본 연구는 치유농업 산업의 분류체계 구축을 통해 치유농업 산업의 범위에 근거한 현황을 분석하여 향후 치유농업 정책수립에 활용하고자 수행하였다. 분류체계는 한국표준산업분류체계를 기반으로 하였으며, 치유농업 산업의 개념과 특징을 반영하여 특수분류체계를 구성하였다. 이러한 분류체계를 통해 치유농장을 대상으로 운영 및 경영 현황을 조사함으로써 국내 치유농업의 산업적 구성과 비중을 분석하였다. 국내 치유농장의 사업 비중은 전체 매출액 중 치유농업 산업이 47.8%, 투입재 산업 40.4%, 파생 산업은 11.9%를 차지하였다. 소분류기준 매출액이 가장 많은 분야는 공동체 서비스 교육, 정신적 재활치료, 치유농업 농산물 재배업 순이었다. 치유농장의 81.1%가 치유농업 운영을 위해 시설을 건설하였는데 그 종류로는 조경 및 공원, 녹지 조성이 77.9%로 가장 많았다. 한편 매출액이나 종사자 규모로 살펴본 결과, 국내 치유농장은 매우 영세하게 운영되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 조사 결과, 현재까지 치유농업 산업이 정부 주도의 사업으로써 도입되고 있는 수준이라는 점에서 산업 현황자료로서 한계점을 가지고 있다고 본다. 그러나 향후 치유농업의 효율적인 사업경영을 위한 정책 마련의 기초자료로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있으리라 여겨지며, 한편 치유농업법에 따른 정기적 실태조사 추진의 방법적 기반을 마련했다고 평가된다.
본 연구는 치유농업 프로그램이 현재 운영되고 있는 현황을 조사하여, 향후 치유농업 산업의 활성화를 위한 정책 수립에 활용하고자 수행하였다. 조사 모집단은 치유농업육성 시범사업에 참여한 173개소의 농장으로 하였으며, 2019년을 기준으로 치유농업 사업을 운영한 농장 중 설문에 응답한 곳은 106개소였다. 조사 결과, 치유농장에서 운영한 프로그램의 개수는 농장당 평균 3.8개였다. 프로그램 운영 기간은 4∼10월에 집중되었다. 대부분은 요일에 관계없이 주중, 주말 모두 운영하였으며 시간대는 주중과 주말이 유사하게 10시에서 16시까지 운영하는 곳이 많았다. 이용객 비중은 단체가 69.1%, 개인이 30.9% 이었으며 프로그램에 활용하는 자원은 식물이 58.8%로 가장 많았다. 치유농업 프로그램 참여 대상은 초/중/고 청소년이 69.8%로 가장 많았으며, 특성별 기준에서는 일반인이 70.8%로 가장 많은 비중을 차지했다. 프로그램 1회당 정원은 평균 26명이었고, 연간 평균 진행 횟수는 19회, 연간 평균 참여 인원은 450명 수준이었다. 치유농업 프로그램 다양화나 대상자 맞춤형으로 활용할 수 있도록 좀 더 심화된 사례조사가 이루어져야 할 것으로 여겨진다.
1. 태국은 아시아 국가 중에서도 채소 생산에 적합한 기후를 가지고 있어 자국 내에서 소비뿐만 아니라 주변국에 수출을 목적으로 생산되고 있다. 그러나, 태국의 채소 육종 재배 기술은 다른 선진국에 비해 아직 초기 발전 단계이다.
2. 태국에 적합한 채소 육종 전략 및 재배 기술을 수립하기 위하여 태국의 주요 5대 채소 작물인 고추, 배추, 샬롯, 롱빈, 상추의 형태적 및 재배적 특성을 소개하였다.
3. F1 종자를 이용하여 채소를 재배하면, 품질이 좋고 생산성이 높아 이를 이용하는 채소 농가가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 , F1 종자의 가격이 비싸 개발도상국의 일반 농가에서는 F1 종자를 이용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 태국을 포함한 아세안 국가에서는 균일도는 다소 떨어지더라도 가격 경쟁력이 있는, 삼원교배 또는 사원교배 등 복교잡을 이용한 F1 종자를 재배하는 것이 적절할 것으로 판단된다.
