        이 연구의 목적은 기금조성용 옥외광고 산업의 현재를 분석하고, 산업 의 발전을 저해하는 요인으로 평가받는 불법 도로변 야립광고에 대한 해 법을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전문가를 대상으로 하는 심 층 인터뷰를 실시하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기금 조성용 옥외광고가 옥외광고 산업의 발전에 중요할 역할을 했음을 확인 하였으나, 시스템과 비즈니스 차원에서 해결해야 할 여러 문제점이 있음 을 발견하였다. 또 불법 도로변 야립광고의 난립을 방지하기 위해 법적, 기술적, 경제적, 사회적 해법에 대한 전문가들의 다양한 의견을 수집함으 로써 관련 산업 정책에 대한 의미있는 기초자료를 제공한다는데 의의가 있다.

        본 연구는 탄소 흐름 관점에서 기존 농촌경관 시스템 구조를 분석하고 이를 토대로 탄소중립 농촌경 관으로 전환하기 위한 자연기반해법을 제시하였다. 농촌경관 시스템은 생산경관, 자연경관, 생활경 관 하위 시스템으로 구성되어 있었으며, 각 하위 시스템을 인과지도 작성하고 이를 통합하였다. 통합 인과지도를 분석한 결과, 토지 이용 및 인간 활동 관리와 피드백 루프의 재구축을 위한 자연기반해법 전략이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 기반으로 본 연구는 ‘토양유기탄소 보존을 위한 탄소 농 업’, ‘탄소 흡수원 경관 관리’, ‘기후스마트 농업’, 그리고 ‘신재생에너지 기반 순환 농업’을 제안하였 다. 본 연구 결과는 기존 생산과정 중심의 농촌지역의 탄소중립 정책에서 벗어나 농촌경관 시스템의 전반적인 탄소 흐름을 확인하여 자연기반해법을 제시하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

        This paper introduces a container loading problem and proposes a theoretical approach that efficiently solves it. The problem is to determine a proper weight of products loaded on a container that is delivered by third party logistics (3PL) providers. When the company pre-loads products into a container, typically one or two days in advance of its delivery date, various truck weights of 3PL providers and unpredictability of the randomness make it difficult for the company to meet the total weight regulation. Such a randomness is mainly due to physical difference of trucks, fuel level, and personalized equipment/belongings, etc. This paper provides a theoretical methodology that uses historical shipping data to deal with the randomness. The problem is formulated as a stochastic optimization where the truck randomness is reflected by a theoretical distribution. The data analytics solution of the problem is derived, which can be easily applied in practice. Experiments using practical data reveal that the suggested approach results in a significant cost reduction, compared to a simple average heuristic method. This study provides new aspects of the container loading problem and the efficient solving approach, which can be widely applied in diverse industries using 3PL providers.

        Due to the issue of the sustainability in transportation area, the number of electric vehicles has significantly increased. Most automakers have decided or planned to manufacture the electric vehicles rather than carbon fueled vehicles. However, there are still some problems to figure out for the electric vehicles such as long charging time, driving ranges, supply of charging stations. Since the speed of growing the number of electric vehicles is faster than that of the number of charging stations, there are lack of supplies of charging stations for electric vehicles and imbalances of the location of the charging stations. Thus, the location problem of charging stations is one of important issues for the electric vehicles. Studies have conducted to find the optimal locations for the charging stations. Most studies have formulated the problem with deterministic or hierarchical models. In this paper, we have investigated the fluctuations of locations and the capacity of charging stations. We proposed a mathematical model for the location problem of charging stations with the vehicle routing problem. Numerical examples provide the strategy for the location routing problems of the electric vehicles.

        본 논문은 직접해법 기반 FETI 알고리즘의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 개선 대상은 FETI-local로, 해당 알고리즘은 국부 Lagrange 승 수를 통해 부영역 간 경계 문제를 정의한다. 부영역 경계 강성 및 하중 계산 단계의 경우, 전체 역행렬 계산 등 과도한 비용을 요구했던 기존 알고리즘을 Boolean 행렬 특성을 활용한 선택적 역행렬 성분 계산으로 개선하였다. 전역 경계 행렬식 계산 단계의 경우, 기존 단 일 프로세서 연산을 다중 프론탈 기법 기반 병렬 연산으로 대체하였다. 제시된 FETI-local 알고리즘의 성능 개선은 64만 자유도 수치 예제를 통해 검증되었으며, 기존 대비 최대 97.8%의 계산 시간 감소가 달성되었다. 또한, 기존 대비 안정적이고 개선된 확장성이 가속 지표를 통해 확인되었다. 추가로, 432만 자유도의 대용량 계산 성능 비교가 제시된 알고리즘과 상용 프로그램인 ANSYS 간에 수행되 었다. 그 결과, 계산 시간 측면에선 ANSYS가 우수하였으나, 프로세서 수에 따른 가속 성능 증가율 측면에선 제시된 알고리즘이 우수 한 것이 확인되었다.

        Boundary element solution method is introduced for radiation heat transfer problem with objects inside a 2-D enclosure, where shadow zone exists. Surfaces are assumed as diffuse gray in a transparent medium. Boundary integral and boundary element equations were derived from radiation transfer equation, and their theory is reviewed. Also the process of solution methods to implement the boundary element method is analysed and explained with consideration of shadow effects. BEM solution results are compared with two test problems and are found to be good agreements with the both analytic and ANSYS Fluent numerical solutions. Therefore the current BEM analysis for radiation heat transfer problem can be considered as verified, and their efficacy with engineering applicability is established as a result.

