        Recently, measurement monitoring is actively used for safety management of facilities. However, since the field measurement data contains many outliers, a preprocessing process is required for reliable behavior analysis of the data. In this paper, we present a detection method of time series outliers and its applications. And we propose precautions for the preprocessing process.

        This paper is a study on the development of a data analysis platform that constitutes a part of the development task of the constant monitoring system that can prepare against the earthquake disaster by using the regular measurement data of the old school buildings. The data analysis platform is composed of database management software that manages the metrology data acquired by using the instrument and data management software that analyzes the metrology data, analysis tools that can analyze the metrology data in various ways, A data analysis platform can be used to assess the safety of the school building and evaluate the seismic safety of the old school building to build a system for earthquake disaster.

        As part of the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project, multifunctional weirs have been constructed in the rivers and operated for river-level management. As the weirs play a role in draining water from tributaries, the aim of this study was to determine the influence of the weirs on the water level of the Nam River, which is one of the Nakdong River’s tributaries. Self-organizing maps (SOMs) and a locally weighted scatterplot smoothing (LOWESS) technique were applied to analyze the patterns and trends of water level and quality of the Nakdong River, considering the operation of the Changnyeong-Haman weir, which is located where the Nam River flows into the Nakdong River. The software program HEC-RAS was used to find the boundary points where the water is well drained. Per the study results at the monitoring points ranging between the junction of the two rivers and 17.5 km upstream toward the Nam River, the multifunctional weir influenced the water level at the Geoyrong and Daesan observation stations on the Nam River and the water quality based on automatic monitoring at the Chilseo station on the Nakdong River was affected strongly by the Nakdong River and partly by the Nam River.

        Earthquake safety assessment software of the cable-stayed bridge using the seismic acceleration measurement date was developed. Various safety assessment indices for evaluation structural safety and serviceability of bridges are discussed. A systematic approach is proposed to process the raw data for generating appropriate safety assessment indicators. The software for structural state evaluation includes (i) format conversion of raw data, (ii) noise filtering, (iii) generation of assessment index, (iv) state evaluation. Determination of the limit state included in the condition evaluation step is discussed and an example of the graphic user interface of the software is shown.

        As described in the previous paper (Park et al. 2013), the detector subsystem of optical wide-field patrol (OWL) provides many observational data points of a single artificial satellite or space debris in the form of small streaks, using a chopper system and a time tagger. The position and the corresponding time data are matched assuming that the length of a streak on the CCD frame is proportional to the time duration of the exposure during which the chopper blades do not obscure the CCD window. In the previous study, however, the length was measured using the diagonal of the rectangle of the image area containing the streak; the results were quite ambiguous and inaccurate, allowing possible matching error of positions and time data. Furthermore, because only one (position, time) data point is created from one streak, the efficiency of the observation decreases. To define the length of a streak correctly, it is important to locate the endpoints of a streak. In this paper, a method using a differential convolution mask pattern is tested. This method can be used to obtain the positions where the pixel values are changed sharply. These endpoints can be regarded as directly detected positional data, and the number of data points is doubled by this result.

        본 연구에서는 GCOM-W1 위성에 탑재된 Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 2 (AMSR2) 센서의 토양수분 자료를 Land Parameter Retrieval Model (LPRM) 알고리즘을 통해 전처리하여 2014년도 한반도 지점관측 자료와의 비교 분석을 수행, 위성 토양수분 자료 의 적합성을 평가하였다. 통계 분석 결과 AMSR2 X-band의 토양수분 자료는 38개의 지점관측 자료와 비교해 0.03의 평균 bias, 0.16의 평균 RMSE의 낮은 오차 수준을 보였으며, 최대상관계수는 0.67로 나타났다. 또한 AMSR2 센서의 ascending, descending 시간대별 위성 토양수분 자료 분석과 X, C1, C2-band의 주파수 영역별 위성 토양수분 자료 분석 결과, ascending overpass time 시간대와, X-band 주파수의 토양수분 자료가 지점 관측 자료와 더 좋은 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 한반도에서 최근 문제가 되고 있는 가뭄을 비롯한 각종 재해 분석 시 토양수분의 공간적 분포를 연구하는데 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        하천 또는 해안의 선박운항을 위한 도개교는 그 희소성으로 인해 최근에는 랜드마크로의 역할을 인정받으면서, 국외의 경우 세심 한 유지관리로 수십 년 이상 공용기간을 지속하고 있는 사례가 적지 않다. 국내 유일의 도개교인 영도대교는 부식과 노화로 철거 후, 2013년에 재가설 되었으며, 현재 1일 1회 도개를 실시하고 있다. 최근 교량의 안전과 유지관리에 대한 요구가 높아지면서 주기적인 안전진단이 수행되지 만 도개교에 대한 계측 및 분석 사례는 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도개교가 상승 및 하강하는 도개과정과 상시 사용상태에서의 계측자료를 토대로 구조해석을 실시하여 도개교의 응력, 진동, 반력 등 실제 거동을 분석하고자 하였으며, 이 결과는 추후 공용연수의 증가 및 도개횟수의 증가에 따른 교량거동의 변동 추세를 분석하기 위한 초기 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        Coronal Mass Ejections (CME), which originate from active regions of the Sun’s surface, e.g., sunspots, result in geomagnetic storms on Earth. The variation of the Earth’s geomagnetic field during such storms induces surface currents that could cause breakdowns in electricity power grids. Hence, it is essential to both monitor Geomagnetically Induced Currents (GICs) in real time and analyze previous GIC data. In 2012, in order to monitor the variation of GICs, the Korean Space Weather Center (KSWC) installed an induced current measurement system at SINGAPYEONG Substation, which is equipped with 765 kV extra-high-voltage transformers. Furthermore, in 2014, two induced current measurement systems were installed on the 345 kV high-voltage transformers at the MIGEUM and SINPOCHEON substations. This paper reports the installation process of the induced current measurement systems at these three substations. Furthermore, it presents the results of both an analysis performed using GIC data measured at the SINGAPYEONG Substation during periods of geomagnetic storms from July 2013 through April 2015 and the comparison between the obtained GIC data and magnetic field variation (dH/dt) data measured at the Icheon geomagnetic observatory.

