The smart factory is an important system that can reduce defects, maximize productivity, and respond to customer needs, from the labor-intensive era of traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing companies through the automation era to CPS using ICT. However, small and medium-sized manufacturers often fall short of the basic stage due to economic and environmental constraints, and there are many companies that do not even recognize the concept of a smart factory. In this situation, to expand the smart factory of small and medium-sized enterprises, the project to support the establishment of a smart factory for the win-win between large and small enterprises. The win-win smart factory construction support project provides a customized differentiation program support project according to the size and level of the company for all domestic manufacturing SMEs regardless of whether or not they are dealing with Samsung. In this study, we analyze the construction status and introduction performance of companies participating in the win-win smart factory support project to find out whether they have been helpful in management and to find efficient ways to improve support policies, and to suggest the direction of continuous support projects to improve the manufacturing competitiveness of SMEs in the future.
본 연구의 목적은 기업 비전이 추구하는 개념과 기업의 재무적 성과 간 관계를 디지털 전환을 중심으로 고찰하 기 위한 것이다. 경영학의 선행연구는 비전의 중요성을 기업가정신이나 경영전략 측면에서 강조하고 기업성과에 대한 비전의 영향력을 강조함으로써 경영학의 발전에 일조하였다. 그런데 본 연구는 비전과 기업의 재무적 성과 간 관련성을 규명함으로써 선행연구와 차별화하였으며, 비전이 기업의 재무적 성과에 미치는 효과에 대해 검증하 는 데 의의를 두었다. 연구 방법은 우리나라 KOSPI에 등록된 331개 기업을 대상으로 기업의 재무적 성과를 정량적으로 파악하여 분석하고, 이를 근거로 각 기업의 비전과 상관관계를 분석하였다. 상기한 연구 목적에 따라 분석한 결과 기업의 재무적 성과와 디지털 전환(디지털, 혁신, ICT, Innovator, 신 비즈니스) 관련 변수는 양(+)의 상관관계를 확 인했으며, 구체적인 목표(Special Target) 관련 변수도 양(+)의 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 경영상의 함의를 도출할 수 있다. 디지털 기술 자체가 기업 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소이 고 이를 활용하는 것이 기업 성장의 원동력이므로 조직의 문제나 고객의 문제해결에 디지털 기술을 적극적으로 활용하면 기업의 재무적 성과에 긍정적인 요인이 될 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 또한, 성장․미래․가치와 같은 추상적이고 분명하지 않은 비전 내용은 기업의 경영성과에 도움이 되지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 비전 속성 을 정할 때 구체적인 목표치를 제시해야 경영성과에 긍정적 효과를 줄 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 팬데믹의 환경 속에서 중소·중견기업 리더의 온라인 코칭행동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 구성원의 직무만족과 정 서적 조직몰입의 매개 여부, 그리고 사업환경 불확실성이 이들 간의 관계를 조절하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 다양한 업종에 속한 중소․중견기업의 구성원 중 온라인 업무 경험이 있는 350명의 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 23.0, AMOS23.0 과 Process macro 3.5를 사용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 코칭행동은 구성원의 직무만족, 정서적 조직몰입과 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 온라인 코칭행동과 조직성과 간에 직무만족과 정서적 조직몰입의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 사업환경 불확실성은 온라인 코칭행동과 조직성과 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났으나, 온라인 코칭행동과 직무만족 및 정서적 조직몰입과의 관계는 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 온라인코칭행동도 대면코칭행동과 마찬가지로 조직성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 따라서 현재와 같이 사업환경이 매우 불확실한 상황에서 중소·중견기업들은 온라인 코칭을 활용하고 직무만족 및 정서적 조직몰입을 증진시킴으로서 성과를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
The South Korean government is actively assisting the supply of the smart factory solutions to SMEs (Small & Medium-sized Enterprises) according to its manufacturing innovation 3.0 policy for the smart manufacturing as the 4th industrial revolution era unfolds. This study analyzed the impacts of the smart factory solutions, which have been supplied by the government, on the companies performances. The effects of the level of smart factory and the operation capabilities for the smart factory solutions on company performances, and the mediating effects of manufacturing capabilities have been analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The data for this survey-based study were collected from the SMEs which implemented the smart factory solutions since 2015. The results show that the level of smart factory solutions adopted and operation capabilities for the smart factories do not have direct effects on the company performances, but their mediating effects on the manufacturing capabilities matter and the manufacturing capabilities effect directly on the company performances. In addition significant factors boosting the operation capability for the smart factory and the levels of the smart factory solutions are identified. Finally, the policy direction for enhancing the smart factory effects is presented, and the future research directions along with the limitations are suggested.
