        Organic light emitting diode(OLED) has been developed fast from 1963 when electric light emitting phenomenon was discovered. PMOLED(passive matrix OLED) is producted earlier than AMOLED(active matrix OLED). PMOLED is mainly mounted at sub display, but AMOLED is mounted at main display. Nowadays AMOLED is expanded to PMP(portable multimedia players), navigation and TV market. Even thought OLED's market is opening to many applications, OLED's life is worried until now. If we know about OLED's real life, we need time to test so much time over 20,000hrs. Realistically, there is difficult to test such as long time with products from the information-technology sector having a short life cycle. In this paper, we study about OLED's accelerated test to reduce life test by current. We can design OLED's accelerated life model by the result of test. The model consists of design variables like ratio of light emitting, organic material structure, condition of aging, etc. In conclusion, this model can be applied to study about organic material, machine and manufacturing process etc, and also it's possible to develop a method of manufacturing process & materials, so we need to study on the subject of this paper continuously.

        IP Telephony service was restricted to an outgoing call and low quality since the trust domestic IP Telephony service launch of Saerome co. Ltd, in Jan. 2000. However, Interest of IP Telephony service, which is substituted for PSTN, has been highly elated because of the developed equipment softswitch and new technology. This kind of importance and marketing of VoIP are recognized to telecommunication providers. With this trend, they try to administrate customer satisfaction and invest R&D to survive in this hard competition and unexpected change. To achieve this objective, they should try to realize the searching process of the quality decision attribution (QDA). However, there is little research on the aspect of service quality of Internet telephony so far. For this, the investigator established the tangibles, the reliability, the responsibility, the assurance, the empathy, the charge with information sources as core elements.         In the information society where knowledge plays a significant role, the value of the corporate organization creates knowledge strategically and spreads it to the whole organization so as to reinforce the efficiency of the work force. After KMS(Knowledge Management System) was recognized as one of core competences of company, KMS based on information technology has been introduced actively to many corporate organizations for the implementation of realizing knowledge management. As the strategic use of KMS increases in company, it has attracted attention to the system and the investment in the system, now attention has brought to the effect of the system. The efficiency and effectiveness of KMS has been tackled as one of the most important issues, and then many studies have been implemented to measure the result of the system. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to help make an important decision in establishing introduction strategy by abstracting the reasons and success factors and result indices which are important sources for introducing KMS.

        Various kinds of service measurement including the development of the measurement of service quality have been developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being represented by the mobile communication company would be the mostly developed area. Its service development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

        The ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) is used for bonding Drive IC and OLED display device panel. If ACF bonding process is problem, a malfunction of line defect can occur. Because electric resistance increase between the panel and drive IC after a period of time, drive IC can not supply enough current to the panel.         Recently, there has been growing interest in the financial and economic effectiveness of service quality and customer satisfaction. It means that the final goal of customer satisfaction is the maximization with firms' financial performance, enterprise could survive through the creation of continuous financial performance. Companies are working in various ways to identify the direct relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with financial and economic effectiveness in order to justify and validate customer satisfaction management. In this study, the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance is examined. Customer satisfaction index, the key non-financial performance measure has significant association with firms' financial performance index. Moreover, high customer satisfaction has a competitive advantage, so it can be the key success factor of firm's financial performance improvement.

        Using the Malmquist productivity index, this paper compares the productivity of Korean manufacturing industries from 1999 to 2006. The malmquist productivity index has more advantages than previous methods such as solow model, endogenous growth theory. The malmquist productivity index can be decomposed productivity into two parts. The first part is an index of the technical efficiency change. This index has high value when the elements of production is used more efficiently. The second part is an index of technical change. This index has high value if the advent of new technology and process innovation occur.

