The National Education Information System(NEIS) has been utilized in primary and secondary schools. In this paper, we consider the NEIS should be used not only for educational administration affairs, but also for a lifelong management of national human resource. The current School Information Management System(SIMS), including the NEIS, is unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of actual field suitability and end-user's conveniency. To this, we have devised improvements of the SIMS in the seven problem areas: (1) The core business process of the school should be analyzed sufficiently and reflected in SIMS. (2) We should fully utilize groupware functions which activate the learning organization. (3) We might apply and use the CRM techniques of enterprises in SIMS. (4) The SIMS should be easy to make necessary school assessment data. (5) We should complement functions of the SIMS for a lifelong healthcare information management of national human resource. (6) The SIMS should support the school lunch management. (7) We should bring BOM and workflow concepts into the SIMS.

This paper presents the practical goals and approaches to drive forward informatization of small and medium enterprises(SMES). The presented goals such as productivity, duedate, production cost, and quality measurements are used effectively in the previous diagnosis and the post evaluation for the business of the informatization. As the practical approaches to improve these goals, I consider the importance of balancing, sequencing, scheduling. These methods ease the congestion of production sites of SMES with insufficient competitiveness and can contribute to the promotion of informatization that improves productivity and cuts down the cost of production effectively.

A company wishes to obtain a competitive edge by adopting an efficient logistics information system to control the logistics management process. The elements of the competitive edges a company targets are to maintain good quality, reduce cost and on-time delivery and those competitive edges are closely related to the cycle time of a product. The logistics information system in a company is also closely tied with other business activities than the logistics itself. Therefore it is essential to choose a system that will help rationalize the logistics but also overall business operations along the supply chain from manufacturing to distribution of the products. This paper aims to research and analyze a problem with a logistics information system through case study and to suggest a logistics information system with RFID in place adopted to eliminate problems such as damages, loss and defect rates.

In this paper, the stiffness and damping matrices are experimentally constructed using the structural modal information on frequencies, damping ratio and modal vectors, which are obtained by shaking table tests. Free vibration, harmonic and white noise vibration tests are performed. The acceleration of the shaking table was used as the input signal, and the resulting accelerations of each floor were measured as output signals. The characteristics and limitations of modal information from the each test are compared. The results of this study would be a basic resource of the analytical and experimental studies on the system identification of structures

최근 대량으로 쏟아지는 감성공학 연구 결과와 논문들을 가치 있는 자료로 만들기 위해서는 감성 데이터가 산업 전반에 활용될 수 있도록 지표로 정리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 "웹기반 감성 데이터 베이스 구축 및 보급에 관한 연구" 과제를 통해 작성된 감성 데이터 지표에 입각해서 앞으로 대량으로 출현할 감성공학 데이터의 지속적인 지표화를 위한 과정의 자동화를 제안한다. 문서 데이터의 지표화 작업이 자동요약과 유사하다는 점에 착안하여 자동지표화 시스템을 위한 기술들의 기초가 되는 정보유형 및 주요어 추출, 특성표현을 통한 정보문 추출에 대해 감성공학 코퍼스 분석을 통해 연구하고자 한다. 이는 감성공학 분야에서의 지식관리 시스템이나 자동요약 시스템에 활용될 수 있다. 활용될 수 있다.

각 산업분야의 엔지니어들은 각종 정보기술을 이용하여 통합환경을 구축해 오고 있다. 통합환경 구축을 위한 핵심기술은 표준화된 정보를 기반으로 한 데이터베이스이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 요구사항에 대처하고 각종업무에서 발생하는 전자정보를 통합하기 위한 일환으로 강교량의 설계정보를 포함하는 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 데이터베이스 구축과정에서 데이터 구조로 사용된 데이터모델은 국제 표준 즉, ISO/STEP(STandard for the Exchange of Product model data)을 기반으로 강교량의 설계정보를 표현할 수 있도록 기하부분과 비기하부분으로 분류되었다. 기하부분의 정보는 기존정보의 재사용이 가능하도록 3차원 솔리드모델로 표현하고, 비기하부분의 정보는 표준 데이터모델 개발 방법론에 의거해 분석된 정보요구사항을 표현하였다. 개발된 데이터모델의 검증을 위해서, 본 연구에서는 EXPRESS Engine을 이용하여 모델의 구문을 검토하였으며, 한남대교의 설계 데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 개발된 모델의 타당성을 입증하였다

인공피부 관련 기술은 1980년대에서는 혈액이나 생체 이식에 적합한 필터/붕대/패드/기타 피복용품의 제조기술(A6IF)에 속하는 것으로 모 또는 피부이식기술 분류(A6IF-002/10)가 주요 연구과제로 진행되어 오다가 1990년대 이후에는 보철 또는 보철물을 피복 또는 코팅을 위한 소재분류(A6IL-027/00)로 전환되어 현재에 이르고 있다. 이것은 초기 피부이식 자체의 외과적인 처리기술에 필요한 기술로 시작되어 점차 소재기술로 큰 전환점을 맞이하였고, 즘 더 나아가서 세포 및 조직 배양기술 (Cl2N-005/00, Cl2N-005/06)의 접목으로 고도화되고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 전반적인 기술적 수준은 미국이 가장 앞서 있으며, 유럽, 일본, 한국의 상황은 북미 지역에 비해 약간 뒤지고 있으나, 세포를 배양하는 기술적인 수준의 차이는 크지 않다고 보여지며, 아직도 배양피부의 색상, 항균성, 생체적합성 등에서 개선의 과제가 남아 있다고 보여진다 따라서 부작용 가능성 해소, 보급 확대를 위한 제품생산 코스트 인하, 대량생산 시스템 구축, 제품인식도 제고 등이 필요한 것으로 파악되고 있다.

Ministry of Environment developed ‘Emergency Response Information System (ERIS)’ in 2001, which is in operation. As a next step, currently National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS) is being developed. The main difference among ERIS and NERIS is to enhance the system in the national level, including transportation of hazardous materials. This paper introduces concepts and methods applied to NERIS, especially HAZMAT, and the information system, operating strategies. Based on GIS and transportation-network data, the best route can be offered using Risk Analysis. Strategies for reporting and first-response information systems are also designed for emergencies in the paper.