The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the performance-linked marketing of food companies on the satisfaction and willingness of the companies that purchase products. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on consumers who were using domestic coffee franchises. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and only 291 were finally used for analysis, except for eight ones that were not sincere or valid. Performance-linked marketing consisted of promotional factors, support factors, production factors, and mouth-to-mouth factors, and the purchasing company’s satisfaction and willingness to purchase products consisted of a single factor. A linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0 to verify the hypothesis. The research results show that (1) marketing linked to the performance by coffee shops has a significant impact on consumers’ willingness to purchase. (2) The marketing performance for coffee shops has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of the purchasing company. (3) The consumer’s intention to purchase has a significant positive effect on the purchaser’s satisfaction. These findings confirm the importance of concert-linked marketing in the differentiated marketing by restaurant businesses.

And it turns out to be very effective to work & life balance, increasing organizational vitality, improving efficiency of business and productivity, recruitment of core human resources, and prevention of deviation; both team and personal performance levels has significantly improved. Therefore, it is highly recommended to adapt flexible working policies for companies seeking for a long term, sustainable corporate vision.
본 연구는 ICT 분야 중소기업의 외부환경 민감도와 혁신활동에 대한 조직성향 이 기업성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 첫째, 탐색적 요인 분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis)을 통해 투입된 변수간의 관계성과 패턴을 파악하였고 둘 째, 요인분석에 의해 축약된 영향 요인들을 유형화하는 군집분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시 하였다. 마지막으로 유형화된 군집들의 혁신활동과 기업성과간 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 ICT분야 중소기업을 대상으로 실시한 E-연구원의 수요조사 결과 1,022부에 대해 실증 분석에 활용했다. 내⋅외부 환경에 대한 40개 투입변수에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 총 7개의 요 인이 추출되었으며 7개의 요인을 기반으로 총 4개의 군집(n=1,022)이 형성되었다. 군집 4개 의 대해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 실증분석을 한 결과, 기술⋅경쟁 환경에 민감하며, 혁 신적인 조직 성향을 가진 군집1은 자체기술개발만이 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 시장 환경에 민감하며, 내부 협력적 조직 성향을 가진 군집2는 자체기술개발과 공동연구를 통해서만 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경쟁적인 환경에 민감하며, 혁신적이고 정부/관련기관과의 협력적 조직 성향을 가진 군집3은 공동연구 그리고 매개변수인 정부 지원 프로그램 활용을 통해 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났으며, 기술도입은 기업성과에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개방적인 조직 성향 이 강한 군집4는 자체기술개발과 매개변수인 네트워크 활용 및 정부 지원 프로그램 활용이 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업 혁신을 위한 전략 및 정책 수립에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
PL (Product Liability) refers to the legal responsibility of a manufacturer or seller for bodily injuries or property losses caused by product defects. Therefore, it is important for companies to construct a product liability response system that strategically manage and effectively adapt to product liability. A PL response system refers to companywide operations of PL prevention (PLP) measures, product safety (PS) measures, and PL defense (PLD) measures appropriate for a company’s scale and environment. To establish an enterprise product liability response system, each essential component of corporations should be systematically operated and maintained considering the scale and characteristics of the corporations. Essential components of PL response system is Strategy, Organization, Training, Technology, Investment, and Awareness. Role of essential components is that companies need specific strategies to secure product safety and protect customers from product defects, and appropriate organizations must be composed for effective operation of such strategies. The objective of this paper seeks to examine the relationships among the essential components of the product liability response system and PL performance. PL performance consists of positive performance and negative performance. In particular, positive performance include increased efforts in product or process innovation such as strengthening research and development (R&D) to produce safer products without defects. In order to carry out this research we obtained 98 questionnaire of manufacturing company. A summary of the analyses is as follows: First, the awareness and technology among essential components affect significantly to the positive performance. Second, the awareness and strategy among essential components negative affect to the negative performance.

This paper is exploring the role of market orientation adoption by the Sales managers in the creation of effective cross functional relationship between Marketing and Sales and in company performance. Based on data collected from both Marketing and Sales managers in 132 consumer packaged goods companies, the study shows that higher levels of market orientation by the Sales managers are reducing the level of Marketing-Sales conflict as perceived by the Marketing managers and enhancing important performance metrics. The implications of the study for both theory and practice are discussed.