최근, 웰빙 추세에 적합한 재료의 하나인 식용꽃의 향기성분들을 분석하여 유효 기능성분들을 검색하고 체 계적으로 확립하여 식용꽃의 이용 가능성을 높이고자 수행하였다. 식용꽃 6종 금어초(노랑, 자주), 금잔화, 패랭이(빨강, 보라), 한련화(노랑, 주황), 비올라(노랑, 보라), 팬지(노랑, 보라) 등 11종류에 대하여 Headspace SPME 방법을 이용한 향기성분 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 금잔화(α-Thujene, α-Pinene 등 18종), 팬지 노랑 계열(β-Sesquiphellandrene 등 5종), 비올라 노랑 계열(β-Sesquiphellandrene등 15종), 보라 계열 (Germacrene d10종), 금어초 빨강 계열(β-Myrcene 1 종), 한련화 빨강 계열(2종)의 향기성분이 나타났으며, 팬지 보라계열, 패랭이, 금어초 노랑 계열, 한련화 빨 강 계열은 유효성분이 없었다. 식용꽃에서는 세포생성 및 재생에 효과적인 α-Thujene, 피로경감에 도움이 되 는 α-Pinene, 음식의 향료로 사용되는 limonine 등이 다량 함유되어 있는 것으로 분석되어 기능성 물질 이 용의 가치가 클 것으로 기대한다.
식용꽃은 일반적으로 개화된 상태에서 수확, 줄기가 없는 상태에서 유통되므로 저장성이 급격히 저하되는 것 이 단점이다. 이에 본 연구는 여러 종류의 포장 필름 중식용꽃의 상온유통을 위한 효과적인 포장재를 선발하 기 위하여 실시하였다. 식용꽃 재료로는 꾸준한 수요로 연중생산 되고 있는 금어초, 금잔화, 비올라, 패랭이, 팬지, 한련화 등 총 6종으로 실시하였다. 유통 시 적용할 포장 필름을 선 발하기 위하여 0.03mm 두께의 polyethlene (PE) film와 polypropylene (PP) film을 대조구로 하였으며 필름 표면의 미세한 천공을 통해 산소투과도 (OTR-Oxygen Transmission Rate)를 조절할 수 있는 6가지 종류의 필 름인 PE 0.03 mm (LF10, LF20, LF30), PP 0.0 3mm (LF10, LF20, LF30) 등을 이용하였다. 식용꽃의 상온 유통시 금잔화, 한련화는 필름별 차이가 없었으며, 비올라, 패랭이, 팬지는 PP (LF10)필름이 효과 적인 것으로 나타났다. 비올라, 패랭이, 팬지는 꽃잎이 바깥쪽부터 말리기 시작하면서 노화 증상이 나타났고, 한련화는 꽃잎 무름과 변색, 금어초는 갈색 점이 나타 나면서 부패증상이 나타나는 등 식용꽃 종류별로 노화 유형이 뚜렷하게 구분되었다.
본 실험은 절화장미 중 만개시의 꽃의 크기, 밀집도, 개화 시 꽃의 모양, 꽃잎의 단아함, 염색 시 색발현 등이 양호한 ‘Akito’ 품종을 대상으로 단색염색을 위한 최적조 건을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 염료용액의 pH가 3.5, 염료 의 온도가 20-25oC일 때 염료의 착색과 흡수속도가 가장 빨랐으며 절화수명 또한 15일로 가장 길었다. 염색을 위 한 꽃의 개화 정도는 꽃잎이 3장 이상 핀 상태인 2~3단 계에서 Pantone color, 염색 후 꽃의 품질및 절화수명이 양호하였다. 염색액의 처리 시 실내온도는 10oC의 비 교적 저온에서 흡수가 양호하였다. 염색용액의 농도는 10g·L−1 처리했을 때 가장 선명한 색상을 나타내었으며 염색액의 흡수를 촉진시키기 위한 전착제 처리는 2mL·L−1를 사용하는 것이 가장 적절한 것으로 판단된다.
