In a rapidly changing environment, it is essential for companies to develop their capabilities for sustainable growth. To this end, informal learning at work plays an important role for small and medium-sized enterprises that are having difficulties in human resource development. If the GRIT of workers and the spiritual leadership of leaders are maintained at an appropriate level, the effect of informal learning will increase. This study derived the following results through a survey of workers participating in the Work-learning Dual System in Korea. First, experience and feedback among informal learning activities have a significant positive effect on competency development. Second, the higher the level of the GRIT of workers, the greater the magnitude of the positive effect of experience and feedback on competency development, showing a positive moderating effect. Third, in the case of workers with high GRIT, capacity development is strengthened as experience or feedback increases, and the higher the level of spiritual leadership, the greater the scope of reinforcement. On the other hand, it can be seen that in the case of workers with low GRIT, competency development weakens as experience or feedback increases, and the higher the level of spiritual leadership, the greater the extent of the weakening.
The purpose of this study is to analyze outcome of the project to improve old water supply facilities in Airforce Base to improve water revenue rate. To achieve the objective of this study, First, literature review is conducted to clearly define the concept of water revenue rate improve project. Second, WASCO project on 2 Airforce base review and smart water management pilot project on 1 Airforce base is conducted. Third, economical analysis of project is conducted to examine the outcome. As a result, WASCO and smart water management pilot project on Airforce base was effective to improve water revenue rate. Finally, the improvements were suggested after investigating the key factors on water revenue rate improve project. In the future, this study will be used as a baseline for developing water revenue rate improve project.
Preventive measures against industrial accidents should take into account the safeguards of unsafe states, education, and managerial measures to control the underlying sources of unsafe and unsafe behavior. Technical and managerial problems are also attributable to the educational cause. In particular, in the in-house safety education system, many construction sites form formal safety education.Inherent safety education is the best safeguard against disaster prevention. In the future, the safety education coordinator and the safety education coordinator of the management and supervision of the safety supervisor and hazardous hazard workers will need to improve the active legal system that can be pursued by all trained persons.
The safety accident has been repeatedly abolished and resurrected according to the social atmosphere and the issue of the effectiveness of education has been constantly raised. As shown in [Figure 1], the training of the manager, During the ten years of revival due to the amendment of the law in 2007, the accident rate further increased. Industrial accidents often occur in combination with unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions. Unsafe behaviors are indispensable factors in the work that human beings engage in. In order to prevent accidents, it is imperative to establish systems and measures to understand the more obvious causes.
Construction sites have gradually become bigger and bigger according to Korea economic growth. Also use of tower crane and other heavy equipment has been increased. The increased use of heavy equipment like tower crane is leading to fatality incident. This study will verify hazards to influence tower crane incident through structural and positive verification and find which hazard influence incident risk. The result of this study is as follows. First, while there is a significant difference between safety managers and tower crane operators for working environment, safety management, personal manage among risk factors, we can not find any evidence on the difference in perception of tower crane incident risk between them. Second, task manage risk and personal manage risk has a significant positive effect on perception of tower crane incident risk. Third, while site environment risk has a significant positive moderating effect of task type between risk factors and perception of tower crane incident risk, personal environment risk has a significant negative moderating effect between them.
IPS(Ideal Production System) is a strategic cost management establishing ideal target cost, innovating cost structure and reduction. However, IPS was commonly used in assembly industry acquiring components and using them to assemble vehicles etc. Applying IPS to steel industry is a new try and not easy because cost elements in flow manufacturing are clustered and obfuscated in a complicated way. This paper proposes ICM (Ideal Cost Management) method adaptive to steel industry. One of the biggest advantages is that ICM could classify and categorize costs in detail according to accounts and manufacturing machines. Based on ICM information, steps of extracting and maximizing ideas are followed effectively. From 2013, ICM was applied successfully to POSCO Pohang Steel Works 38 factories.
