        This study carried out evaluation of vulnerability in accessability and functionality using road network that was extracted from Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) and digital map. It was built in order to figure out accessability that locational data which include community center, public facilities, medical facilities and highway IC. The method for grasping functionality are Digital Elevation Model(DEM) and land slide hazard map provided by Korea Forest Service. The evaluation criteria for figure out accessability was set to related comparison of average time in urban area. Functionality value was calculated by the possibility of backing the vehicle possibility of snowfall and landslides. At last, this research computed weighting value through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), calculated a vulnerable score. As the result, the accessability of rural village came out that would spend more time by 1.4 to 3.2 times in comparison with urban area. Even though, vulnerability of the road by a snowfall was estimated that more than 50% satisfies the first class, however, it show up that the road were still vulnerable due snowing because over the 14% of the road being evaluated the fifth class. The functionality has been satisfied most of the road, however, It was vulnerable around Lake Daechung and Piban-ryung, Yumti-jae, Suriti-jae where on the way Boeun. Also, the fifth class road are about 35 km away from the city hall on distance, take an hour to an hour and a half. The fourth class road are about 25 km away from the city hall on distance, take 25 min to an hour. The other class of the road take in 30 min from the city hall or aren't affected of weather and have been analyzed that a density of road is high. In A result that compare between distribution and a housing density came out different the southern and the eastern area, so this result could be suggested quantitative data for possibility of development.

        본 연구는 청주시 화재발생자료(2011년 2013년)를 활용하여 화재발생 요인별 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 청주시에서 발생한 1,436건(2011년 2013년)의 화재발생자료를 활용하여 화재발생분포 현황도를 작성하고, 공간자기상관분석을 통해 청주시의 화재발생 분포 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 전역적 모란지수(Global Moran’s I)는 0.40으로 강한 군집적 패턴을 가진 것을 알 수 있었다. 화재발생의 요인별 모란산점도와 국지적 모란지수(Local Moran's Ⅰ)는 실화(요인 1) 0.361, 방화(요인 2) 0.100, 미상(요인 3) 0.188로 강한 자기상관성을 가진 것으로 나타났으며, 자연발화(요인 4)는 –0.010으로 지역적 연관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 청주시 화재발생 예방을 위한 정책 수립에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the corresponding residents' benefit to get in the future from the district unit plan of the settlement zone by Cheongju local government. The target districts were selected as Gumdeong-gol district, Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district which had recently set their district unit plans. Specific targets to be analyzed were some infrastructure including roads, parking lots, parks and others. Using the analysis methods of the Logit model and non-parametric test approach, this study estimated to the average amounts to be willingly paid(WTP) by the residents in targeting settlement zones and tested the reliability of the average amounts of WTP. The results of analysis were as follows. First, it was found that the WTPs for infrastructure under 1st influence area in target districts were estimated as 5,233won for road, 2,826won for parking lot, and 3,705won for park respectively. For the WTPs for infrastructure under 1nd area were estimated as 4,910 won for road, 2,242won for parking lot, and 3,620won for park respectively. Second, as the result of calculating the non-parametric WTP which built the 95% confidence interval, it was found that the all WTPs except the WTP for parking lot were fell into the 95% confidence interval. Third, as the result of calculating yearly total sum of benefits that the residents would get from the 1st influence area and the 2nd influence area, it was found that Gumdeong-gol district were expected to get 62,376,472won-amounted benefits, and Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district would get 35,0778,016won, 26,886,560won, and 22,252,032won respectively.

        The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the social welfare value given to the designated rural settlement zone by the resident-participated site unit plan that the City of Cheongju is newly attempting to draft. Firstly, the costs and benefits from the site unit planning were estimated. Secondly, through literature review especially focussed on the benefit and cost estimation, on-site questionnaire was designed, and then sample residents of the qualifying sites were asked about their willingness to pay, which could make it possible to estimate the monetary value of its benefits by the contingent valuation method (CVM). Finally, the present value of net benefits (PVNB) was estimated through the derived costs and benefits. As a result of analysis, firstly, the present value of net benefits (PVNB) was found to be 7,641 billion won, which indicated that the implementation of district-unit plan would be able to cause sufficient social welfare value for the effected residents. Secondly, in examining the result of individual average amount for willingness to pay through the CVM, the area that benefited the most was found to be the road improvement. Thirdly, as a result of sensitivity analysis, the parameter with the most effects was the discount rate, which suggested that, in carrying out public projects, excessive market interest rates would not be appropriate.