The study was surveyed to 269 respondents for investigating psychological response to indoor foliage plants grouped by four type of design materials. 21 indoor foliage plants grouped as filler, mass, form, and line plant, are shown to each respondent for surveying the preference and emotion by SD (semantic differential) scale. It was statically significant that the filler plant group was the least preferred one between the indoor foliage plant and the preference of line plant group was the highest. In filler plant Scindapsus aureus is significantly favored, in mass plant Aglaonema crispum and Syngonium podophyllum, in form plant Ficus banghalensis in line plant Dracaena fragrans ‘Lemon Lime’, respectively. The green is the most preferred color of leaf and gray is the least one. When investigated on the major emotions felt with four types of indoor foliage plant with SD scale, filler plant felt as ‘Bright’, ‘Light’, ‘Pale’, mass plant ‘Warm’, ‘Sharp’, form plant ‘Simple’, ‘Luxurious’ and line plant ‘Sophisticated’, ‘Luxurious’, ‘Pleasant’, ‘Soft’ and ‘Fancy’, respectively. This result will be valuable when the indoor garden is designed with an indoor foliage plant.
This study was conducted to know the visual preference and emotional change for the cut-flower decoration at public indoor space by using vertical, horizontal, and round type which are generally used. The investigation was done with 173 participants of National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science in 3 indoor areas designed with cut-flower decoration and 1 area of public place without it, respectively. Psychological evaluation was analyzed with the visual preference of cut flower shape and Semantic Differential method. In addition, the general awareness, loyalty and importance for cut-flower decoration were investigated. Statistical analysis was carried out with paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, cross correlation analysis, and analysis of frequency. As the result of evaluating the emotion of subjects with Semantic Differential, the feeling of comfort, nature and calm were significantly high in the public indoor space with cut-flower decoration. When we surveyed the feeling for the 3 type of cut-flower decoration with 14 pairs of emotional vocabulary, the participants felt ‘tranquil’ and ‘comfortable’ in the public indoor space with horizontal and round shaped decoration while they felt ‘strong’ and ‘anxious’ in the space with vertical shaped decoration. The preference of decoration forms was significantly high with round > horizontal > vertical type in order and vertical shape was highly preferred in twenties and sixties groups compared to other types significantly. In conclusion, we could recommend that round type decoration can be used in indoor place where comfort and calm are required and vertical form will be appropriate for challenging and vibrant twenties and depressed sixties with ageing. This customized cut-flower decoration will improve the environment quality of employment.
This study was in line with consecutive growth of urban agriculture implemented to provide a functional vegetable garden model for urban vegetable gardeners. It targeted the users who actually raise functional vegetable gardens, analyzed the flaws for correction in many ways including a type of products, quantity, ratio, and the like and existing problems. It is found out from Utilization that first is the highest ranking with no experience of growing vegetable garden education while growth education helping vegetable garden activity takes the half. Saying yes to the participation in the growth education following the process ranked the highest. In addition when planting, in regards to earning information about plantation timing and measure, they responded that they directly determine those by themselves. Second, the type of plant that they are mainly supposed to produce in family gardening was vegetables. Many say that it is easy to produce, easy to get information. In the fall, Kimchi and vegetables ranked the highest, the reason for functional vegetable gardeners to participate in planting family garden is an interest in a variety of producing crops. Third, the current amount included is proper for flower・herb plants in functional vegetable garden model while the ratio of crops vegetables60.5 : medical21.2 : flower・herbs18.3 in vegetable garden model is responded moderate.
This study investigates and analyzed the psychological effect of existence or non-existence of cut-flowers decoration in the conference place by the presenting eight colors of decorations (white, pink, blue, orange, red, green, purple, and yellow) to the participants, 103 numbers of genders. The measurement of psychological condition was carried out and compared with an attention recovery scale, profile of mood states (POMS) and semantic differential (SD method). In addition, paired t-test, One way ANAVA and Pearson’s correlation analysis were used for the statistical analysis. As the result of investigation for the general awareness of cut-flower decoration, the most priority is its color tone and 57.3% of participants which is the highest portion answered that the amount of annual investment for cut-flower decoration is 20,000~99,000 Won. According to the result of comparison for three psychological indexes, the attention recovery scale was significantly higher in the area with cut-flower decoration than the area without it. In POMS, it showed the negative emotions, such as, tension-anxiety, depression, confusion was low while the positive emotion like vigor was significantly higher in the area with cut-flower decoration than the area without it. In addition, the participants could feel the pleasant, natural and clam significantly more in the conference place with cut-flower decoration than the area without it. The order of color preference of cut-flower was Green > White > Pink > Blue > Yellow > Purple > Orange > Red with significant difference. Also, as the result of investigation for the color sensibility of its tone of the cut-flower decoration in conference place with SD method, the participants could feel ‘comfortable’ and ‘calm’ the most with green, white and blue decoration while ‘strong’, ‘vibrant’, ‘uneasy’ of feeling was shown the most in red and orange decoration and ‘warm’, ‘fancy’ in yellow. Based on the result of this study, the workers can have positive psychological effects by having cut-flower decoration or using appropriate colors with cut-flower decoration in the uncomfortable area, such as, conference place.
