본 연구의 목적은 교사의 과학 교과교육학 지식의 발달이 교수 실제와 교수 효능감에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 문제는 첫째, 교사의 과학 교과교육학 지식의 발달과 과학 교수 효능감은 어떤 관련성이 있는가? 둘째, 교사의 과학 교과교육학 지식의 발달 정도에 따라서 과학 교수 실제에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 교사의 과학 교수 효능감 정도에 따라서 과학 교수 실제에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 이다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 53개 공립 초등학교에서 120명의 교사를 표집하여 과학 교과교육학 지식 측정 도구와 과학 교수 효능감측정 도구를 투입하였고, 수업 관찰과 면담을 통하여 데이터를 획득하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들의 과학 교과교육학 지식과 과학 교수 효능감은 경력이 많을수록 점차 증가하며, 학력이 높을수록 발달한다. 과학 교과교육학 지식과 과학 교수 효능감의 상관분석 결과 둘 사이에 높은 상관 관계가 있었으며 통계적으로도 유의미하였다. 둘째, 과학 교과교육학 지식이 높은 교사의 수업 실제의 특징은 교사가 가지고 있는 과학 교과교육학 지식을 충분히 활용하고 있었으며 수업 전체에 대한 자신감을 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 과학 교수 효능감이 높은 교사의 수업 실제의 수업의 초기에 수업 목표와 학습 문제를 학생들에게 정확하게 인식시키려고 노력하며 수업의 각 과정에도 재인식시키는 특징이 있다. 자기의 과학 수업에 대한 상당한 자신감이 있고 내용에 대한 지식뿐만 아니라 수업에 관련된 그 외의 분야에도 지식이 풍부한 공통점이 있다.

Music, melody, harmony, rhythm, symphony, orchestra, organ, chorus, chord, tone and so on, the world owes these words to the Greeks. Ancient Greek culture was permeated with music. However, the subject, "Music in Greek Life" is practically ignored by all of us. Sometimes its very existence seems to be barely acknowledged. We can learn about music in ancient Greek by several ways; the evidence of archaeology and art; the innumerable references to music and music-making scattered through Greek literature from the eighth century B. C. onwards; specialist writing on music, e. g. Aristoxenus of Tarentum; non-literary documents, especially inscriptions, occasionally also papyri; actual musical scores. In ancient Greek culture, music, song and dance were seen as being, together with orderly sacrifices to the gods and athletic facilities for men, the most characteristic manifestations of a civilized community in peacetime. The Greek thought above all of the music and song associated with the public worship of the gods. Not everything, however, had to be subordinated to the god's needs. A paean or dithyramb might contain much that had little relevance to the deity being honoured. Offering prizes for the best singer or instrumentalist was a natural development. In B. C. 5th century, there were competitions for rhapsodes at the festival of Asclepius at Epidaurus. There must have been many opportunities for hearing epic song other than at festivals, but festivals will have been a common setting. In the society portrayed in the Homeric poems it is music and song that provide the normal entertainment of the household. Much of the elegiac and lyric poetry of the seventh, sixth, and fifth centuries was composed to be sung at the symposium. Certainly at Athens in the fifth century symposiasts regularly sang songs or excerpts from 'classic' poets. The ability to play the lyre was not uncommon among the archaic nobility. While the men made merry, the women of the household also were singing too in their own quarters. Children's songs must not go unmentioned. The picture has been deliberately limited to the Archaic and Classical periods (eighth to fourth centuries), in order to maintain a semblance of coherence.

본 연구는 기업의 국제화 과정에 있어서 일반적으로 받아들여지고 있는 `수출방식을 경유하는 점진적인 국제화`를 우리 기업의 경우에도 아무런 추가적인 고려 없이 연장·적용할 수 있는가를 살펴보고, 아울러 `수출방식을 경유하는 점진적 국제화`와 `수출방식을 뛰어넘는 급격한 국제화` 간의 결정요인을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 소유특유의 요인(기업의 규모, 국제화 경험, 제품차별화 능력) 중에서는 기업의 규모와 제품차별화 능력이, 그리고 입지요인(문화적 거리, 시장잠재력, 해외투자 위험, 현지국의 정책) 중에서는 문화적 거리와 현지국의 정책이 `점진적인 국제화`와 `급격한 국제화`간의 선택에 결정요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 내부화 요인인 기술의 특유성은 이들 국제화 과정간의 선택에 아무런 영향을 미치지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 `점진적인 국제화`와 `급격한 국제화`간의 선택에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 있어서 기업의 규모가 클수록, 제품차별화 능력을 가지고 있을 수록, 문화적 거리가 가까울수록, 그리고 현지국의 수입을 규제하거나 외국인투자 유인정책을 쓰고 있을수록, 수출방식을 경유하는 `점진적인 국제화`보다는 수출방식을 경유하지 않고 곧바로 해외투자방식을 이용하여 국제화하는 `급격한 국제화`를 추구할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 결과적으로 우리 기업들은 꼭 수출방식을 경유하는 점진적인 국제화만을 추구하는 것이 아니라 곧바로 해외투자방식으로 진출하는 급격한 국제화를 추구하는 경우도 많다는 사실이 실증적으로 확인되었다.

ES cell의 수립으로 특히 mouse를 중심으로 한 발생학, 유전학 연구의 획기적 발전과 형질변환 동물의 생산 및 동물 체내에서 유전자 기능의 탐구에 매우 큰 변혁을 가져오게 되었다. 또한 ES cell과 embryoid body는 체외 분화능의 연구에 있어 새로운 cytokine의 발견 및 세포 수준에서의 유전자 기능 해석의 강력한 연구수단으로서 폭 넓게 이용되어 질 수 있는 가능성을 시사하고 있다. 이는 ES cell line이 지닌 두 가지 장

loom 1993 to 1996, 1,500 cases of foodborne disease was reported annually in Korea. Salmonellosis were 55.1% of the reported bacterial fordborne disease cases. However, in general, it is estimated that the reported incidence of salmonellosis represents less than the real incidence. This study showed that salmonellosis estimates 177,000 cases (about 150 times of reported cases) costing 5.9 billion won in Korea. Only medical costs and productivity losses were included in the estimate of costs of the 177,000 cases estimated to occur in 1996. This estimates were considerably difference to U.S.A. in cases and costs, but not significantly difference in cases/population (%), expense/GDP (%). Understanding the social economic costs of foodborne disease will be endorsed risk assessment as a necessary method for evaluation and improving food safety regulatory programs in Korea.
