposed statistical estimation and government estimation by combining the determined weight with yearly incomes of foreign laborers. This paper has thoroughly considered the particularity of our employment permit system for foreigners and applied the Weibull distribution and incorporated the dependence of foreign laborers during the limited period of 3 years to the industry relation analysis, ultimately proposing an efficient supply and demand method about domestic foreign work force.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

공급망사슬관리(Supply Chain Management : SCM)의 기법이 도입되어 운영되는 한편에서는 최근의 RFID(Ratio Frequency IDentification)의 활용등 SCM, VMI의 Visibility 향상과 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경의 실현을 가능하게 하는 신기술들의 상용화가 일부 선진국에서는 기업들의 RFID 기술접목 도입등에 힘입어 더욱 빨라질 것으로 전망된다. 특히 SCM 간의 정보공유와 협력을 바탕으로 고객관리, 서비스, 수요예측, 구매, 마케팅, 물류, 재고관리 전반을 효율화함과 동시에 RFID의 신기술을 접목하는 IT시스템 도입으로의 발전은 피할 수 없는 우리 기업의 경영전략이 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 유통업체와 제조업체의 재고운영을 위한 재고관리, 결품방지의 효과에 대한 실태를 분석하고 KPI지수 요인과, 수요예측과의 상관관계를 검증, 고찰하여 재고운영에 관한 문제점과 해결방안을 모색하고 더 나아가 RFID 신기술 접목을 위한 환경모델을 제시하고자 한다.

기업은 고객이 원하는 시기에 원하는 제품을 구매할 수 있도록 항상 준비가 되어 있어야 한다. 고객의 수요를 만족시키기 위하여 기업은 다양한 수요예측방법을 통하여 적절한 재고 수준과 수요예측을 하고 있다. 제조 기업의 경우에는 다른 산업에 비하여 정확한 수요예측과 낮은 재고 수준의 유지가 비용과 직접적인 연관이 있기 때문에 제조 기업은 경제적인 주문량 결정(Economic Order Quantity: EOQ)이 매우 중요한 문제이다. 주문량을 결정하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있지만, 본 논문에서는 고객 지연을 방지하기 위하여 경제적 주문량 결정에 고객 지연과 관련된 비용을 포함시키는 것은 물론 고객 지연이라는 상황을 방지하는 노력의 한 방법으로 가격 할인(discount system)을 이용하고자 한다. 가격 할인을 이용하여 고객으로 하여금 빠른 주문을 유도하고 그로 인하여 고객 지연 상황의 발생을 줄여보려고 한다.

remanufacturing 시스템의 공정을 다룬 모델은 그들의 경제적인 결론 평가에 집중하여 보여졌다. 특별히 이러한 모델은 분리된 구성품의 목적과 정도에 대한 의사결정을 보조하였으며, 결론적으로 복구될 수 있는 아이템의 경제적 가치를 사용 이러한 아이템의 재고 보유 원가를 얻을 수 있다고 하였다. 이러한 정보는 재고 관리 정책 결정을 위해 사용될 수 있으며 경제적 가치에 접근하기 위해 이상의 평균 원가 접근은 순 현재 가치 방법으로 비교할 수 있다. 재고관리 관점으로부터 remanufacturing 시스템에서의 수집 방식을 추가하여 고려하였으며, 향후 폐차업의 리싸리클링 분야에 접목하고자 한다. 경제적 평가 모델로부터의 반영된 결과는 remanufacturing 시스템뿐만 아니라 체계적인 평가를 제조업에서 추가하여 연구 할 수 있다.
