The attraction of the tomato whiteflies Trialeurodes vaporariorum, to four type of traps combined with a colored stickyboard and an light emitting lamp was investigated in 2016 in an tomato greenhouse. The colors of the sticky boardswere yellow and the peak wavelengths of the light emitting traps were 470nm(blue), 590nm(yellow) and 450~625nm(white).The type of traps was designed to directly illuminate the plants with an light emitting lamp and set along the lowerpart of the crops whose each sticky board was directed to the plants. This experiments showed that T. vaporariorumadults on average preferred (p>0.05) traps in blue lights(110±3.2adults/trap) compared to traps in yellow lights (71±1.4adults/trap)and white light traps(45±1.1adults/trap). The blue light trap(470nm) showed the most attractive to T. vaporariorum adults,followed by a similarly attraction to the yellow light trap(590nm), whereas the control (no light trap) was little attractiveto T. vaporariorum adults.

양안옥은 다수성 사료용 옥수수 품종 개발을 목표로 2012년에 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원에서 자식계통 KS164과 KS163을 교잡하여 육성한 다수성 단교잡종이다. 양안옥의 종피색은 황오렌지색이며 입질은 중간종이다. 양안옥은2007~2008년 동안 생산력검정시험을 거쳐, 2009~2012년까지 3년간 4지역에서 지역적응시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과우수성이 인정되어 2012 농작물 직무육성 신품종으로 결정되었고 양안옥으로 명명하였다. 양안옥의 출사일수는 대비품종인 광평옥보다 2일 빠르다. 간장은 광평옥과 유의한차이는 없으나 착수고율은 광평옥보다 높고 도복은 광평옥과 비슷한 정도로 강하며 후기녹체성과 이삭비율도 광평옥과 유의한 차이는 없다. 양안옥의 깨씨무늬병은 광평옥과비슷한 중강의 저항성을 보이며, 그을음무늬병도 광평옥과같이 강한 편이다. 검은줄오갈병, 이삭썩음병 및 조명나방도 광평옥과 같이 중 정도의 저항성을 보인다. 양안옥의건물수량은 17.45 톤/ha이며, TDN수량은 11.96 톤/ha로 광평옥과 유의한 차이는 없었다. 양안옥의 종실수량은 8.32 톤/ha로 장다옥과 유의한 차이는 없었다. 4∶1 (모본 : 부본)재식비율로 동시 파종하여 채종 시험한 결과 모본의 출사기와 부본의 화분비산기간이 일치하며 채종수량은 1.79 톤/ha이었다. 양안옥은 전국적으로 재배가 가능하다.

안다옥은 자식계통 KS161과 KS162의 교잡으로 육성된 다수성인 단교잡종이다. 2007~2008년 생산력검정시험을 거쳐, 2009~2011년 3년 동안 3지역에서 지역적응시험을 실시한 결과 그 우수성이 인정되어 2011 농작물 직무육성 신품종선정위원회에서 신규 우량품종으로 결정되었다. 이 품종의 주요특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 안다옥의 종피색은황색이며 입질은 마치종이다. 출사일수는 종실용 옥수수대비품종인 장다옥보다 3일 늦다. 간장은 장다옥보다 길며,100주당 이삭수는 장다옥보다 많았다. 이삭길이는 장다옥보다 짧으며, 100립중은 장다옥보다 무거웠다. 깨씨무늬병, 검은줄오갈병 및 조명나방에 중정도의 저항성을 보이며,그을음무늬병에는 강한 편이다. 도복에는 장다옥과 비슷한정도로 강하였다. 종실수량은 7.8톤/ha로 장다옥보다 많았다. 4∶1 (모본 : 부본) 재식비율에서 동시 파종하여 채종한결과 모본의 출사기와 부본의 화분비산기간이 잘 일치하였다.

