This paper presents contents of certificates, and use for reference materials. This study also introduces general requirements for the competence of reference material producers. Lastly this paper shows general and statistical principles for certification of reference materials.

최근에 개정된 중 저준위 방사성폐기물 인도규정에서는 폐기물시설운영자는 처분 전 방사성폐기물이 인도규정에 적합함을 보장하기 위한 계획을 수립하여 운영할 것을 요구하고 있다. 앞으로 건설될 방사성폐기물 처분시설에서 방사성폐기물 인수 시에 충족되어야할 방사성폐기물인수기준이 수립될 것이며, 이 인수기준에는 물리화학적 및 방사선학적 특성규명, 물리화학적인 제한사항, 금지품목, 포장, 인식표, 라벨, 문서요건 등을 규정할 것으로 예상된다. 이들 규정을 준수하기 위하여 방사성폐기물 발생자는 방사성폐기물이 폐기물 인수기준에 만족하는지를 확인하는 폐기물 인증프로그램을 수행하여 방사성폐기물이 그 기준에 만족하는지 확인하여야 하며, 방사성폐기물에 대한 모든 인증서류를 폐기물 처분시설에 제출할 책임이 있다. 본 방사성폐기물 인증프로그램계획은 한국원자력연구소에서 발생되는 방사성폐기물의 인증프로그램에 대한 예비프로그램으로서 개발된 것이며 앞으로 처분장의 인수요건이 구체적으로 확립될 때까지 수정 보완되어야 한다.

The purpose of this research is to understand the role of safety climate in the safety management system. Based on the 121 responses from facilities got Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18000 certification, the results of statistic analysis show that there is significant relationship between safety climate, work attitudes and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). The most important finding is the relationship between safety climate and organizational commitment will mediate the relationship.

환경의 보호와 지속적인 경영이 전세계 경제시장의 수요로 되었다. 현재 ISO14000은 전세계의 환경관리 방법의 표준으로 되었다. 본 연구는 토론과 ISO14000 전문가들의 의견을 수집하여 13개의 ISO14000중의 성과지표와 9개의 영향 요소를 귀납하여 전형적인 관련 분석을 통하여 ISO14000인증 후의 현저한 관련적 영향요소를 확립하는 것이다.

Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

IEC 60300 series, the international standards on reliability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification bodies and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which were certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with IEC 60300. This paper introduces a Quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

In order to meet such new changes, more and more university in education industry participate in the certification of ISO 14000. This paper presents an effective approach to obtain the ISO 14001 environmental management system, summarized as follows: First, the top manager should understand the environmental problems and motivate all personnels. Second, a systematized environmental management system should be constructed in accord with actual circumstances of firms, and should be improved continuously by means of effective operation, internal audit and management review. Third, an environmental policy should be published, the environmental programs should be established following an environmental objective, target and they should be monitored regularly.

This paper studied about effects of the certificate of ISO 9000 in the manufacturing companies whose number of employee is under three hundred. First, most of company answered that acquiring the certificate of ISO 9000 is very helpful for the company management. therefore the company has the competence in the change of domestic and international economy. Second, after acquiring the certificate of ISO 9000, there were many improvements in company culture, quality control and business process productivity. As a result, the acquisition of the certificate of ISO 9000 system makes the company culture preparing the future to become a world first class company.

This study was intended to help workplaces set up an occupational health & safety management system by investigating the certification of the system and by conducting a questionnaire to survey the necessity, purpose, effect and promotion of the system. The occupational health & safety management systems generally adopted in Korea are OHSAS 18001 and K-OHSMS 18001, which are the PDCA model, such like the quality and environment management system. Because these standards have a compatibility with other management systems, individual or integral certification is available. A telephone questionnaire was conducted with 30 workplaces in Kyeonggi Province and Incheon Metropolitan City, which have been certified for the occupational health & safety management systems (OHSAS 18001, KOSHA 2000, and/or K -OHSMS 18001). About 92 percent of them were large-sized workplaces with over 500 employees. For the question on the necessity of the system, most of the respondent answered very necessary. The purposes of the certification were to control the risks in safety and health, to have a systematic approach for accident prevention and sustainable improvement, and to comply with a range of regulations voluntarily, in that order. Most of the answers to the question on the effect of the system were prevention of accident. For the question on the promotion of the system, the most prominent answer was reduction in the workers compensation rate.

Objectives: The purpose of this survey research was to Investigate how well the national occupational therapy certification examination was reflecting the current occupational therapy practice. Method: The researchers developed a survey with input from 159 occupational therapists out of 230. The content of the survey consisted of four areas which were demographic information, the relationship between the current national occupational therapy certification examination, the tasks that occupational therapists perform in the clinical settings, and the knowledge bases that occupational therapists need to know to perform the tasks. Results: The findings can be summarized as follows; 1) All the current examination subjects except for ADLs (activities of daily living) had low relationship with clinical occupational therapy practice; 2) 84% of the respondents agreed on that the current examination needed to be revised based on the tasks that occupational therapists actually do in the clinical settings; 3) the new subjects proposed for the national occupational therapy certification examination showed high relationship with the clinical occupational therapy practice; 4) the new subjects were composed of occupational therapy evaluation, treatment plan, intervention, re-evaluation, management, and professionalism. Conclusions: The findings are expected to be useful for revising the content of the current national occupational therapy certification examination and developing occupational therapy curriculum of the new educational programs.
