        In this study, the performance evaluation of steel dampers was conducted based on existing research results. The test variables are cross-sectional shape and lateral deformation prevention details. As a result of performance tests according to cross-sectional shape, the circular cross-section was evaluated to be superior than the rectangular cross-section in terms of envelope, stiffness reduction, and energy dissipation capacity. In addition, it was evaluated that the rectangular cross-section where lateral deformation occurs can be restrained by lateral deformation prevention details, thereby improving strength and deformation capacity.

        In this study, the displacement dependence, strength, and energy dissipation capacity of the steel rod damper were evaluated. The test variables are the number of steel rod dampers and the lateral deformation prevention details. From test results, it was evaluated that the displacement dependence conditions in the structural design code were satisfied. The maximum strength and energy dissipation capacity increased linearly as the number of steel rod increased. In addition, the maximum strength and energy dissipation capacity were evaluated by more than 20 times increased by using of the lateral deformation prevention details.

        In this study, the performance evaluation of the RC frame specimen (RV2) which was strengthened by a steel frame and a steel damper with the lateral deformation prevention details proceeded. The comparison objects are bare frame specimen (BF), RV2 and AWD, where AWD is a specimen reinforced with steel damper and aramid fiber sheets. In the evaluation of envelope curve, stiffness degradation, and energy dissipation capacity, RV2 was evaluated to have excellent capacity as a whole. To evaluate the strengthening effect of the steel frame based on the maximum strength and energy dissipation capacity, it was evaluated to have a 38% of the RV2’s capacity.

        In this study, based on the research results of the steel plate and steel rod dampers with rocking behavior, the moment and the drift ratio were compared and evaluated. As a test result evaluation, it was showed that the behavior of R15-200 and R15-140 was very good than other dampers. And the steel rod damper showed in-plane behavior to the loading direction, and was evaluated to prevent out-of-plane behavior that causes performance degradation.

        In this study, a rocking behavior experiment using a guide plate and a guide channel to prevent lateral deformation of a steel damper was planned. For this purpose, strut I-type specimen I-1 and strut S-type specimen S-1 were prepared. The experimental results were compared with the existing experimental results of SI-260 and SS-260 under the same conditions without the details of lateral deformation prevention in order to evaluate the effect of preventing lateral deformation. The damper with lateral deformation prevention detail was evaluated to have superior strength capacity, deformation capacity, and energy dissipation capacity than the damper without it. Therefore, the lateral deformation prevention detail was evaluated to have a good effect in improving the design capability of the steel damper.

        In this study, performance experiments were performed on the shape of steel dampers that affect the rocking behavior. Three types of strut shapes of SI type, SV type and SS type were considered as experimental variables. As a result of the experiment, the capacity to resist the moment and drift ratio according to the strut shape of the steel damper was evaluated as very close. Finally, it was evaluated that the SV type steel damper has stable deformation and energy dissipation capability. As a result of the evaluation of the proposed damper transmission force, it is considered that the damper transmission force is evaluated larger than the applied horizontal force, and it is necessary to supplement it.

        Turbidity has various effects on the water quality and ecosystem of a river. High turbidity during floods increases the operation cost of a drinking water supply system. Thus, the management of turbidity is essential for providing safe water to the public. There have been various efforts to estimate turbidity in river systems for proper management and early warning of high turbidity in the water supply process. Advanced data analysis technology using machine learning has been increasingly used in water quality management processes. Artificial neural networks(ANNs) is one of the first algorithms applied, where the overfitting of a model to observed data and vanishing gradient in the backpropagation process limit the wide application of ANNs in practice. In recent years, deep learning, which overcomes the limitations of ANNs, has been applied in water quality management. LSTM(Long-Short Term Memory) is one of novel deep learning algorithms that is widely used in the analysis of time series data. In this study, LSTM is used for the prediction of high turbidity(>30 NTU) in a river from the relationship of turbidity to discharge, which enables early warning of high turbidity in a drinking water supply system. The model showed 0.98, 0.99, 0.98 and 0.99 for precision, recall, F1-score and accuracy respectively, for the prediction of high turbidity in a river with 2 hour frequency data. The sensitivity of the model to the observation intervals of data is also compared with time periods of 2 hour, 8 hour, 1 day and 2 days. The model shows higher precision with shorter observation intervals, which underscores the importance of collecting high frequency data for better management of water resources in the future.

        최근 조선 해운 산업 분야에서 큰 관심을 보이고 있는 자율운항선박의 현실화를 위해서는 선박의 운항 상태를 육상에서 효과적으로 확인하고 진단할 수 있는 기술이 필수적으로 뒷받침되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 선박 운항데이터를 수집하는 데이터 수집 플랫폼과 선내 및 육상 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼이 하나의 시스템으로 동작하는 스마트선박 솔루션을 제시하고, 이를 실제 운항 선박에 적용하여 기존의 선박 데이터 수집 체계 대비 고품질의 다양한 데이터가 수집 가능함을 평가하였다. 또한 이렇게 수집된 데이터에서 주기관 관련 파라미터들의 데이터 분석을 수행하여 유효한 결과를 도출하고 패턴을 시각화하여 종합적인 상태를 판단하는데 활용 가능함을 보였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 선박의 다양한 장비로 확장 적용하고 운항 환경 데이터까지 함께 분석한다면 육상에서 선박의 운항 상황을 보다 효과적으로 확인하고 평가 가능함을 제시하였다.