Graphite oxide (GO) was produced using the modified Hummer's method. Poly(p-phenylene sulfide) (PPS)/reduced graphite oxide (RGO) composites were prepared by in situ polymerization method. The electrical conductivity of the PPS/RGO composites was no more than 82 S/m. It was found that as GO content increased in the PPS/RGO composites, the crystallization temperature and electrical conductivity of the composites increased and the percolation threshold value was at 5-8 wt% of GO content.

The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of photodynamic therapy (PDT) using erythrosine and a halogen light source to treat a biofilm formed on a machined surface titanium disk in vivo. Ten volunteers carried an acrylic appliance containing six machined surface titanium disks on the upper jaw over a period of five days. After the five days of biofilm formation period, the disks were removed. PDT using 20 μM erythrosine and halogen light was then applied to the biofilms formed on the disks. Experimental samples were divided into a negative control group (no erythrosine and no irradiation), E0 group (erythrosine 60s + no irradiation), E30 group (erythrosine 60s + halogen light 30s), and E60 group (erythrosine 60s + halogen light 60s). Following PDT, the bacteria in the biofilm were found to be detached from each disk. Each suspension with detached bacteria were diluted and cultivated on a blood-agar plate for five days under anaerobic conditions. The cultivated bacterial counts in the E60 group were significantly lower than the control group (86.4%) or E0 group (76.7%). In the experimental groups also, the light exposure time and bacterial counts showed a negative correlation. In conclusion, PDT using erythrosine and halogen light has bactericidal effects on biofilms formed on a titanium disk in vivo. Notably, applying 20 μM erythrosine and 60 seconds of halogen light irradiation had a significantly potent effect.

본 시험은 친환경농업 및 조사료 용도로 재배가 증가하고 있는 헤어리베치를 대상으로 국내 헤어리베치 종자 채종 시 개화 후 경과 일시에 따른 채종 수량 추이를 조사하여 안전 다수확 채종 기간을 구명하기 위하여 경기도 수원시에 위치한 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원 시험포장에서 헤어리베치 품종 ‘청풍보라’를 이용하여 2009년부터 2011년까지 3개년에 걸쳐시험하였다. 2009년도는 개화 후 35일 (6월 11일), 42일 (6월 18일), 48일 (6월 24일), 54일 (6월 30일), 58일 (7월 4일) 등 5회, 2010년도는개화 후 35일 (6월 21일), 42일 (6월 28일), 48일(7월 4일), 54일 (7월 10일), 58일 (7월 14일) 등5회, 그리고 2011년에는 개화 후 39일 (6월 21일), 49일 (7월 1일), 53일 (7월 5일) 등 3회 수확하여 종자 수량과 발아율을 조사한 결과 종자 수량은 개화 후 경과 일수와 비례하여 증가하다가 개화 후 42일 (2010년도), 49일 (2011년도), 54일 (2009년도)에 정점을 나타낸 이후 도복으로 인한 꼬투리 소실로 수량이 감소하였다. 수확 시기가 늦어질수록 1,000립 중과 발아율이 증가하였으나 장마기 이후에 수확 된 종자는 수발아 종자 발생이 증가하였다. 이상의본 시험 결과에 의하면 헤어리베치 종자 안전다수확을 위한 수확 시기는 개화 후 42일에서54일 사이에 장마 전 기간으로 판단되었다.

The effects of β-lapachone on gastric secretion were investigated. The pylorus of male Sprague-Dawley rats was ligated and intraduodenally injected with β-lapachone, and the volume, pH, free HCl, and total acidity of gastric fluid were measured 6 hours after the operation. Treatment with β-lapachone resulted in dose-dependent inhibition of gastric secretion Gastric fluid was reduced to 42.9% of control level by 100 mg/kg of β-lapachone, leading to an increase of pH to 6.70 from 1.85 in the control group. In parallel with the increase of pH, at this dosage, free HCl and total acidity decreased to 16.7% and 12.0%, respectively, of control levels. β-Lapachone exhibited ED50 values of 72, 46, and 47 mg/kg for inhibition of gastric volume, free HCl, and total acidity, respectively, implying a superior efficacy on gastric acid to volume. In comparison, pantoprazole (30 mg/kg) reduced the volume, free HCl and total acidity of gastric fluid to 53.0%, 26.0%, and 25.0%, respectively, of control levels, resulting in an increase in pH to 6.36. In the current study, it was confirmed that β-lapachone at an appropriate dose (100 mg/kg) exerted a higher inhibitory effect on gastric secretion than pantoprazole (30 mg/kg), a well-known proton-pump inhibitor. Therefore, it is suggested that β-lapachone could be a candidate compound for prevention or treatment of gastric ulcers induced by diverse psychological and physical stimuli.