        Nodal transport methods are proposed for solving the simplified even-parity neutron transport (SEP) equation. These new methods are attributed to the success of existing nodal diffusion methods such as the Polynomial Expansion Nodal and the Analytic Function Expansion Nodal Methods, which are known to be very effective for solving the neutron diffusion equation. Numerical results show that the simplified even-parity transport equation is a valid approximation to the transport equation and that the two nodal methods developed in this study also work for the SEP transport equation, without conflict. Since accuracy of methods is easily increased by adding node unknowns, the proposed methods will be effective for coarse mesh calculation and this will also lead to computation efficiency.

        In order to remove the inefficient cost occurred among companies, the cooperation among companies are required. The single vendor-single buyer integrated model is often studied for that purpose. Buyer’s demand follows normal distribution, and vendor’s inventory policy use a continuous inventory review policy. If buyer places order, then vendor begins to make products and transfer those products to the buyer several times. In real situation, the size of company’s warehouse is restricted, space limit constraint is considered. There are three approaches for the single vendor-single buyer integrated model with space limit: equal batch shipment approach, increasing batch shipment approach, and mixed approach. In this paper, these approaches are compared one another and we discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of these approaches.

        The group formation problem of the machine and part is a critical issue in the planning stage of cellular manufacturing systems. The machine-part grouping with alternative process plans means to form machine-part groupings in which a part may be processed not only by a specific process but by many alternative processes. For this problem, this study presents an algorithm based on self organizing neural networks, so called SOM (Self Organizing feature Map). The SOM, a special type of neural networks is an intelligent tool for grouping machines and parts in group formation problem of the machine and part. SOM can learn from complex, multi-dimensional data and transform them into visually decipherable clusters. In the proposed algorithm, output layer in SOM network had been set as one-dimensional structure and the number of output node has been set sufficiently large in order to spread out the input vectors in the order of similarity. In the first stage of the proposed algorithm, SOM has been applied twice to form an initial machine-process group. In the second stage, grouping efficacy is considered to transform the initial machine-process group into a final machine-process group and a final machine-part group. The proposed algorithm was tested on well-known machine-part grouping problems with alternative process plans. The results of this computational study demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm. The proposed algorithm can be easily applied to the group formation problem compared to other meta-heuristic based algorithms. In addition, it can be used to solve large-scale group formation problems.

        오늘날 파일럿(Pilot)이라고 하면 대부분의 사람들은 항공기 조종사를 떠올린 다. 그러나 이 용어는 해상에서 먼저 사용된 용어다. 연혁적으로 살펴보면 항공 기가 탄생하기 전에도 해상분야에서는 ‘pilot’라는 용어를 사용하고 있었다. 그럼으로 그 기원이 바다에 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 약 2,500년 전 고대시대의 로오드해법은 일부분이 소실되었지만 단편적인 부 분에서 도선사의 존재와 도선제도가 있었다는 것을 알 수 있고, 이후 생성된 고대 로마법과 초기 중세 해법에서 도선제도의 구체적인 내용을 알 수 있다. 당시에는 도선의 실수로 인하여 선박이나 화물에 손해를 입히거나 멸실되면, 도선을 실시한 도선사는 지금은 상상할 수 없는 참수형에 처해졌다. 이는 당시 시대 상황을 반영한다. 고대 및 중세시대가 전제군주 시대였고, 마음대로 그 권 력을 남용하였음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 도선사에게는 목숨을 걸고 도선에 임하 여야 하는 막대한 책임감을 부여하였다. 이러한 도선사의 책임에 대해서는 16 세기에 들어서야 비로소 항변권과 손해에 대한 보상으로 그 책임을 면할 수 있 었다. 현대에 존재하는 공적규제로써의 강제도선제도는 과거 중세 해법에서부 터 그 연혁을 찾아볼 수 있다.

        The single vendor single buyer integrated production inventory problem with lead time proportional to lot size and space restriction is studied. Demand is assumed to be stochastic and the continuous review inventory policy is used for the buyer. If the buyer places an order with lots of products, then the vendor will produce lots of products and the products will be transferred to the buyer with equal shipments many times. Mathematical model for this problem is defined and a Lagrangian relaxation approach is developed.

        The temple Hoeamsa(檜巖寺) was repaired by Naong(懶翁), and with this the power of the temple became far greater to be the greatest Buddhist temple during late Goryeo and early Joseon. Naong’s reconstruction of Hoeamsa was originated from Jigong(指空)’s teaching ‘Samsan Yangsu(三山兩水).’ But it is not clear whether Samsan Yangsu really meant Hoeamsa. By the way, after 14 years, Naong suddenly remembered this word and began to repair Hoeamsa in a large scale. From this, we can guess that Naong tried to give the contemporary Buddhism some change through the repair of Hoeamsa. But, as King Gongmin(恭愍王) the greatest supporter of Naong was suddenly assassinated, the political situation changed a lot and Naong also died unexpectedly. Naong’s death brought out the critical sense to Hoeamsa and, in the process to resolve the crisis, the repair of Hoeamsa began to be justified through diverse religious factors. As these were expanded and developed on and one, Hoeamsa came to be honored as the most divine temple in Korea during the early Joseon dynasty. Furthermore, into the cause structure for the Naong’s repair of Hoeamsa, the influence of Jajang was added through Odaesan Buddhism. As we can well understand, late Silla situation of Jajang and the late Goryeo of Naong were very similar and the both Buddhist leaders should have derived out some religious solution for them. In other words, both of them had a similar recognition in finding the religious solution for the contemporary crises. It becomes a way to understand the Hoeamsa repairing structure taken by Naong and his disciples. Therefore, by comparing the similar religious solution structures given by Jajang and Naong and by clearer understanding on Samsan Yangsu spirit, we can see the repair of Hoeamsa and the related aspects more accurately.