        This study proposes a technique to dissipate the energy of a rocking wall installed on a frame by using a metallic damper. The rocking behavior is to turn left and right about the wall vertical axis. The development system is a method of dissipating energy by installing a damper which is the like on a large displacement portion. Experimental results showed that in case of shorter strut make strength capacity increasement and in case of longer strut make deformation capacity increasement. The higher the strut height, the better the energy dissipation capacity. The proposed equation for estimating the steel damper strength applied to this study is a straight type strut damper. However, it is not suitable for calculation of the strength of clamped type strut damper where both flexural behavior and shear behavior are mixed.

        PVDF Membrane has been used as material for the UF membrane through in-situ interfacial polymerization (IP) because of it’s outstanding properties such as high chemical resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical strength. In this study, surface morphology change of PVDF membrane was researched depending on evaporation time. 13% PVDF 6020 was used for casting and the evaporation time period was from 5s to 600s. The surface morphology of the membrane was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and filtration was conducted in the cross flow method to evaluate the a performance of UF membrane. As a result, average pore size was increased with longer evaporation times which caused the decrease of rejection.

        뛰어난 물성을 가진 poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)는 정밀여과 (MF)와 한 외여과 (UF) 분리막의 소재로써 많이 연구되고 있다. 기공의 크기를 조절하는 것은 분리막을 제조하는데 있어 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 매우 간단한 방법으로 분리막의 기공 크기를 조절하는 새로운 방법을 제시하고자 한다. PVDF 한외여과 분리막의 기공 크기는 유리판 위에 150 ㎛의 두께로 주조된 PVDF 도프 용액이 응고조 (증류수)속으로 들어가는 속도를 통해 조절되었다. 이 때 PVDF 한외여과 분리막의 기공 크기는 응고조에 들어가는 PVDF 도프 용액의 속도가 감소될수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

        대기 모델링 연구에서 시간 간격을 적절하게 결정하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 비선형 대기 모형에서 수치 해의 시간 간격에 대한 민감도를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 간단한 무차원화된 역학 모형을 사용하여 시간 간격과 비선형성 인자를 바꾸어가며 수치 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 비선형성 인자가 영향을 줄 만큼 크지 않고 절단 오차를 무시할 수 있는 경우에는 수치 해가 시간 간격에 민감하지 않았다. 그러나 비선형성 인자가 큰 경우에는 수치 해가 시간 간격에 민감한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 경우, 시간 간격이 감소할수록 공간 필터의 강도가 증가하여 작은 규모의 현상이 약하게 모의되었다. 이는 일반적으로 시간 간격이 감소하면 절단 오차가 감소하여 더 정확한 수치 해가 도출된다는 사실과 상충한다. 이러한 충돌은 비선형 모형의 수치 해를 안정하게 하기 위해 공간 필터가 반드시 필요하기 때문에 피할 수 없다.

        록킹 거동은 구조체가 수평력을 받을 때, 수직 중심을 기준으로 좌우로 회전하는 거동을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 최신의 연구 동향을 개념으로 하여 강체 좌우에 댐퍼를 설치하여 에너지를 소산시키는 방법을 고안하였다. 강재 댐퍼는 SS275 강종을 사용하였으며, 두께 12mm, 폭 30mm, 높이 140mm인 S형 스트럿을 가지는 형상을 사용하였다. 실험은 변위를 점진적으로 증가시키면서 진행하였다. 향후 댐퍼 스트럿 형상 및 스트럿 높이를 변수로 한 성능실험 결과를 발표할 예정이다.

        본 연구에서는 벽체의 록킹 거동을 고려한 내진보강 기법을 개발하였다. 록킹 거동은 벽체 수직 축을 중심으로 좌우로 회전하는 것으로, 개발 시스템은 변위 큰 부분에 댐퍼 등을 설치하여 에너지를 소산 시키는 방법이다. 댐퍼는 강재댐퍼를 사용하였으며, 스트럿 형상 및 높이를 변수로 선정하였다. 실험결과 스트럿 높이가 짧을수록 강도 능력이, 길수록 변형능력이 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. I형과 S형 스트럿 능력을 평가한 결과, S형이 우수한 내진 성능을 보유한 것으로 평가되었다.

        In this study, it evaluate the hysteretic behavior of I type strut steel damper with newly designed locking behavior test system based on the results of previous research. The maximum deformation was reached at a horizontal load of 270 kN and a displacement of 25 mm, and the experiment was terminated. The damper installed on the left and right of the panel was also failed. In the future, a performance experiment is being conducted using the strut aspect ratio as a variable.
