본 연구에서는 북한의 지리적 표시제 인식과 관련법 및 현황을 분석하 였다. 북한은 이미 세계지적재산권기구(WIPO)에 개성고려인삼, 백두산 가시오갈피, 고려신덕산샘물, 강서약수, 백두산들쭉술 그리고 평양랭면 이상의 6개 GI 상품을 등록하였다. 향후 북한의 시장 개방 시, 전통상품 및 농업의 보호를 위해 GI의 제도 정비와 관련 상품의 등록 확대가 필요 하다. 개혁·개방 초기 북한의 1차 산업 중 농업분야에 대한 지원이 집중 될 시기 생산성과 효율성, 농업경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 중요한 제도가 GI라 할 수 있으며, 동 제도의 활성화를 통해 전통적 노하우와 농업생산 품 생산과정의 질적 보호가 유지될 수 있다.

Skeletonema pseudocostatum의 세포는 규산질 성분의 돌기에 의한 사슬 형태로, 길이는 6~17.3 μm였고, 엽록체는 세포 당 1~2개를 포함하고 있었다. 주사전자현미경 관찰결과 Skeletonema 종을 구분할 수 있는 가장자리 받침돌기끝 (terminal fultoportula process)은 끝이 갈라지거나, 갈고리 모양이었고, 길이가 1.67±0.5 μm이고, 개각의 가장자리에 위치해 있으며, 개수는 8.10±1.1개로 개각의 크기에 따라 다양하게 나타났다. 말단세포 입술돌기 (terminal rimoportula process)는 두꺼운 원통형의 나팔관 모양으로, 개각의 중앙 근처에 위치하였고, 길이는 1.1±0.6 μm 였으며, 개수는 1개였다. 연결세포 받침돌기 (intercalary fultoportula process)는 대부분 1 : 1 결합으로 서로 맞물려있는 형태였고, 1 : 2 결합도 종종 발견되었다. 계통분석 결과는 형태적 특징이 유사한 종 간의 유전학적 거리가 가깝다는 것을 나타냈고, 지리적 기원이 다른 동일 종의 경우, 유전적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이는 S. pseudocostatum은 지리적 위치와 상관없이 유전적 차이가 나타나지 않는 단일계통 (monophyly)이라는 것을 의미한다.

Recently, electrochromic devices (ECDs) have gathered increasing attention owing to their high color contrast and memory effect, which make them highly applicable to smart windows, auto-dimming mirrors, sensors, etc. Traditional ECDs have a sandwich structure that contains an electrochromic layer between two ITO substrates. These sandwich-type devices are usually fabricated through the lamination of two electrodes and followed by the injection of a liquid electrolyte in the inner space. However, this process is sometimes complex and time consuming. In this study, we fabricated ECDs with a lateral electrode structure that uses only an ITO substrate and an all-in-one electrochromic gel, which is a mixture of electrolyte and electrochromic material. Furthermore, we investigated the EC properties of the lateral-type device by comparing it with a sandwich-type device. The lateral-type ECD shows strong blue absorption as the applied voltage increases and has a competitive coloration efficiency compared to the sandwich-type device.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects by supplementing concentrates during the late fattening phase in TMR (total mixed ration) feeding of Korean steer on the performance, carcass traits, physico-chemical characteristics and sensory test of the longissimus dorsi muscle. Eight Korean steers (24 months of age) averaging 604 kg in body weight were fed the TMR (Control) or the TMR supplemented with concentrates (TMR+conc.) until 30 months of age, then they were slaughtered. Steers fed the TMR supplemented with concentrates had a higher (p<0.05) intakes of dry matter and TDN (total digestible nutrient), carcass weight and marbling score compared to those fed TMR only, but carcass grade did not differ (p>0.05) between treatments. Amino acid concentration of the longissimus dorsi muscle did not differ between treatments, However, the highest concentrations were for glutamic acid and lowest for cystine; further, and the content of essential amino acids was highest for lysine, leucine, threonine, arginine, and isoleucine in that order. Cis-oleic acid and arachidonic acid of fatty acids in the longissimus dorsi muscle were higher (p<0.05) in the control condition compared to TMR+conc. The contents of oleic acids, palmitic acid, stearic acid constituted about 88% of the total fatty acids. Although the physico-chemical characteristics of the longissimus dorsi muscle did not significantly differ between treatments (p>0.05), but the sensory test results were lower for the TMR+conc. condition. These results suggest that supplementing concentrates during the late fattening phase of Korean steers resulted in increasing the carcass weight and marbling score. However, the cis-oleic acid content of the longissimus dorsi muscle was decreased as a result of supplementing concentrates, which could affect negatively in meat sensory evaluation.

