        As e‐commerce in the Internet environment is settled as a main pattern of transactions among businesses, there are increasing demands for standardized B2B business models to break away from closed structure and enhance outsourcing capabilities. With the advancement of modularization, which is a major trend in the automobile parts industry, the role of finished car manufacturers has been shrunk and primary cooperative companies has been growing in their importance and company size. In this situation, it is strongly required to establish online B2B portals for cooperation with small part manufacturers. Thus the present study purposed to implement WebService by mapping existing EDI standard forms using ebXML platform, which is regarded as the international standard of B2B e-commerce. The implemented WebService facilitates interaction and integration with existing applications using REST technology, which was applied in order to solve problems in ORPC-based distributed application environment including single vendor solutions, the requirement of high‐performance environment based on management network and firewall/proxy problem.

        웹 서비스는 서비스의 탐색(discovery), 합성(composition) 또는 관리(management)와 같은 다양한 요구 조건을 처리하고, 특히 WSDL이나 UDDI는 구문적 수준에서 서비스의 기술과 탐색을 위한 기능만을 제공하고 있기 때문에 컨텐츠에 포함된 의미를 처리하는데 많은 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 온톨로지 기반 시맨틱 웹을 이용하여 기업간 전자거래 서비스를 자동으로 합성처리 하는 합성규칙과 모델을 제안하여 각 합성단계에 따라 제품거래 서비스의 구문적인(syntactic) 특징과 의미적(semantic)인 특징을 비교하여 제품거래의 합성 서비스를 합성 할 수 있도록 합성 모델을 제시한다.

        This paper suggests the process of performance measurement system development for B2B e-Marketplace using BSC (Balanced Scorecard). As the first step, main features and factors affecting performance of e-Business company and especially of B2B e-Marketplaces were derived based on the literatures. For the 2nd step, the nonnative performance measurement model for B2B e-Marketplace was suggested. Especially, the research range that the model covers is restricted to the neutral and systematic sourcing B2B e-Marketplace. And, the performance measurement model was based on BSC, for the BSC is very powerful and sound tool among all the available performance measurement systems.         The official ebXML white paper states that the vision of ebXML is to create a single global "electronic marketplace" where enterprises of any size and in any geographical location can meet and conduct business with each other through the exchange of XML based messages. ebXML is an end-to-end solution between ebXML compliant software. However, B2B e-marketplace business models do not include such end-to-end B2B models that trading partners exchange XML or EDI based messages with each other. Therefore, this paper aims to clarify the difference between ebXML and B2B public e-marketplace as well as to discuss the application of ebXML to public e-marketplace for making a right decision to adopt a new B2B e-business technology.

        A B2B electronic commerce system is developed, which is based on the components for distributed environments between enterprises. The electronic commerce process between enterprises is defined and as a process between working object components and objects modeled by UML. Each work process is translated from XML document and UML class document formats to DTD which has XML documentation structure.         Purpose - The focus of this study is to investigate the structural influences such as brand value, relationship value, market orientation, long-term orientation, and performance. The effects of brand value and relationship value on the differences on transaction performance in b2b was investigated. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study was a liquor and beverage distribution company that deals in b2b. The research hypothesis is based on literature of the preceding research analysis of brand value, relationship value, market orientation and long-term orientation. This study has constructs that was defined operationally by referencing previous studies. Operational questionnaire was used to investigate the target key staff who work in the liquor and beverage distribution company. 178 survey data were used for empirical analysis to prove the hypothesis. This study used structural equation techniques(AMOS) to prove the research hypothesis. Results – The main results of this empirical study were as follows. First, supplier’s brand awareness has a positive effect on market orientation, but did not affect long-term orientation. Brand awareness of suppliers indicates that they are not directly related to long-term orientation. Second, supplier’s brand image has a positive effect on market orientation and long-term orientation in b2b transaction. So, the brand image and reputation of the supplier suggest that it is important for the b2b transaction to have a market orientation tendency or a long-term orientation. Third, supplier’s relationship value has a positive effect on long-term orientation, but does not affect market orientation. Relationship value indicates that they are not directly related to market orientations of the buyer. Fourth, Market orientation has a positive effect on long-term orientation and marketing performance and long-term orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance in b2b. Additionally, the buyers market and long term orientation are important factors in marketing performance in b2b. ’ Conclusions – Based on empirical results, this study confirmed that brand image rather than brand awareness positively influenced long-term orientation as well as market orientation in b2b. Relationship value can be found in transactions, which is important for long-term orientation. Especially, these findings are suggestive in the consumer goods distribution market.

        소매화원중 택배·탁송 유통 경험이 있는 대상자를 선정하여 설문조사한 결과 운송 배달 수단으로서의 택배 서비스가 차지하는 부분이 더욱 커질 것으로 나타났다. 현재 택배업체와 탁송 직원은 신속한 배송이 중요한 업무이지만, 화훼류와 같은 물품에 대해서는 특별한 취급 방법이 추가로 요구되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 현재 일반 택배업체는 구조적으로 화훼류 유통에 최적이지 않다는 것과, 택배회사의 직원 교육이나 택배 차량의 시설 개선보다는, 화훼류 전문 택배업체 지정의 필요성을 알 수 있었다.

        The use of the internet to facilitate commerce among companies promises vast benefits. Lots of e-marketplaces are building for several industries such as chemistry, airplane, and automobile industries. This study provides the new B2B EC business model for the shipping industry which concerns relatively massive fixed assets to be fully utilized. To be successful the proposed model gives participants useful information. To do this the expert system is constructed with the hybrid prediction system of neural network (NN) and memory based reasoning (MBR) with self-organizing map (SOM) and knowledge augmentation technique using qualitative reasoning (QR). The expert system supports participants useful information coping with dynamic market environment. with this shipping companies are induced to participate in the proposed e-marketplace and helped for exchanges easily. Also participants would utilize their assets fully through B2B exchanges.