        Today, Advertisement affects the daily consumption life of consumers because of the features and advantages of advertisement. In particular, and so does the TV advertisement. Therefore, customer education is required for the consumers so that they can lead a rational consumption through TV advertisement quality. In addition, with the introduction of the many new-born distribution channels, the recent market environment in apparel industry is changing, and the service and image of store types consumers can choose are increasing. The purpose of this research is to offer basic data which can help consumers to acquire necessary information and conduct rational consumption through TV advertisement.         One of the important components of this administrative reform is customer satisfaction. Every public enterprises introduced the Service Charter and Korean government took Customer satisfaction as the key index of public sector performance assessment. Most public enterprises introduced customer satisfaction management in an attempt to improve the quality of customer service. The government granted high incentives to excellent business innovative enterprises and developed additional indices, which are related to CS. From now on, every Korean enterprises must embody feasible customer satisfaction management and improve the quality of customer service In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the public enterprise based on the Service Quality Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the five categories within the Service Quality: responsiveness, convenience, tangibility, sympathy and reliability, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model.

        At the spots of enterprises experiencing rapid environmental changes, necessity for ceaseless managemental innovation is raised. We can't deny that management quality is also a part of such managemental innovation. Introduction of management quality by an organization is different from introduction of other individual innovative techniques. Management quality is not one time project but complete historical change program to be pursued continuously. Furthermore, it must be understood as a strategic 'Quality Journey' looking for far future of an organization. Malcolm Baldrige Model has been increasingly used in Korea as a global standard for management quality. The model, however, has shown a number of limitations in application due to nonsystematic elements in the implementation process. The deployment process of the model should be detailed through a real world case study. In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the Korean public enterprise based on the Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Management Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. Through the above case study, following common factors for successful Malcolm Baldrige Model have been derived. The following is a summary of the results of this study. First, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs powerful support Leadership. Second, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Strategic Planning. Third, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs the continuous Customer and Market Focus. Fourth, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management. Five, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Workforce Focus. Six, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Process Management. The finding are surely necessary factors to arrange the human resource management for upgraded management quality, those factors help to explain why all enterprises consider human resource as the strategic view.

        According to the Korea Agency for Technology and Standards under the Commerce Ministry, OLED device's lifetime is defined 50% drop of luminance. OLED device is self-emitting operating device, that means it becomes different color between pixels under using environment. That's reason of the different luminance drop ratio & chromaticity coordinates shift ratio with time. The problem is there is not recovered after luminance drop and color shift. We can recognize the difference of color as image sticking. First we studied when human recognize the difference of color and second we apply the method of OLED device's lifetime test that's able to check different color between pixels.

        IPTV services, as the convergence service of communication and broadcasting, are regarded as the essential information communication media in the New Economy era by providing the consumers with various services through the collaboration among communications, broadcasting and many of other media service providers. The research starts with recognition that, in the new media era, where communication and broadcasting are converging, there are endless demands for new services and various contents, which are driving forces behind the business model of IPTV. In other words, the research expected that customer satisfaction and purchase intention would be different according to the service quality(contents). It was expected that the difference of the perceived service quality(contents) could cause the difference of the process of adopting new technologies. The study on how consumers are satisfied with services provided, and which factors of the service quality have a more significant effect on consumer satisfaction will provide very valuable information for forecasting future trends in the IPTV market. The research tried to investigate factors which influence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty through an empirical survey with real users of IPTV services. Based on the results, the research suggested effective ways of diffusing IPTV.

        It is good to use DEA method as it can measure the efficiency without depending on a specific function like cost function. The method also finds out the most efficient group among the sample groups and gives us a specific number. For example, it shows what kind of factor of inefficient group gives how much input and produces how much output. Originally DEA, which was developed by Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes, allows us not only to measure the relative efficiency of Decision Making Units(DMUs) of non-profit organizations whose success cannot be measured by a single bottom-line figure such as profit but also to integrate several variables, which have different measuring scale, into a single model. Therefore we can use physical scales and financial scales simultaneously in the same model without any transformation process. In this study, price and measurable performance indexes of vehicles are used as input and outputs respectively. The purpose of this study is to propose an effective approach for evaluating the relative efficiency of vehicles and to determine the vehicles have high performance efficiency compared to product cost.