연구로 2호기 해체과정에서 발생한 방사화된 수조 콘크리트 내의 깊이에 따른 및 의 방사능 분포를 고온연소로와 액체섬광계수기를 이용하여 분석하였다. 또한 향후 연구로 2호기 해체과정에서 발생된 콘크리트폐기물의 핵종재고량 평가에 활용하기 위하여 및 측정결과와 감마방출핵종과의 상관관계를 도출하였다. 및 의 검출하한값은 0.048 및 0.028 Bq/g이다. 연구로 2호기 수조 콘크리트 내의 및 의 깊이별 방사능 분포는 콘크리트 표면으로부터 멀어질수록 지수적으로 감소하는 경향을 보여주었다. 또한, 및 의 비방사능은 콘크리트에 존재하는 의 비방사능과 좋은 상관관계를 나타내었다.

Cloned calves derived from somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) have been frequently lost by sudden death at 1 to 3 month following healthy birth. To address whether placental anomalies are responsible for the sudden death of cloned calves, we compared protein patterns of 2 placentae derived from SCNT of Korean Native calves died suddenly at two months after birth and those of 2 normal placentae obtained from AI fetuses. Placental proteins were separated using 2-Dimensional gel electrophoresis. Approximately 800 spots were detected in placental 2-D gel stained with coomassie-blue. Then, image analysis of Malanie III (Swiss Institute for Bioinformatics) was performed to detect variations in protein spots between normal and SCNT placentae. In the comparison of normal and SCNT samples, 8 spots were identified to be up-regulated proteins and 24 spots to be down-regulated proteins in SCNT placentae, among which proteins were high mobility group protein HMG1, apolipoprotein A-1 precursor, bactenecin 1, tropomyosin beta chain, H+-transporting ATPase, carbonic anhydrase II, peroxiredoxin 2, tyrosine-rich acidic matrix protein, serum albumin precursor and cathepsin D. These results suggested that the sudden death of cloned calves might be related to abnormal protein expression in placenta.

캐나다 등 많은 국가들이 초음파사(sonographer) 면허제도를 방사선사면허와 별도로 운영하고 있다. 그러나 한국에서는 방사선사가 의사의 지도아래 초음파영상검사를 수행하고 있다. 이에 방사선사의 초음파영상검사에 대한 직무역량을 분석하여 체계적으로 교육할 기회를 갖기 위하여 캐나다 초음파사의 표준직무역량(National Competency Profile)을 토대로 한국에서 방사선사가 초음파영상검사를 수행함에 있어 요구되는 직무역량과 세부역량들에 대한 직무 내용타당도를 측정하였다. 한국 방사선사 직무역량에 포함된 핵심역량의 중요도과 직무수행 정도를 비교분석한 결과 전체 중요도의 평균은 4.087점, 전체 수행도의 평균은 3.640점으로 중요도가 더욱 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그 결과 ‘A 의사소통’, ‘B 전문가적 책임’, ‘D 장비취급’, ‘G 근무 장소의 건강 및 안전’은 직무 내용타당도가 높았다. 그러나 ‘C 환자 평가와 돌봄’, ‘E 비평적 사고와 문제해결’, ‘H 영상’은 직무 내용타 당도가 낮게 나타나 이들 역량을 강화하고 보완할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다.
