스트레스는 자율신경계 반응의 변화를 수반하며, 특히 심박변이도 지표는 스트레스에 의한 자율신경계의 활동을 반영하는 양적 지표로 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 스트레스 완화를 위한 산소와 색채 조명의 복합 자극이 제시되는 동안 자율신경계 반응의 변화를 확인하였다. 42명의 실험참가자는 지난 2주 동안 경험한 스트레스에 대한 증상들을 스트레스 반응 척도에 평가하였다. 스트레스 평가 후, 실험참가자는 복합 자극을 제시받았고, 자극 제시 전과 후, 그리고 자극이 제시되는 동안 심전도 신호가 기록되었다. 자극 조건은 30% 농도의 산소와 백색 조명, 산소와 주황색 조명과 산소와 파란색 조명의 조합의 세 가지로 구성되었다. 심박률(HR), R-R간격의 표준편차(SDNN), 연속한 R-R 간격 차이 값의 평균제곱근(RMSSD)과 심박변이도의 저주파 성분(LF), 고주파 성분(HF), 그리고 LF와 HF의 비율을 심박변이도 지표로 추출하였다. 이들 지표는 자극 제시 전과 후의 평균을 비교하는데 활용되었다. 결과는 자극 조건이 제시되고 난 후, HR과 LF/HF ratio의 유의한 감소를 보여주었다. 특히, 산소와 파란색 조명이 제시된 조건에서 다른 두 조건보다 유의하게 큰 RMSSD와 HF의 증가 및 LF/HF ratio의 감소가 나타났다. 이는 30% 농도의 산소와 파란색 조명의 조건이 부교감신경 의 활성화에 의한 자율신경의 균형을 유발하여 스트레스 이완에 가장 효과적임을 보여주었다.

This study is aimed to measure the physical colorimetric property according to three conditions, natural dyestuffs (Gardenia, Sappan wood, Lac, Gardenia blue, Mugwort, and Indigo), fabric types (cotton, silk), and presence of mordant (without, with), and then to evaluate the psychological sensibility. Also, to perform analysis of variance (ANOVA) to find out the differences of physical properties according to the three natural dyeing conditions, and to analyze the relationship between physical property and psychological property by Pearson's correlation analysis and then suggest the prediction model by regression analysis using SPSS program (ver. 21.0). Finally, to propose a certain sensibility image map of naturally dyed fabrics, MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) was used, and as a result, Gardenia dyed fabrics having the color sensibilities such as 'hard' and 'heavy' were suggested to evoke masculine image, and to evoke feminine image, Sappan wood and Lac having 'bright', 'transparent', 'soft' and 'light' sensibilities were suggested. Natural image might be induced by using 'subdued' Mugwort dyed fabrics, and active image might be induced by using 'showy' Indigo dyed fabric.

특정 환경이 제시하는 이미지는 색으로 나타내어진다. 그러면, 특징 사회적 환경에 대해 사람들은 특정한 색채 반응을 만들어내는가\ulcorner 특정 사회적 상황에 대해 사람들이 어떤 색채이미지를 만들어 내며, 이런 색채이미지가 사회적 상황을 일관적으로 나타낼 수 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 각 사회적 상황에 맞는 색채 코디네이션과 이미지를 찾고자 할 때, 대표적인 경우가 화장이다. 여성의 화장에서 나타나는 색채 이미지는 사용자의 취향과 같은 성격특성에 따라 달라지지만, 이것은 또한 사회적 상황에 따라 다르게 표현되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 상황을 캐주얼, 비즈니스, 지적분위기, 이브닝(섹스어필)의 4가지 조건을 제시하고 이것에 따른 색채 감성이미지가 어떻게 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 각각의 상황은 일관적인 색채 이미지를 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라, 사람들에게 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 색채이미지로 표현된다는 것을 밝힐 수 있었다. 특정 환경에 관한 개대는 특징적인 색채 이미지로 반영되며, 이런 결과들은 환경색채의 디자인과 구체적인 상황과 맞는 제품의 색조 디자인 등에 직접 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study investigates and analyzed the psychological effect of existence or non-existence of cut-flowers decoration in the conference place by the presenting eight colors of decorations (white, pink, blue, orange, red, green, purple, and yellow) to the participants, 103 numbers of genders. The measurement of psychological condition was carried out and compared with an attention recovery scale, profile of mood states (POMS) and semantic differential (SD method). In addition, paired t-test, One way ANAVA and Pearson’s correlation analysis were used for the statistical analysis. As the result of investigation for the general awareness of cut-flower decoration, the most priority is its color tone and 57.3% of participants which is the highest portion answered that the amount of annual investment for cut-flower decoration is 20,000～99,000 Won. According to the result of comparison for three psychological indexes, the attention recovery scale was significantly higher in the area with cut-flower decoration than the area without it. In POMS, it showed the negative emotions, such as, tension-anxiety, depression, confusion was low while the positive emotion like vigor was significantly higher in the area with cut-flower decoration than the area without it. In addition, the participants could feel the pleasant, natural and clam significantly more in the conference place with cut-flower decoration than the area without it. The order of color preference of cut-flower was Green > White > Pink > Blue > Yellow > Purple > Orange > Red with significant difference. Also, as the result of investigation for the color sensibility of its tone of the cut-flower decoration in conference place with SD method, the participants could feel ‘comfortable’ and ‘calm’ the most with green, white and blue decoration while ‘strong’, ‘vibrant’, ‘uneasy’ of feeling was shown the most in red and orange decoration and ‘warm’, ‘fancy’ in yellow. Based on the result of this study, the workers can have positive psychological effects by having cut-flower decoration or using appropriate colors with cut-flower decoration in the uncomfortable area, such as, conference place.
