Tetradifon에 저항성인 점박이응애(Tetranychus urticae) 계통을 얻기 위하여, 1995년 3월 경북 안동의 농가 사과원에서 채집한 월동성충을 실험실에서 Tetradifon으로 4개월 동안 누대 도태시켰다. 5회 도태시킨 계통(Td5계통, 저항성배수 371.8배)으로써 Tetradifon 저항성의 유전양식과 8종의 살란성 살비제에 대한 교차 저항성 정도를 生妹殘留法(wholeplant residual method)으로 검정하였다. 난(RS 교배, Td5femaleSmale, 또는 SR 교배, SfemaleTd5male)의 log농도-미부화율 선이 S계통 보다는 Td5계통에 치우쳐 있어 점박이 응애 난의 Tetradifon에 대한 저항성은 우성으로 유전된다고 할 수 있으며, 저항성의 우성도는 RS난이 0.998이고, SR난이 0.262이어서 이 저항성의 유전에는 세포질적인 요소 또는 어미의 영향이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 즉 RS 교배의 경우에는 완전우성으로, SR 교배의 경우에는 불완전우성으로 유전되는 것 같다. Td5 계통은 clofentezine . benzoximate . chlorfenson에 대해서 교차 저항성을 나타내었고, fenazaquin . pyridaben . flufenoxuron . tebufenpyrad . fenothiocarb 등에 대해서는 비교차저항성을 나타내었다.

This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of pasture type on behavior pattern, change of body type and daily gain of Korean native goat at the College of Natural Science of Kon-KuK University in Chungju. The results are summarized as follows

우리나라 남부지역 해송림에 피해를 주고 잇는 솔껍질깍지벌레으 해송 단목당 밀도가 추정되었다. 구피해자와 신규발생자에서 흉고직경 10cm내외의 공시목을 채취, 가해 약충의 서식가능 면적을 조사한 바 1차측지 밀도는 차이가 없었으나 2차측지 이하 부속지의 밀도는 구피해지가 낮았다. 약충의 분포양식은 양 지역의 고시목에서 유사한 형태를 나타냇으며 단목당 약충 추정수는 주간의 약충수에 비하야 구피해지에서는 10.8배 신규발생지에서는 13.1배로서 최소 4,200마리, 최대 208,500마리이었다. 오차범위 20%내에서 필요한 공시지의 수는 수관중분의 내부, 수관하부의 중부 및 내부에서 채취한 길이가 10~20cm, 20~30cn인 2차측지이하 부속지로서 각 21개 및 11개이었다. 알주머니는 단목당 63.6%가 주간에 분포하여 이중 가장 밀도가 높은 부위는 역지를 보유한 절간마디이었으며 이를 포함, 인접된 4개 절간에서의 밀도는 주간 전체 밀도의 약 37%이었다.

The movements of three striped jack (Caranx delicatissimus, 24cm of body length) were tracked by ultrasonic telemetry in the Nunoura Bay in August 1990. A school of the striped jack has been released near by the fish farming rafts by Goto branch of the Fisheries Agency and Japan Sea-Farming Association. To investigate the staying area and the swimming pattern of the fish, small size pinger(Φ8.5×L35mm, 140dB re 1μPa at 1m, 69kHz) was tagged on the dorsal fin without any anesthesia. The movements of three tagged fish are monitored at the same time with four omni-directional hydrophones. The locations of the fish are calculated by the hyperbolic method and tracked by a technique so called time division scheme which uses both the pulse interval and the phase. Three pingers used have the pulse interval of 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9sec, respectively, and the common pulse duration of 15ms. In results it was capable to estimate behavior right after the release, swimming speeds and approximate moving area of the fish. The movements were tracked for a week continuously, and it was found out that the staying area of the fish was around or under the farming rafts. Sometimes they swam together but most of the time they move separately. The average swimming speed of those fish was about two times of the body length.

Uyeda and Kanamori (1979) classified subduction zones into two modes - Mariana type and Chilean type. Many features such as back-arc basin, stress field, dip angle of Benioff-Wadati zone, thrust earthquake and accretionary prism are different in both types. Kinds of stress field as well as the dip angle of Benioff-Wadati zone are important factors controlling the spatial distribution of volcanic activity. Mariana type represents tensional field and high dip angle, whereas Chilean type does compressional and gentle dip. From the relationship between the dip angle of Benioff-Wadati zone and volcanic spacing, it is recognized that as the dip steepens the linear density of volcanoes increases but the width of them decreases. As the dip angle increases, the stress field becomes more tensional and volcanic magmas rise more actively, Also, the dip angle has a close relation to the dip of partial melting zone located along the subducting slab. As the dip increases, the width of partial melting zone decreases and subsequently the spacing of volcanoes decreases. Volcanic rocks in the subduction zone represent geochemical differences due to the mode of subduction and degree of arc maturity. In continental arc and mature island arc (Chilean type) the volcanic rocks show the geochemical variation from tholeiitic to calc-alkaline and finally to alkaline, whereas in immature arc without continental crust (Mariana type) they generally show tholeiitic affinities. However, in addition to the inter-type differences in tectonic environments and geochemical natures, the infra-type ones are also prominent. It seems like that the change of evolutionary step in each type has caused the intra-type differences.

본 실험은 재식밀도와 재식양식이 Sorghum-Sudangrass hybrid(sordan 79)의 생육특성, 건물수량, 조단백질수량, 기호성 등에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.1. 재식밀도가 높아짐에 따라 초장, 엽장, 엽폭(P<0.05), 엽수는 대체적으로 감소하였고, 같은 재식밀도에 있어서는 직사각형구에서 증가하였다.2. 1차 예취시 엽비솔은 밀식구중 직사각형구(30kg/ha, 25cm×4cm)