이매패류의 부유유생은 성패 (양식자원)에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있어, 부유유생의 출현시기 및 출현량에 관한 연구는 자연 채묘량의 증대와 인공종묘의 생산을 위해서 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유전자 분석기법을 이용하여 보성 연안에서 총 21종의 이매패류 부유유생을 확인하였으며, 이 중 구마모토굴 (M. sikamea), 왜홍합 (X. atratus), 종밋 (M. senhousia), 참굴 (M. gigas), 가리맛 조개 (S. constricta), 새꼬막 (A. kagoshimensis), Kurtiella aff. bidentata 그리고 꼬막 (T. granosa)이 중요 부유유생으로 관찰되었다. 특히, 보성 연안해역의 주요 수산자원인 새꼬막 (A. kagoshimensis)과 꼬막 (T. granosa)은 각각 이매패류의 0.51~12.50% (평균 4.00%), 0.01~12.50% (평균 1.92%)의 구성비율을 차지하며 다른 이매패류보다 낮은 출현량을 보였다. 꼬막 (T. granosa)과 새꼬막 (A. kagoshimensis)의 부유유생은 6월부터 9월까지 관찰되었으나, 각각 8월 초와 8월말에 가장 높은 출현율을 보였다.

거제도 장목항에서 분리한 Akashiwo sanguinea의 형태와 계통학적 특성을 명확히 하고, 여러 온도와 염분구배에 따른 성장조건을 파악하고자 하였다. A. sanguinea의 세포는 오각형이었고, 세포의 길이는 54.7~70.3 μm, 폭은 31.5~48.5 μm로 나타났다. 핵은 세포의 중심에 위치하였고, 엽록체는 황갈색으로 세포 전체에 퍼져있었다. 상추구는 알파벳 e 모양이었다. 계통분석 결과 장목항에서 분리한 본 배양주는 ribotype A에 포함되었다. 온도 및 염분구배에 따른 성장 실험은 5°C 이하의 온도를 제외한 모든 온 도구배에서 성장이 나타났다. 그리고, 최대성장속도는 온도 20°C, 염분 20 psu에서 0.50 day-1로 나타났고, 최대세포 밀도는 온도 25°C, 염분 30 psu에서 1,372 cells mL-1였다. 이 결과는 A. sanguinea가 가을철에 한국 연안에서 최대 증식을 보일 수 있다는 것을 나타낸다.

본 연구에서는 비불소계 트리이소프로필 아민 아세테이트 (TAA) 화합믈을 사용하여 반도체 웨이퍼의 포토레지스트 패턴 건조 성능을 조사하였으며, 초임계이산화탄소 용 계면활성제로 잘 알려진 불소계 저분자량 화합물, PFPE-COOH 및 PFPE-COO-NH4 +과 비교하였다. 초임계 공정 후 얻어진 포토레지스트 패턴의 모양은 이산화탄소 압력, 온도, 시간 등 공정 처리 조건에 따라 달라졌으며, 최적의 조건에서 포토레지스트 패턴 붕괴가 거의 없는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. TAA를 사용하는 초임계 세정은 PFPE-COOH에 비해 다소 떨어지지만 일반 습식 세정 방법보다는 우수한 패턴 형성 성능을 나타내었으며, 이것은 경제적이고 환경친화적인 새로운 계면활성제로서의 가능성을 보였다.