This study is conducted with the questionnaire survey of 174 participants to investigate the psychological effect of workers with the indoor-garden in lounge of public building. The measurement of mental state was investigated and compared with loyalty, attention restoration, profile of mood states (POMS) and semantic differential method (SD Method) while statistical analysis was compared and analyzed with paired t-test, frequency analysis, cross correlation analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson’s correlation analysis. As the result of analysis of three psychological index, the rate of attention of restoration to the worker was significantly higher in the area where the indoor-garden is installed than the area with no indoor-garden (p≦0.001). Emotional examination showed less negative emotions, such as, the tension, depression, anger, exhaustion or confusion while more positive feeling was vitalized in the area where there is indoor-garden in the lounge than the place with no garden. In addition, as the result of comparison for the index of emotion by gender, negative emotions of men decrease but positive feeling increase more than the group of women in the area where there is indoor-garden in the lounge than the place with no garden. As the result of evaluating the emotion of pleasant, natural and relax with SD method, worker might feel them more in indoor-garden of lounge. Detailed items of plant does not seem to affect to the loyalty in the interest of indoor-garden to the workers, however, behavioral element, such as, feasible investment-cost, provides extremely positive effect (p≦.05). Based on this study, the cognizance of healing effect, attention restoration, profile of mood state (POMS) and emotional quotient by the existence of indoor-garden can be concluded that it will provide the positive effects to diffuse indoor-garden and promotion of emotional health for the staff. In addition, indoor-garden can be practically used to reduce the stress and provide the stability of the indoor-staff.
This study analyzed the questionnaire of 279 participants which counted 26 cases out of total 305 participants. It is organized to find out the influence of indoor-plants for green interior of psychological effect, general awareness and the color or shape of indoor-plants in dining/living area to the preference of consumers and emotional image. 74.6% of participants had the experience of purchasing the indoor-plants for green interior. As the result of general awareness of green interior, the most important factor when the green interior was organized was the shape of plants and the most selected possible amount of investment to the installation was less than 100,000 won which is not high enough. As the result of investigation on participant’s awareness of effect of indoor-plant, 99.3% of participants which was the highest portion answered ‘Indoor-plants improve the psychological stability’ from the selection of five kinds of indoor-plant’s effects. More than 50% of participants showed high interests to the green interior in dining/living area as they selected ‘Preferred’. Decoration of cut-flower and eruption are preferred as the design of dining area. The preference order of 5 types of colors for green interior was white> green> pink> yellow> red and showed significant difference. As the result of investigation on color sensitivity of green-interior area with Standard Deviation method, white and green stimulus group highly shows the emotion of “Clam” and “Comfortable”. In addition, red and pink stimulus group feels hard the emotion, “Fancy”. Cut flower decoration was highly preferred when living area is decorated with 76.6%. Also, there was significant difference in the shapes of green interior in living area with the order of horizontal> round>vertical. According to the result of study on emotional difference with green interior of living area with Standard Deviation, horizontal way has “Calm”, “Comfortable” while vertical provides “Heavy” and “Strong”. This study tries to provide the useful and positive possibility of design direction and improvement of consumption of indoor green-interior by understanding of psychological effect and awareness of indoor-plan.
