T.S. 엘리엇은 전혀 새로운 시인으로서 20세기 영미시에서 우리가 전혀 본적이 없는 시를 쓴 시인이다. 그러나, 그는 유럽, 특히 프랑스 시의 전통에 확고한 뿌리를 둔 시인이다. 반면, W.B. 예이츠는 자신이 상징이라고 정의한 시의 특성을 추구한 시인으로 영시나 아일랜드 시에서 금세기에서 조차 어떤 시인도 그를 능가하지 못하고 있다. 이 글은 엘리엇에 영향을 준 프랑스 시인에 대해 이야기 한다. 엘리엇은 프랑스의 새로운 시인들과 접촉하게 되어 독특한 시를 쓰게 된 것은 명확한 것 같다. 엘리엇은 시인 코르비에르에게서 프랑스 시인들이 무시하고 가치를 보지 못한, 프랑스 시의 전혀 새로운 면을 볼 수 있었다. 이 글은 구하의 책에서 프랑스 시의 영향을 다룬다. 특히 트리스탄 코르비에르의 엘리엇에 대한 영향을 논하다. 코르비에르는 당시 프랑스에서 전혀 관심을 끌지 못한 무명시인이었다. 엘리엇은 이 시인에게서 새로운 것을 발견할 수 있었고 그것을 자신의 시에 잘 사용하였다. 구하는 이점을 다룬다. 반면 예이츠는 불어시를 읽을 수 없었고 프랑스 시에 큰 영향을 받지 않은 것 같다. 예이츠는 그의 산문에서 엘리엇의 새로움과 위대함을 지적한다.

본 연구는 비윤리적 친조직 행동의 행동 유형인 작위적 행동과 부작위적 행동의 실질적 발생 가능성이큰 금융권 종업원을 대상으로 한 실증연구가 미진하다는 점에 주목하였다. 특히 타인의 이익은 도외시하고 사적 이익만 앞세우는 개인의 부정적 기질인 마키아벨리즘을 비윤리적 친조직 행동의 대표적 선행요인으로 설정하였다. 또한 이런 관계를 연결하는 개인적 내적 심리적 변화로서 도덕적 이탈을 매개변수로선정하였다. 마지막으로 조직유효성에 있어 긍정적 영향 요인으로 연구되어 조직에서 장려되어 온 조직동일시가 도덕적 이탈과 비윤리적 친조직 행동 간 관계를 강화할 수도 있다는 기존문헌을 바탕으로 조직동일시의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 은행에서 영업 직무에 종사하는 팀장·부지점장급 이하 직원을 대상으로 600부를 배포하여 483부를 회수하고(회수율 80.5%) 비영업점 및 불성실 응답을 제외한 438부를 분석하였다. 가설검증을 위해 직접효과는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하고, 매개 및 조절효과 분석은 Hayes의 PROCESS Macro분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 개인특성요인인 마키아벨리즘은 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 도덕적 이탈은 마키아벨리즘과 비윤리적 친조직 행동 간 관계를 유의하게 매개하였다. 셋째, 도덕적 이탈과 비윤리적 친조직 행동 간 정(+)의관계를 조직동일시가 역 U자형으로 비선형적 조절을 하였다. 결론에는 연구의 요약, 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Every meaning of the common word “Qin (親)” in Chinese has been seen in ancient times. However, its meaning of “kiss” only appeared at the end of Ming Dynasty. Scholars generally believe that this meaning is derived from extended meaning, which is worth discussing. Before the Tang Dynasty, the meaning of “kiss” was only expressed by “Wu (嗚)” and its polyphonic form. “Xin (噷)” appeared in the Song Dynasty, “Qin (唚)” and “Qin (親)” appeared in the Ming Dynasty. “Qin (親)” and “Qin (唚)” are the phonetic loan character of “Xin (噷)”. As the tail vowel [-m] final vanishes and the confluence of sharp and rounded sounds, the three sounds tend to be the same, “Xin (噷)” is a rare word, the common writing “Qin (唚)” with the change of phonetic sign and homophone substitution word “Qin (親)” appeared in the folk. “Qin (親)” has the meaning of “contact”. It is easier to establish semantic association with the meaning of “kiss” and becomes the dominant word in the concept field of “kiss”. “Xin (噷)” and “Qin (唚)” exist only in spoken dialect. “Xin (噷)” is the subsequent character of “Xin (歆)”, the “kiss” meaning of “Xin (噷)” is an extension of the “smell” meaning of “Xin (歆)”. In order to find the source of words, we should use the method of finding words based on meaning and sound, combine with dialect materials, and link up the homophone and synonymy of variant words. Only by breaking through the restriction of glyphs, can we find out the writing form containing the etymological basis of many variant words.