        As air pollution has emerged as one of the most pressing urban environmental concerns, many studies have investigated the influence of air pollutants(ex: O3, NO2, SO2, Acid rain, etc.) on roadside trees and urban grove. In Korea, population density started to increase since the industrialization. Since dense population aggravates our living conditions, it's very important for us to preserve and keep a lively and refreshing nature in order to live with green nature in harmony under the current artificial environment-dominating world. In metropolitan cities, the production of pollutants increases in proportion to population growth. The vehicle exhaust gas and air pollutants from cooling and heating systems have been the major causes of acid rain. Furthermore, tire particles which are naturally produced by tire wearing on roads and other toxic substances in exhaust gas have caused a problem in human health directly and indirectly. In fact, a lot of studies have analyzed air pollution, roadside trees and plants in Korea. However, they are mostly limited to covering the influence of air pollution on the growth of plants. No paper has clearly explained why air pollution-resistant or-vulnerable species has shown different reactions yet. Even though a lot of urban roadside trees have died or stopped to grow from time to time, this kind of problem has not been properly examined. This paper is aimed to comparatively analyze physio-ecological characteristic such as photosynthesis, chlorophyll contents, soil volume water figure out their relationship with environmental factors against the expanding roadside trees in Cheong-ju, and provide basic data for management of roadside trees and elaboration of urban environment preservation policies.

        것대산에는 79과 199속 266종 35변종 5품종 등 총 306분류군의 식물이 조사되었다. 남사면부에는 붉은병꽃나무, 참빗살나무, 황새냉이, 붉나무, 때죽나무, 작살나무, 길마가지나무, 올괴불나무 등이, 북사면의 경우 아까시나무, 떡갈나무, 밤나무, 갈참나무, 뽕나무, 생강나무, 회잎나무, 노린재나무, 미나리아재비, 점나도나물, 세잎양지꽃이 조사되었다. 성상별 분포의 경우 교목류는 굴참나무, 가죽나무 등 27분류군, 아교목류는 오리나무, 산뽕나무 등 29분류군, 관목류은 싸리, 개암나무 등 47분류군, 초본류는 각시붓꽃, 대사초 등 173분류군, 덩굴류는 인동, 청미래덩굴 등 30분류군으로 조사되었다. 한국특산식물은 호랑버들 등 7분류군이 조사되었고 귀화식물은 오리새 등 총 16분류군이었다. 자연파괴도와 귀화율은 약 6.0%, 5.2%로 분석되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 승마, 물박달나무, 붉은병꽃나무, 홀아비꽃대 등 26분류군이었다.

        충북 청주시에 위치한 충북대학교에서 강수에 따른 습성강하물 중의 TN, TP 및 COD의 농도와 오염부하를 조사하였다 강수사상에 대한 샘플은 1998년에서 2003년까지 채집되었다. 오염물질의 강수량가중평균 농도는 TN이 0.60mg/L, TP가 0.014mg/L, COD는 4.8mg/L이었는데, 이는 각각의 산술평균보다 26, 18, 14% 작게 나타났다. TN, TP 및 COD의 농도는 강수량이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 모든 수질항목

        In this research, we have performed a T-test to see how the relationship between dependent variable or visual point level and independent variable or visual quantity is in order to clear up the correlation between pattern of visual point and visual quantity by the constituents of a view from a different visual point level and the results are as follows: 1) In case of the character of Mt.Uam landscape of the city, Uamsan is set as a fixed point and about a direction of view(D), the north is a datum point from which the range of direction is distributed within 180° westwardly and the visual range(R) is also within 2000m. An elevation is an average of 7.4° and the average story of the buildings is 3.85. Here the height of a story is about 4m so the average of the visual point difference is estimated at 15.4m. 2) The type of visual point is divided into the intersection group and the front of the highly used public buildings group. Double intersection types account for about 78.8%(52 spots) which forms a majority part of LCP. 3) The analysis of the difference of visual point level divided by eye level and that of the top of the buildings has been proved that there's a sharp difference resulted from t-test at 1% significant level. The significant difference of elevation from height difference(15.93m), however, has not been shown. 4) From the result of T-test about visual quantity by the elements of a view from a different visual point level, the visual quantity of mountain(VQM), sky(VQS), ground(VQG) is significant at about 1% each and that of building(VQB) is at about 5%. The difference in visual quantity of a mountain by the visual point level is at about 4% which can meet a marginal level of LCP necessary for evaluation of mountainscape.