This study was carried out to investigate the formaldehyde (FA) filtration pattern of additional media for indoor biofilter system. Dry pellet type activated carbon (PAC), activated clay (ACL), zeolite, diatomite, pumice and loess ceramic ball were tested. In the case of dry filter media, formaldehyde purification efficiency was the most excellent with activated clay and then was good with the activated carbon, diatomite, zeolite, and pumice order. PAC and ACL decreased the FA concentration with exponential pattern resulted from dynamic balance between emission and purification. Zeolite, diatomite, pumice, and loess ceramic ball showed high filtration rate at initial time and then increased FA concentration result from breakthrough. PAC, zeolite and diatomite could be recommended as additional filter media for biofilter system considering FA filtration and breakthrough characteristics. FA filtration and breakthrough characteristics were improved with wet media except PAC and ACL. In particular, purification performance improvement and breakthrough mitigation were higher in pumice and loess ceramic balls. PAC+ZEO mixing showed the most high purification performance and breakthrough mitigation in all mixing methods. Thus mixture of PAC with zeolite and vertical mixing could be recommended as additional filter media to improve the FA purification ability and pressure drop with indoor air biofilter system.
The seed spray technology prepares for landscape by spraying seeds, fertilizers and other materials but does not consider the relationship of the germination time and temperature of seeds for construction. The purpose of this study is to develop a functional formula that shows the relationship of germination and temperature for using the Papaver orientale L. seeds for the spray technology. The germination test in a chamber was progressed from March to April 2014 and the verification experiment proceeded in a greenhouse in May 2014. After culturing each 100 seeds of Petri dish and Papaver orientale L. seeds on filter beds 4 repetitive times, each 10mL of the first distilled water was sprayed to treat temperature at level 7 and the light source was maintained at 4~4.5μmoles/m2/s. The germination rate was investigated at two-day intervals, and the germination was based on the emergence of 3mm radicles. For experimental verification, seeding was implemented in a greenhouse and daily mean temperatures and germination periods were investigated. As a result of the treatment, based on a 50% germination rate, the functional relation between the temperature and germination period was found to be y = 1/-0.0004x²+ 0.0224x-0.0398, R2 = 0.9441. As the result of the analysis of the cardinal temperature from using graphs of functions, the lowest temperature was 2°C and the optimum temperature was 28°C and the highest temperature was 54°C, but in the actual test, normal germination was made at 5°C and the unusual germination of the final germination rate was below 50% at 35°C. In the experimental verification, as a result of substituting the daily mean temperature with functional formulas, it was found to be 4.4 days and the lapse of time for actual foliation was investigated to be 5.5 days.
본 연구는 그린인테리어용 식물을 활용한 실내 주거공간의 심리적 효과를 알아보기 위해 112명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 심리상태측정은 주의회복척도, 단축판 기분상태검사(POMS), 어의구별척도법(SD법)으로 조사하여 빈도분석, 일원배치분산분석, 그리고 Pearson’s 상관분석으로 비교 분석하였다. 그린인테리어에 대한 일반적 인식에 대해 조사한 결과, 그린인테리어 조성시 경관디자인과 식물의 종류를 중요하게 생각하였으며, 설치 투자비용은 200만원 미만이 80.93%, 유지관리비 10~50만원이 81% 이상이었다. 또한 3가지 심리적 지표를 분석한 결과, 주의회복척도는 전체 문항에서 ‘매우 그렇다’고 답변한 대상자의 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직업군별로 비교한 결과, 회사원보다 주부들의 주의회복력이 더 높았으며 두 직업군 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 기분상태검사는 긴장-불안, 우울, 분노, 피로, 그리고 혼란은 낮게, 활력은 높은 경향이었다. 또한 그린인테리어 실내 주거공간에 대한 감성을 SD법으로 알아본 결과, ‘쾌적감, 자연감, 진정감’ 모두 긍정적으로 유의하게 높은 점수 분포를 나타냈다. 3가지 감성어휘에 대한 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 그린인테리어 주거공간에 대해 모든 감정간에 유의하게 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 그린인테리어가 주는 효과에 대한 응답자의 인식을 분석한 결과, 공기정화효과, 거주자의 작업 능률 향상 효과, 심리적 안정 효과, 그리고 인체의 자연치유력을 높이는 효과에 대해 94% 이상으로 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 그린인테리어효과의 문항간 상관분석 결과, ‘그린인테리어는 심리적 안정 효과를 높여준다’와 ‘그린인테리어는 공기정화효과를 높여준다’는 0.818로 가장 높은 정의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과, 그린인테리어용 식물을 활용함으로써 거주자들의 심리적 안정과 부정적 정서완화 효과가 클 것으로 기대한다.