The objective of this study is to improve safe execution of the management plan in Construction Technology Promotion Act. This research addresses the issue how to prevent the collapse of facilities under construction and after completion, improve the examination system, and execute Improvement of Safety Management Plan. To achieve this goal, research providing insights into understanding the ways in which creating and presenting safety checks and deploying safety training measures effectively is imperative.
Job-appropriate personal protective equipment(PPE) is important for decreasing the high rates of occupational injury experienced by construction site. Objective: This analysis describes Personal protective equipment payment methods improvement by revision of occupation safety&health acts. Methodes: Data are show up during the past 9 year statistics for occupation injury cases from actual construction site in Korea construction company. Results: Most construction workers are not wearing PPE because of non-payment of PPE by employer mainly small enterprises. Conclusions: Construction site workers should be buy with job appropriate PPE themselves. Buying of PPE is essential in the near future and government should be provide appropriate compensation for self-buying action such as raise retirement deduction installment or raise of industrial accident insurance.
There has been an increase of using Bosch Process to fabricate MEMS Device, TSV, Power chip for straight etching profile. Essentially, the interest of TSV technology is rapidly floated, accordingly the demand of Bosch Process is able to hold the prominent position for straight etching of Si or another wafers. Recently, the process to prevent under etching or over etching using EPD equipment is widely used for improvement of mechanical, electrical properties of devices. As an EPD device, the OES is widely used to find accurate end point of etching. However, it is difficult to maintain the light source from view port of chamber because of contamination caused by ion conflict and byproducts in the chamber. In this study, we adapted the SPOES to avoid lose of signal and detect less open ratio under 1 %. We use 12inch Si wafer and execute the through etching 500um of thickness. Furthermore, to get the clear EPD data, we developed an algorithm to only receive the etching part without deposition part. The results showed possible to find End Point of under 1 % of open ratio etching process.
Domestic plant construction sites have a tendency to become bigger, more various and complicated. Moreover frequency of industrial incident is increasing due to short project period, coexistence work condition and using heavy construction equipment. Installing safety facilities and safety training contribute to prevent incident. But mostly incident happens due to workers’ unsafe action and wrong work method. Technically, it is very difficult for us to closely manage workers preventing incident. Therefore, the role of foreman who ordinarily works together with his workers is considered more important. Specific execution plan was drawn through industrial incident statistics from Ministry of Labor and questionnaire survey to interest parties(supervisor, safety staff and foreman). If foreman has raised sense of belonging and responsibility by conducting practical safety training for his workers, manages job site and receives proper compensation for these roles, it will be expected that it fully influences incident decrease.
산업현장의 개인보호구 사용 제도는 실질적으로 비현실적인 상태에 놓여있는 실정 이다. 대한민국 정부와 사업주는 보호구 사용 제도의 실태에 관하여 실질적인 개정 작 업에 박찰을 가할 시기가 도래하였으며, 지금부터 제도에 대한 개혁을 시도하여야 한 다. 선진국에 비교한다면 너무나 늦은 그저 “늑장대처”일 뿐이라 이야기 하고 싶다. 그 러나 정부와 사업주, 그리고 안전분야 전문가들이 모여 선진국의 안전문화를 수렴하고 우리가 직면한 과제 해결을 위해 적극적으로 다가간다면 대한민국의 산업재해율 감소 와 개인보호구 사용 제도의 개정은 분명 달성할 수 있는 목표라 본다. 이에 따른 이번 연구의 목적 및 방향은 다음과 같다. 급변하는 글로벌 산업안전보건환경에 부응하기 위하여 정부는 적극적으로 선진국의 안전문화 수렴에 동참하여야 하며, 개인보호구 사용의 현 제도를 철폐해야 한다. “산업 안전보건법”에서는 사업주가 근로자에게 보호구 지급하는 것을 의무로 하고 있지만, 이와 반대로 근로자 스스로가 보호구를 지급하는 방안을 마련해야 한다. 그리고 정부 나 사업주는 이 행위에 대하여 근로자에게 적절한 보상안을 마련해주어야 할 것이다. 현재 대기업이나 중견기업은 개인보호구가 남아도는 실정이며, 과도한 안전관리비 책 정으로 인하여 국가적으로 큰 손실을 초래하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이는 고용노동부가 추진하는 “건설업 산업안전관리비 계상 및 사용기준”의 오류를 명확히 인식하게 하고 개정을 시도해야 한다. 정부의 법과 제도들은 주로 대기업과 중견기업 등에 맞춰져 있 는 실정이고 나머지 소규모 영세사업장에는 법과 제도의 효력이 미치지 못하는 것이 안타까운 현실이다. 소규모 사업장의 근로자들도 기지개를 펴고 당당하게 일할 수 있 는 법과 제도를 마련하는 것이 풀어야 할 숙제이다.
