목적: 본 연구는 하이드로젤 콘택트렌즈 재료에 iron (Ⅱ) phthalocyanine와 magnesium phthalocynin을 첨가하여 친수성 안의료용 콘택트렌즈를 중합한 후 물리적 및 광학적 특성을 평가하였다. 방법: 첨가제를 HEMA, NVP, MMA와 함께 공중합하였으며, 교차결합제로 EGDMA를 사용하였다. 또한 개시제로 AIBN을 사용하였다. 그리고 제조된 렌즈의 물리적, 광학적 특성을 평가하기 위해 굴절률, 함수율, 분광투과율, 인장강도 및 접촉각을 측정하였다. 또한 제조된 고분자의 자외선 차단성과 친수성 착색 콘택트렌즈의 기능성 염료로서의 활용도를 알아보았다. 결과: 제조된 콘택트렌즈의 물리적 특성을 측정한 결과 굴절률은 1.4320∼1.4330, 함수율은 38.53∼39.34%, UV-B 투과율은 33.8∼65.5%, 접촉각은 53.89∼64.45° 그리고 인장강도는 0.2790∼0.3137 kgf의 범위로 각각 측정되었다. 측정결과 magnesium phthalocyanine와 iron (Ⅱ) phthalocyanine의 첨가가 자외선의 투과율을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, reference와 비교하여 접촉각은 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: Iron (Ⅱ) phthalocyanine와 magnesium phthalocyanine를 첨가한 고분자의 경우, 함수율과 굴절률을 변화시키지 않으면서 자외선을 차단할 수 있는 재료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper presents the design, fabrication and performance of a reinforced concrete beam strengthened by GFRP box plate and its possibility for structural rehabilitations. The load capacity, ductility and failure mode of reinforced concrete structures strengthened by FRP box plate were investigated and compared with traditional FRP plate strengthening method. This is intended to assess the feasibility of using FRP box plate for repair and strengthening of damaged RC beams. A series of four-point bending tests were conducted on RC beams with or without strengthening FRP systems the influence of concrete cover thickness on the performance of overall stiffness of the structure. The parameters obtained by the experimental studies were the stiffness, strength, crack width and pattern, failure mode, respectively. The test yielded complete load-deflection curves from which the increase in load capacity and the failure mode was evaluated.

Environmental problems such as global warming become social issues today. It is reported that increasing energy consumption has affected on these environmental issues. Buildings deploys 40 percent of the raw materials in the world while at the same time they emit over 35 percent of the total CO2, so that it utilize over 50 percent of the whole energy in the world. At this point, energy saving though effective building control may eventually bring social, environmental and economical effects. Thus, this study will explore the difference between measured temperature and monitored temperature for operating air control system in the building, to which BEMS is applied. Also, it will suggest a method to accurately predict the load of air-conditioning, and will examine the different amounts of the load according to the temperature as well as the reduced amount of the load through changes of operation standard temperature.

PURPOSES : This study evaluated the field applicability and laboratory performance of warm-mix asphalt (WMA) as an alternative technology in asphalt pavement. METHODS : The pilot road using two different types of WMA mixture and one HMA mixture was constructed in Waegwan-Seokjeok road construction site and the mixtures were sampled at the asphalt plant for laboratory testings. The field applicability was assessed in environmental aspects, such as CO2 emission, and in aspects of constructibility using the existing equipment and procedure, i.e., thickness and density measurement. The laboratory testings included the moisture susceptibility test by AASHTO T283, dynamic modulus test, triaxial repeated load permanent deformation test, and the fatigue test. RESULTS : The temperatures for production and compaction of WMA were 20~30℃ lower than those for HMA and therefore, the noxious gas emission were significantly reduced. The field density of WMA pavements was similar or better than that of HMA pavement. From the laboratory testings, it was found that WMA mixtures exhibit comparable performance to HMA mixture in moisture susceptibility, permanent deformation, and fatigue performance. CONCLUSIONS : With these results, it would be concluded that WMA could replace the existing HMA technology without any significant issue. To support this conclusion, it is necessary to track the long-term performance of WMA in pilot road.

Structural insulated panels, which are structurally performed panels consisting of a plastic insulation bonded between two structural panel facings are one of emerging products with a viewpoint of its energy and construction efficiencies. These components are applicable to fabricated wood structures. By now, there are few technical documents regulated structural performance and engineering criteria in domestic market. This study was conducted to suggest fundamental reports such as racking resistance, axial capacity, transverse load capacity, and lintel load capacity for SIPs. Test results showed that maximum load was 44.3kN, allowable load was 14.7kN for racking resistance, and that maximum load was 137.6kN, allowable load was 37.4kN/m for axial compression capacity. For transverse load capacity, test results showed 10.3kN/㎡ of maximum load, 3.4kN/㎡ of allowable load. For lintel load capacity for SIPs dependent to lengths, allowable loads were 20.4kN for 600㎜ long lintel, 23.9kN for 1,200㎜ long lintel, 19.3kN for 1,800㎜ long lintel, and 2,400㎜ long lintel had 14.1kN of allowable load. In the near future, when the allowable load for wall application is established, SIPs is considered to substitute the existent post-and-lintel construction to bearing wall structure.