본 연구는 국내 은행업 종사자들을 대상으로 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 미치는 선행요인에 관한 연구를 통해 비윤리적 친조직 행동의 발생 및 조절기제를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 인지된 실적 중시 분위기가 도덕적 이탈, 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 미치는 직접효과와 도덕적 이탈의 인지된 실적 중시 분위기와 비윤리적 친조직 행동 간의 매개효과, 상사의 도덕적 역량의 인지된 실적 중시 분위기와 도덕적 이탈 간의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 은행 영업점에 종사하는 팀장·부지점 장급 이하 정규직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 최종 438부의 설문자료를 바탕으로 SPSS 25를 활용하여 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 인지된 실적 중시 분위기는 도덕적 이탈, 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 대해 정(+)의 방향으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 도덕적 이탈은 인지된 실적 중시 분위기와 비윤리적 친조직 행동 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 매개하였다. 셋째, 가설과 달리, 상사의 도덕적 역량은 인지된 실적 중시 분위기와 비윤리적 친조직 행동 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하였다. 결론에서는 연구결과 요약과 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 아파트 필로티 공간 활용과 친보행환경 조성을 위한 내용으로 설계안을 구성하였다. 계획대상지 면적은 약 11,700㎡이다. 이웃과의 소통이 줄어드는 최근 주거문화의 문제점을 해결하고 아파트라는 단순한 주거시설을 넘어 예술적 문화공간을추구하는 이념 아래 예술과 자연, 그리고 이웃이라는 삼각형 구조를 유기적으로 연결하여 소통이 있는 주거 공간 형태를계획에 반영하였다. 설계의 주안점으로 첫째, 기존의 단절된 아파트로서의 이미지를 개선하고 소통의 장을 열어주어 친보행공간을제공하도록 계획하였다. 둘째, 보행로를 램프로 설계하여 노약자가 존중받을 수 있는 주거 문화를 창출하도록 계획하였다.셋째, 자원 순환 프로그램과 다양한 참여 프로그램을 통해 문화 예술 활동이 가능한 유연한 공간을 창출하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 아파트 조경설계 개념을 벗어나 예술과 이웃, 그리고 더 나아가 자연과의 소통을 이끌어냄으로서 새롭고진보적인 아파트 공간 조성 계획에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to research the Formation and Activities of Pro-Rhee’ Christian Forces under the rule of Japanese imperialism. Relationships between Rhee and Korean Christian forces were formed by Independence Association, his conversion in prison, and his activities of YMCA in the early 1910s. Most of the Pro-Rhee Korean Christian forces were Korean Christian of Seoul, Gyeonggi-Do, and ChungChong-Do birth who were active mostly in Christian groups including Christian Association and YMCA in the 1910s. Rhee suggested Diplomatic Independence Principle and Ability Cultivation Principle as strategies of the independence movement. Korean Christian forces connected to Rhee agreed to Rhee’s strategies. They did not attract support for Korea’s independence from the international society but also developed movements of ability cultivation such as Private University Establishment Campaign and Rural Enlightenment Movement. Directly after the March 1 Movement, Korean Christian forces delivered Korea’s interim government’s document declared in Korea to Syng-man Rhee, who was out of Korea. After that time, this contributed greatly to Rhee’s becoming the supreme leader of dependence movement in and outside Korea. Korean Christian forces banded together with Rhee outside Korea and formed Heung-eop Club as an organization which agreed to Comrade Association abroad and adopted as important activities raising funds of independence movement and constructing economical networks in and outside Korea. Some members of Heung-eop Club did not participate in Shin-gan Association Movement but also played a key role in YMCA’s Rural Enlightenment Movement. However, Syng-man Rhee’s overseas position became weakened due to the bankruptcy of Dongji-Shiksan Company and conflicts related to the subscription of fund. In conclusion, Rhee’s relationships with Korean Christian forces were rapidly estranged in Korea’s circumstances (e.g. Sang-Jae Lee’s death, the conflict of Chi-Ho Yoon and Heung-Woo Shin in Heung-eop Club, the failure of establishing Industrial Department, the depression of YMCA’s Rural Enlightenment Campaign, etc.) after the mid-1930s.

In order to investigate the Possibility of utilizing corm as a seed corm In taro, the corm classified by the weight was planted on April 20, 1984. The effect of weight of corm (30, 50, 70, 90, 110, 130150r and 170g) on the growth, yield, and quality of taro was compared to those raised from cornel.The corm showed a better emergence rate than cermets regardless of its size. The larger the size ofcorm wasi the more the number of leaves developed, and the fisher the yield was. It was consideredthat the higher yield and better quality of taro was obtained by using larger corm as a mother corm( in the following year) due to the increase in the production of large taros.