Numbers of successful companies in the world develop The core values of action in order to produce effective human resource management and organization culture. Core values are belief, and values that are shared by all members to maintain organization. Also, The core values function as to inspire motivation and decision making for organization's identity and assist to settle their own unique culture. Therefore, this study is to figure out the effect of core values to the members of organization and management performance from small and medium company that is comparatively less focused to settle their own core values.
The importance of Human Resource Management is big issue in business management recently. However, employ's job satisfaction is appeared as low. In this study, surveys were conducted among those long-term employs. The importance of job satisfaction is prioritized by AHP analysis based on results of survey to compare to the results of previously studied research. And this study will contribute to improvement of job satisfaction by comparing the facts in two different groups of occupation.
For the matter of elevator, one of the multi-use facilities for unspecified public, the JIS has re-established and reformed to apply to the environment in South Korea for the past 20 years. In the aspect of safety assurance, it was inevitable to suggest improved measures. The government, Ministry of Public Administration and Security has secured the safety by enhancing the safety management functions in the elevator inspection standards and expanding its safety device measures. Further, the international inspection standard has been introduced, which is about unifying inspection standard system into the international standard code. In March 14th 2012, the international standard (EN) has been amended and fully announced. Escalator and passenger conveyor among lift devices have several common danger factor that cause safety accident. First, the accident caused by decreased braking power of brake. Second, the accident caused by the rate difference between handrail and tread-board. Third, the accident caused by defects of contraflow preventing device or carelessness inspection. Fourth, the accident caused by wet tread-board or wet floor of platform which makes passenger slip and fall. As the improvements to prevent and reduce these negligent accidents, the inspection list to check and methods should be subdivided and applied for each accident likelihood cause for safety management enhancement and safety assurance of existing escalator and passenger conveyors. The escalators and passenger conveyors without safety devices in existence should be obliged to modify the part of the system or install additional safety device. With making these measures obligations, it requires to improve the system to be suitable for the international inspection standard and to have measures to prevent safety accidents. It also needs to arrange improvements for skid accident of tread-board by the external environment factors such as snow and rain.
As of Dec. 31, 2011, the number of nation's escalators accounts for 24,248 units, 5.4% of total elevators in our country, safety accidents take up as many 539 case, 55.2% of total elevators' safety accidents. Escalator safety accidents show high incident ratio of primary safety accidents breaking out by users' careless and abnormal use type, taking up multi-caused accident, which mainly take place from vulnerable age groups such as children under 13, and elders above 65. The Government will have to devote itself for policy and support for the establishment of safety management system fit for current state, the revitalization of preventive education for safety accident, the enhancement of safety awareness to escalators' users in order to secure escalator safety environment on an international level and support domestic industrial development.
This thesis introduced a model of diagnosing a company's quality management, and a process of achieving quality innovation based on the model. As for study methods, books and theses related to quality and process innovation were collected for investigation, a survey on internal employees to investigate major issues of quality and standard consciousness was conducted, and 5DP was discussed for balanced process analysis.