The purpose of the study was to improve of performance for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination in the department of radiology. It was performed DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). In the stage of definition, The fifth kinds of CTQ (critical to quality) by the kindness, the waiting time, the examination explanation, the waiting time and the waiting environment were selected by voice of customer. In the stage of measurement, the performed examinations and the reservation waiting time were measured each 1.77 and 1.69 sigma. In the stage of analysis, the potential key causes were determined the limited working hours and the difference of examination time of various entries. In the stage of improvement, MRI were performed with the operating system of 24 hours examination and the optimization of the difference of examination time by among of 30 minutes, 40 minutes, 50 minutes. Finally, the number of examinations and reserved waiting days were measured by each 3.17 and 1.71 sigma in the control stage.

A high efficiency roll-type electret polypropylene (PP) filter with an external electric field was developed and its particle collection efficiency and air cleaning capacity was investigated in a room when applied to an air cleaner having a fan. To enhance air cleaning performance of the cleaner, a wire-plate type ionizer was installed in front of the filter to enhance electric field to filter and one side of the filter was embossed by press of a pattern with a lot of circular projection. Performance test results showed that the newly developed electret PP filter with an ionizer becomes an appropriate filter to be applied to indoor air cleaner due to its low pressure drop and high air cleaning performance.

오늘날 국제화 글로벌시대의 도래, 정보기술의 진전으로 인한 인터넷보급의 확대로 인한 시장 환경이 급속하게 변화됨에 따라 공급체인 파트너들 간의 긴밀한 협력관계 구축의 필요성이 요구되는 상황에서 벤더에 의한 재고관리(VMI: Vendor Managed Inventory)는 시장변화에 신속하게 대응하고 기업간의 투명성을 제고하여 재고삭감의 문제를 해결하는 확실한 방법으로 조달 및 생산 물류관리의 가치를 제공하는 도구로 각광받고 있다. 지난 '98년 국내 최초로 유통업체인 롯데마그넷이 VMI를 도입한 이래로 제조 및 유통업체 및 전 부문으로 확산되고 있으며, 특히 전자 전기 자동차 제조업체의 도입 파급효과로 인하여 수직종속적인 구조관계에 있는 중소부품업체에서도 필요성을 인식하게 되었으며 최근 들어 VMI 도입을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소부품제조멉체의 VMI의 적용에 의한 물류성과에 관하여 영향을 미치는 효과, VMI의 활동요소와 성공요소와의 상관관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 VMI의 도입 적용을 준비 검토하고 있거나, VMI의 도입적용상 당면문제에 직면하고 있는 기업가, 실무담당자에게 문제해결을 위한 지침을 제공하고, 관련연구단체 및 기관, 학계의 연구자 및 학생들에게 새로운 방향을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

The wheelhouse front glass of a Fore-Bridge-Ship (Ro-Ro Ship) was broken by the shipping of water in rough seas, and then the flooding of seawater into the wheelhouse caused the uncontrollable condition of the ship. The hull which was entered into the floating condition rolled severely, and the heavy rolling caused secondary damage such as the collapse of a lot of cargo. It was an incredible accident because the height of bow freeboard was about 2.5 times higher than the standard height of minimum bow freeboard regulated by the International Load Line Convention(1966). And it would be also difficult for navigators to imagine a great deal of seawater flooding into the wheelhouse because the front glass was positioned at about 20m height above the sea surface. In this paper, we carried out the evaluation for the safety navigation of the Fore-Bridge-Ship numerically against ship's speed and encountering angle to the wave in each sea state of rough sea, by using the integrated seakeeping performance index (ISPI) which is able to evaluate synthetically the safety operation of ships. And then the problem on the application of the past criteria proposed as the safety navigation of a merchant ship was clarified by inquiring the dangerousness of the shipping of water at her bow deck, which caused the breakage of the wheelhouse front glass.

본 연구는 지리산국립공원의 동부지역을 찾은 이용객의 이용 행태의 분석 및 중요도-성취도 분석방법을 통해 관리와 이용관련 속성들에 대한 중요 정도와 실제만족도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 이용객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 현지에서 실시되었다 총 254명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성 및 방문특성은 다른 국립공원 이용객조사에 나타난 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다 대부분의 응답자들은 최근 대두되고 있는 환경문제에 대해 높은 관심을 보였으며 이와 더불어 이용보다는 보전이 우선하는 국립공원 관리정책에 더 큰 관심을 나타냈다 각 관리 및 이용관련 속성에 대한 중요 정도와 만족도 결과는 수질의 상태 자연식생의 보존상태 공원 내 쓰레기 문제, 야생동물의 보호상태에 특히 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며 휴양.관광 프로그램의 다양성 여부와 야생동물의 보호상태에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 것으로 조사되었다.

내진 설계되지 않은 일경간-이층 철골조의 면진에 사용될 적층 고무베어링과 납-고무 베어링을 설계하여 철골조와 기초 사이에 이 면진장치들을 적용하여 지진파들에 대한 내진 성능 평가를 행하였다. 이들 면진장치들을 사용하면 철골조의 내진성능이 향상된다. 특히 적층 고무베어링의 중앙에 원통형 납을 삽입함으로써 초기강성을 증가시켜, 빈번한 사용하중 하에서 구조물에 발생하는 비교적 과도한 횡변위를 구속할 수 있으며, 강한 지진파에 대해서는 이 납이 항복함으로써 에너지 소산능력을 향상시킨다.
