본 연구의 목적은 항공서비스 전공 대학생의 전공선택동기를 내재적· 외재적 전공선택동기로 구분하여 전공선택동기가 전공만족도를 매개로 대학생활적응과 진로준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 충청지역 4년제 J대학의 항공서비스 전공 대학생 236명 을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 내재적 전공선택동기는 대학생활적응 및 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외재적 전공선택동기는 전공만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전 공만족도는 대학생활적응과 진로준비행동에 유의한 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 매개효과 검증결과 내재적 전공선택동기는 전공 만족도를 매개로 한 간접효과는 없지만, 외재적 전공선택동기는 전공만 족도를 매개로한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 성 공적인 대학생활적응을 위해서 학생들의 전공선택동기를 파악하는 것이 중요하며, 대학생활적응 및 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 전공만 족도의 역할이 중요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 항 공서비스 전공 대학생의 건강한 대학생활적응을 돕고, 학생들의 진로상 담에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

항공사 조직의 지속가능성을 높이기 위해서는 구성원들 스스로 변화에 민첩하게 대응하는 혁신행동이 필수적 요소라 할 수 있다. 특히 항공 산 업은 코로나19 엔데믹 전환에 맞춰 선제적이고 구체적인 대응 방안을 마 련하고, 타 항공사와의 경쟁에서 우위를 차지하기 위해 기존과는 다른 차별화된 전략이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항공사 객실승무원들을 대상으로 조직문화가 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였 으며, 조직문화와 혁신행동 사이에서 심리적 주인의식과 지식공유의 매 개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화와 혁신행동의 관계에서는 조직문화의 유형 중 혁신지향 문화와 과업지향문화가 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 매개효과 검증결과 관계지향문화와 과업지향문화는 심리적 주 인의식만을 매개로 한 간접효과는 없고, 지식공유를 경유해야만 혁신행 동에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 알 수 있으며, 위계지향문화에서는 지식공 유만을 매개로 한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 인적자원의 의존도가 매우 높은 항공 산업에서 항공사 조직의 효율적 인 적자원 관리를 위한 방향성 제시와 경영전략 수립 등에 기초자료로 제공 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

We found ten species of larvae belonging to the family Pleuronectidae as a result of analysis on ichthyoplankton collected monthly from the East Sea, Yellow Sea, Korea Strait and East China Sea between February 2016 and May 2018 using bongo net. The ten species of pleuronectid larvae were divided into three groups in morphology. Group A had three or four bars on the lateral side of the tail: Glyptocephalus stelleri, G. kitaharae, Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae, and Hippoglossoides dubius. Group B had a row of melanophores along the dorsal and ventral side of tail: Cleisthenes pinetorum, Eopsetta grigorjewi, Dexistes rikuzenius, and Platichthys bicoloratus. Group C had dense melanophores which are covering trunk and tail entirely except caudal peduncle: Platichthys cornutus and Platichthys japonicus. The three groups did not associate with previous molecular phylogenetic studies except for the G. stelleri and G. kitaharae of the group A.

『천국과 지옥의 결혼』에서 윌리엄 블레이크는 관념주의와 이성에 묶여 변질된 기독교적 이분법을 비판하고 이분법의 한계를 뚫고나갈 돌파구로 상상력 회복을 제안한다. 이분법에 대한 그의 최종적인 해결책은 윤리적 상상력을 통해 타자의 얼굴에서 무한자를 인식하고 차이와 개별성을 존중하는 관계를 형성하여 상반된 가치들이 공존하는 역동적 관계를 형성하는 것이다. 이는 엠마누엘 레비나스의 타자의 윤리학에서 추구하는 바와 동일하다. 타자의 윤리학에서 자아는 타자의 얼굴을 마주하여 도움을 요청하는 그 얼굴에 반응하고 살인하지 말라는 명령에 복종하면서 타자를 환대하는 주체가 된다. 블레이크와 레비나스는 관념주의와 이성에 근거하고 동일자와 전체성을 지향하는 이분법을 해결하는 대안으로 자아에 앞서 타자에게 우선권을 부여함으로써 자아와 타자 모두 평등한 권리를 누리도록 하는 새로운 관계 패러다임을 제시한다.

This study explores how smartphone applications can be used for Russian education. The progresses made in the ICT field, such as smartphones and the wireless Internet, have changed the environment of language education. The rapid development and implementation of smart technology in every aspect of society have led to the generation of the new learning environment called ‘smart learning’, applying those technologies in education. The definition of smart learning, however, is still evolving, while some attempts have been made slightly more in technology-oriented rather than pedagogy-oriented direction. But the importance of smart learning is that it can make it possible for learners to do self-directed learning utilizing ICT. Recently, in particular, smartphones have captured tremendous attention of foreign language teachers and learners as an ideal tool for satisfying new needs of the mobile learning era. Especially, the launch of iphone service has brought in a massive amount of educational applications to the market. Research has shown that many applications for Russian language education have been made in various categories. Despite some problems, using applications in learning the Russian language has bright prospects.

A total of 24 juvenile specimens of Thunnus tonggol (5.45~7.26mm in total length) of the Sombridae were collected from the southeast sea of Jeju Island during 26~30 July, 2013. Twenty-four specimens identified T. tonggol have melanophores distributed on the 1st dorsal-fin rays, the dorsal of head and vetral side. Three individulas were identified using mitochondrial DNA cytochrome oxidase submit 1 (CO1) sequences (452 base pairs). All were identified as T. tonggol, their mtCO1 sequences being consistent with those of Thunnus tonggol (d=0.000), followed by Thunnus albacares (d=0.002) and Thunnus obesus (d=0.007).
