        The environmental changes in the Korean cosmetic medical service industry in the 21st century are forming intense competition among medical institutions due to the quantitative expansion of its market. For stable growth of the cosmetic medical service industry, continuous quality improvement is necessary based on empirical research on the quality of cosmetic medical services rather than external expansion. The purpose of this study is to classify the quality attributes of cosmetic medical service using Kano model and to derive the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of each quality attributes through Customer Satisfaction Coefficient (CSC). Through this, the study identified strategic priorities and suggested specific step-by-step approaches and quality improvement priorities that can increase customer satisfaction using the Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index (PCSI Index). Based on SERVPERF, this study used measurement tools consisting of five dimensions : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In addition, it was used of measurement items reconstructed into positive, negative, and satisfaction questions for Kano model analysis, CSC analysis, and PCSI Index analysis. A total of 300 medical consumers who experienced cosmetic medical services for the past one year in medical institutions such as plastic surgery and dermatology were collected with convenient sampling. As a result, urgent items for improving the quality of service using the PCSI Index, ‘Consideration for customer benefits’ in empathy category was followed by ‘Immediate help’ and ‘Sincere response’ in responsiveness category, and ‘Understanding customer needs’ in empathy category, respectively. That is, it is required to improve human service quality attributes such as empathy and responsiveness rather than physical service quality attributes. This study contributes practically in that it provides specific and discriminatory approaches to improve customer satisfaction on cosmetic medical service quality and suggests improvement priorities.

        Logistic enterprises want to be competitive enterprises in fierce logistic market and worry about the securement of discriminative competitiveness for it. The standards for the judgement of logistic industry’s maintenance of competitiveness are not only economic feasibility of logistic costs but also the satisfaction of users because well-established service system for variety and enhancement of logistic needs. Some of the quality attributes sufficiently satisfy expectation of customers, but not guarantee high-quality satisfaction. Therefore, it’s difficult to grasp quality attributes with the existing approach of perceived service quality. Quality attribute model suggested by Kano is widely used as the concept is accurate, there is high possibility to be used at the stage of product/service planning, and it can be easily applied. Kano model has a limitation that quality attributes are classified with mode and the differences between strong property of the quality attribute and week property in quality attributes were ignored. Therefore, Timko calculated customer satisfaction coefficient with the result of Kano’s survey and effects of customer satisfaction and unsatisfaction through relations between satisfaction coefficient and unsatisfaction coefficient. The purposes of this study are to use ASC, the average of satisfaction coefficient and unsatisfaction, as the satisfaction of quality characteristics, decide the importance of quality characteristics with TOPSIS, a representative multi-standard decision-making method, and calculate strategy improvement propriety of logistic service quality.

        This research determined priority of quality improvement of public institution's education service by using ASC for importance and applying Topsis, a multi-standard decision-making method simplifying various attributes and scales of evaluation items and deciding the comparative priority for satisfaction and discussed the differences so as to measure the quality of public institution's educational service and examine the priority of education service' quality improvement. This research classified the characteristics of quality improvement. As a result, it's significant to suggest positive direction and method to improve satisfaction and education service's quality from an angle of demander by analyzing educational satisfaction of education service quality of public education institution and effects on the following improvement.

        공원일몰제 시한이 다가옴에 따라 미집행 시설용지에 대한 해제·매입 여부 결정이 시급해지고 있다. 따라서 미집행 도시공원시설용지의 해제·매입과 관련하여 입지 의사결정을 수행할만한 객관적 기준마련이 시급한 상황이다. 이 연구의 목적은 효율성과형평성이라는 계획적 규범 가치를 새롭게 조명하고 여기에 비용이라는 현실적 제약조건을 반영하여 입지 의사결정 지원을 위한 입지모형을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 형평성과 효율성 기준을 결합하여 입지 우선순위 지수를 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 지자체의 한정된 예산이라는 제약조건을 반영하기 위한 시뮬레이션 틀을 마련하였다. 작성된 모형의 구체적 활용성 제고를 위하여 원형 프로그램을 구축한 뒤 이를 대구시 미집행 도시공원 용지에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 그 결과 미집행 시설용지의 해제‧매입 관련입지 우선순위 의사결정에 있어서 작성된 모형이 폭넓은 정책적 함의를 가지는 것으로 판단된다.

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate urban park and green spaces within the public service framework by identifying priority elements as defined by the residents. And, within the same framework of public services, define residents' priorities for building and maintaining urban parks and green spaces. This work enables us to find new implementation factors to increase resident's satisfaction of urban parks and green spaces. This study surveyed 455 residents from 80dongs(neighborhoods), of 5 Gu(districts) districts in Daejeon. The survey was conducted with a structurally organized questionnaire and objective materials. The data collected from participants of the survey were summarized as follows. Among all categories, Daejeon residents prioritizes increased investment on "local economy", followed by social welfare, urban nature, culture and recreation, transportation and city planning, in order, In urban nature service category, residents' top priority was "air pollution control", to be followed by "water supply and drainage", "park building and maintenance", "waste disposal and recycling" and "improvement of 3 major rivers", in order. These results suggests that the demand by residents for urban nature spaces will improve as the local economy is improved.

        경비, 훈련, 지원 등의 해상 임무를 종료한 해군 함정은 차기 임무를 준비하기 위해 모항에 입항하여 긴급수리, 유류수급, 무장 적하역, 크레인, 태세유지, 수리, 포 배열, 탄약적재, 부식 작업 등의 일련의 서비스를 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 한정된 선석과 설비 자원 하에서 여러 함정에 대한 효율적인 선석 할당 계획의 수립을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 불필요한 선석이동을 줄이고 계획기간 동안 각 함정이 필요로 차는 서비스를 점수화한 총점을 최대화하는 기존의 모형을 토대로, 서비스 지속 기간이 제한적이고 서비스들 간의 전후 우선순위가 존재하는 현실적인 제약을 고려하면서 전비태세를 향상시킬 수 있는 혼합 정수 계획 모형(Mixed Integer Programming)을 수립해 보았다. 효과적인 분석을 위하여 ILOG OPL(Optimization Programming Language) Studio 3.1을 사용하여 모델링 한 후 ILOG CPLEX 7.0으로 최적해를 구해 보았다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형이 해군 함정의 효율전인 선석 할당 계획 수립에 적용될 수 있다면 해군 부대의 전비태세 향상에 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