        현재 공용중인 대부분의 시설물들은 다양한 센서로 구성된 계측시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 시스템에서 계측된 응답 데이터 분석을 통해구조물의 건전성을 평가하고 있다. 건전성 평가 과정에서 적용하는 계측데이터의 계측관리기준은 일반적으로 공용 초기에 설정된 것으로,시공회사 또는 설계회사 소속의 전문가들이 설계기준을 바탕으로 혹은 구조해석을 통해 설정하고 있다. 하지만 실 계측데이터에 적용하기위해서는 이와 같이 설정되는 계측관리기준의 검증이 필요하며, 일부 연구자들은 교량의 관리를 위해 실 계측데이터에 계측관리기준을 적용하여 타당성을 검증하는 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 통계적 접근방법을 활용하여 기설정된 계측관리기준을 검토하고, 체계적인 계측관리기준 재설정 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 구조물의 실 계측 데이터에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

        In this case, for PSC Box girder bridge of representative bridge types at the Honam high-speed railway section to need in-depth analysis of the dynamic behavior of the structures in high-speed driving and the monitoring system require to check correct behavior of the actual status of high-speed railway bridge, the dynamic behavior of the bridge was analyzed to HEMU-430X load. According to the high-speed driving test, the main behavior was monitored and analyzed.

        One of the most important processes to accurately predict structural responses is to evaluate accurate structural dynamic properties using finite element (FE) models. The analyzed structural dynamic properties usually show considerable discrepancies with the measured ones because structural details are commonly simplified in the FE models. To identify such discrepancies, FE models of them have been calibrated using the measured dynamic properties in previous researches. In this study, dynamic properties were measured for a historic cathedral and the FE model of it was calibrated using the measured results as a reference. Finally, a procedure of the FE model construction for masonry cathedral were tentatively proposed.

        A accurate reservoir inflow is very important as providing information for decision making about the water balance and the flood control, as well as for dam safety. The methods to calculate the inflow were divided by the directed method to measure streamflow from upstream reservoirs and the indirected method to estimate using the correlation of reservoir water level and release. Currently, the inflow of multi-purpose dam is being calculated by the indirect method and the reservoir water level to calculate the storage capacity is being used by centimeters(cm) units. Corresponding to the storage volume of 1cm according to scale and water level of multi-purpose dam comes up to from several 10 thousand tons to several million tons. If it converts to inflow during 1 hour, and it comes to several hundred ㎥/sec(CMS). Therefore, the inflow calculated on the hourly is largely deviated along the water level changes and is occurred minus value as the case. In this research, the water level gage has been developed so that it can measure a accurate water level for the improvement for the error and derivation of inflow, even though there might be various hydrology and meteorologic considerations to analyse the water balance of reservoir. Also, it is confirmed that the error and the standard derivation of data observed by the new gage is decreased by 89,6% and 1/3 & 87% and 2/3 compared to that observed by the existing gage of Daecheong and Juam multi-purpose dam.

        본 연구에서는 현장에서 실측된 유량 및 수위로부터 산정된 조도계수의 오차를 분석하고 그 타당성과 한계를 검토하였다. 자연 하천흐름을 등류로 가정하여 산정된 조도계수는 저유량 규모에서 부등류로 계산된 조도계수와 큰 차이를 나타내었으며, 이는 속도수두의 차이보다 평균 단면적, 동수반경 등 단면정보에 크게 영향을 받았다. 상대적으로 긴 구간에서 홍수량 규모의 평균 조도계수 산정에서는 구간 상하류만의 수위 자료를 이용하여 조도계수를 산정하는 수정 Newton-

        A microcomputer system consisting of 16-bit microcomputer, PCL-711S interface board, censors, and converters have been set up in order to automatically measure temperature, humidity and weight loss which are major variables of storage of apple. This system was operated by PC-LabDAS software. It has been possible to measure continuously the weight loss of Fuji apple stored in CA with the weight converter made by a miniature load cell and a strain amplifier. The temperature was checked by a k-type thermocouple and Pt 100 RTD, and humidity by PQ653JAl humidity sensor. It has been possible to set up a linear equation which showers high correlationship between the estimate of temperature, weight humidity and the output of the converter in that r2 is more than 0.99. Transpiration rate, a significant factor of quality deterioration for CA storage of apple, can be estimated with these values.
