Recent rapid growth of the internet has been urging our lives to change in a totally different directions from those of the past. Moreover Such a turn in civilization history is emphasizing and renewing the importance of Classical chinese Education in this era. To survive and lead in knowledge-based society, I thing that it is necessary to modify the contents, instruction method, and assessment that, We must create renovative methods from surroudings. The cyber education program proposed in this study consists of Han-ja(Chinese characters), Hanja-eo(chinese words), classical chinese Literature and various contents. The table for it as follows : The structure of Chinese Writing home pages can be summerized like this : Chinese characters, words, writigs, text books, the originals and interpretation, Q&A, open discussions, opinion-polls, guide of various kinds of tests and reference books ad other each other so that we can enhance the effectiveness of Instruction-learning. As compared with the other subjects, I think that Chinese Writing has lagged behind in terms of organizing cyber teaching-leaning materials, teaching-learning methods and assessment. But from now on, cyberspace for Chinese Writing education needs to be set up so that it can be a lively learning field that encourages students curiosity, motivation, self-directedness as well. Anthropologist, Clyde Kluckhorn said : "Immature modernization could kill the traditional culture while mature one could restore them" For I believe Classical Chinese education can take a in cultivating our traditional culture. In conclusion, We have to share our inter subjectivity to make competitive educational site through cyberspace.

This thesis has been compossed the changes of corrections theory on treatment of offenders as well as the changes of policies on the criminal justice in the ROK. It has been made a conclusion after involving consideration of the new system of community-based corrections applicable to the ROK.

우리는 어떠한 문제이든지 인간들이 구성하고 있는 모든 조직 및 정책전략에 있어서 크고 작은 의사결정들에 의해서 움직여진다고 할 수 있다. 불확실한 상황에서의 의사결정이 필요한 경우는 무수히 많지만, 분야별로 분류해서 의사결정을 지원한다 해도 정확한 결과를 예측하고 시행할 수 있는 표준안은 완벽하게 준비되 있다고 말할 수 없다. 단지 완벽에 가까운 의사결정방법론을 제시하고, 의사결정을 할 뿐이다. 본 연구논문에서는 정보기술 관련 벤처 사업의 전략적 대안들을 어떻게 하면 가장 최적으로 추출하고, 분석해서 그 대안들을 위해 어떻게 준비할 것인가에 대한 지원프로세스를 중요 관점으로 해서 불확실한 상황에서의 직면한 문제에 대한 해결책을 제시하고자 한다.

We estimated changes in temperature-related extreme events over South Korea for the mid and late 21st Century using the 122 years (1979-2100) data simulated by RegCM4 with HadGEM2-AO data as boundary conditions. We analyzed the four extreme events (Hot day: HD, Tropical day: TD, Frost day: FD, Icing Day: ID) and five extreme values (Maximum temperature 95/5 percentile: TX95P/TX5P, Minimum temperature 95/5 percentile: TN95P/TN5P, Daily temperature range 95 percentile: DTR95P) based on the absolute and relative thresholds, respectively. Under the global warming conditions, hot extreme indices (HD, TD, TX95P, TN95P) increase, suggesting more frequent and severe extreme events, while cold extreme indices (FD, ID, TX5P, TN5P) decrease their frequency and intensities. In the late 21st Century, changes in extremes are greater in severe global warming scenario, RCP8.5 rather than RCP4.5. HD and TD (FD and ID) are expected to increase (decrease) in the mid 21st Century. The average HD is expected to increase by 14 (17) days in RCP4.5 (8.5). All the percentile indices except for DTR95P are expected to increase in both RCP4.5 and RCP8.5. In the late 21st Century, HD and TD are significantly increased in RCP8.5 compared to RCP4.5, but FD and ID are expected to be significantly reduced. HD is expected to increase mainly in the southwestern region, twice (+41 days) in RCP8.5. TD is expected to increase by 17 days in RCP8.5, which is 5 times greater than that in RCP4.5. TX95P, TN95P and TX5P are expected to increase by about 2°C and 4°C in RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, respectively. TN5P is expected to increase significantly by 4°C and 7°C in RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, respectively.

21C의 디자이너는 인간의 생존과 삶의 질적 향상을 위한 미적 노력을 하고 있다. 20C의 대중성, 경제성, 합리성 중심에서 소외되었던 개인과 소수 중심에 경험을 중심으로 하는 다양한 가치에 대한 요구를 해결하여야만 한다. 가치는 기존의 가치를 조합(Value Organizing)하는 능력이 더욱 중요시되고, 조합의 능력은 융합(Convergence)으로 학계에서는 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 무사시노미술대학의 학과 횡단적 교육, 울름조형대학의 사회적, 문화적인 책임을 강조, NASAD의 복합적 커리큘럼을 통하여 가치와 융합의 중요성을 확인하였다. 그러므로 가치 인식과 표현을 위한 디자인 중심에 관련 전문가의 제안을 수용적 자세로 들어서 하나의 비전을 제시하는 가치융합디자인을 제안하였다. 가치융합디자인 사례를 함께 제안함으로서 디자인 방법론으로서 가능성을 구체화하였다.

최근 미국 LA항과 LB항, 로테르담항을 중심으로 친환경적인 항만을 개발하기 위한 Green Port 추진사업이 본격화되고 있다. 이와 동시에 싱가포르항, 상하이항, 두바이항 등은 화물, 사람, 정보의 중심지 역할을 수행하는 진정한 의미의 종합항만이 되기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이제 항만은 더 이상 여객이나 화물을 실어 나르는 단순한 역할만을 수행하지는 않는다. 21C 종합항만은 항만 그 자체가 여객이나 화물, 정보, 금융의 집결지가 되고, 항만주변의 물류배후부지가 화물을 창출할 수 있는 공간으로 변화되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 AHP 분석을 통해 21C 종합항만으로 성장하기 위한 부산항의 추진과제를 각 분야별로 도출하고, 도출된 추진과제를 정량요인(지역내 사업비중, 특화정도, 산업연관효과)과 정성요인(미래성장성, 경쟁력확보, 혁신역량)으로 평가하고자 한다. 추진과제별 평가값을 바탕으로 사업의 우선순위 도출의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
