        PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to derive specific road design elements for safe urban underground and to adopt measures for minimizing traffic delays and to maintain efficient operation. METHODS : In this study, a qualitative study was conducted using Focus Group Interview (FGI) method to identify significant connection characteristics and develop connections to urban underground roads. Finally, this study analyzes design elements necessary for traffic safety and efficient traffic operation. In addition, relevant case studies were performed with keywords from the FGI method results. Therefore, major design elements were analyzed for urban underground road connection and connection analysis for traffic simulation-based verification. RESULTS : The main characteristics of the connection between the underground roads of the downtown area were divided into three types: traffic flow characteristics, geometric characteristics, and driver behavioral characteristics. From the review of 16 leading studies (10 domestic papers and 6 international papers) according to the characteristics, the main design factors for “traffic flow characteristics” include the traffic volume, design speed, heavy vehicle ratio, and lane change. The important design elements for “geometric characteristics” include the separation distance, number of lanes, slope, lane and shoulder width and the design factors for “driver behavioral characteristics” showed reaction time, driver vision, and driving speed. CONCLUSIONS : The FGI method identified the main characteristics of connections to the underground roads. In addition, the relevant empirical and theoretical research data were considered in case studies, and the design elements were derived and separated spatially based on the features of each design element, establishing a point-specific design element guideline.

        본고는 『現代漢語詞典』(第7版)에 보이는 ‘自+X’, ‘X+自’ 구조 중 동사로만 표시된 어휘를 추출하고 목록화하여 분류한 후 그 형태·통사적 특징을 규명하고 있다. 첫째, ‘自’가 조응사성으로 기능하는 경우인데, ‘X’가 타동사로 쓰인 ‘自+X’ 구조에서만 나 타난다. ‘自’는 재귀대명사로서 ‘X’ 뒤에서 대상역(theme role)의 동일 지표화 흔적만 남기고, 동시에 ‘X’ 앞에서 대상역으로서 조응사성 역할을 하면서 주어로 올 어구(語句)와 동일 지표화한다. 이것은 ‘自’가 분산형태적 모습으로 통사적 연산의 예비적 가능성을 내포하고서 ‘自+X’가 내현적 통합합성어를 형성함을 보여 준다. 둘째, ‘自’가 조응사성이 아닌 경우로 ‘自+X’, ‘X+自’ 구조에서 모두 나타난다. 이때의 ‘自+X’는 ‘自’가 대명사이면서 통사 층위에서 앞에 올 주어와 동격이거나 내부적인 부사어 역할을 한다. ‘X+自’는 ‘来自’, ‘出自’가 있는데, 이전에 어구였던 것이 『現代漢語詞典』 제6판부터 한 낱말이 되었다. 이들은 모두 동일 지표화 과정을 거치지 않고 뒤에 목적어를 가질 통사적 가능성을 띠면서 내현적 통합합성어를 형성한다. 결론적으로 현대 중국어 동사 ‘自+X’, ‘X+自’ 구조는 내현적 통합합성어를 형성하여 분산형태적 형태·통사 특징을 보여 주고 있다.

        With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

        As the duty to report and investigate major elevator failures has expanded due to the total amendment of the Elevator Safety Management Act in 2018, more important information on major elevator failures that have been partially identified has been collected. As of 2019, the number of elevators in Korea exceeded 700,000, making it the eighth-class elevator powerhouse in the world, but there is a trend of increasing casualties due to accidents and breakdowns. An Seung-gang-gi is a term that encompasses an elevator that moves vertically and an escalator that moves horizontally. It is an important means of transportation for most citizens that are encountered almost every day in daily life, and it is also necessary as a means of transportation that enables the construction of skyscrapers. And it seems that its importance will never diminish in the future. Major elevator failures are the main cause of dispatch when accumulating the number of 119 dispatches, and the frequency of occurrence is high. It's a shame. According to Heinrich's Law, 300 minor signs and danger phenomena precede, 29 minor accidents and 1 major accident. Accidents caused by elevators are increasing every year due to the increase in the number of installations, and the damage is threatening the valuable lives and property of users and workers in related fields due to fatal risks such as death and serious injury. Elevator safety management can achieve its purpose only when it is managed with the usual interests, awareness of safety, and full efforts of the users, workers, and the government concerned. This study was analyzed based on 2019 data notified to the Korea Elevator Safety Agency on major breakdowns improved after the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act in 2018, and a total of 8,256 data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 version, a statistical analysis tool, to analyze the correlation with technical statistics. Proceeded. Through the analysis, it was possible to obtain preventive safety management data to prevent serious elevator safety accidents from occurring, and to derive meaningful implications that related safety management and maintenance can be effectively operated to prevent serious failures. In addition, through this analysis, we expect the development of related industries and legal and institutional improvement.

        The diesel engine is excellent in economic and thermal efficiency, and is widely used as a power source for industries and automobiles. However, the problem of environmental pollution caused by exhaust gas has recently become serious and the development of alternative energy resources is urgently required due to depletion of fossil fuel. Because biodiesel is similar in properties to light oil, it is being used as fuel for diesel engines by replacing or mixing conventional light oil. As the blending of biodiesel fuel in diesel increases, the emission of harmful substances is decreased as compared with the general diesel fuel, and the supply is increasing. In this study, the effects of biodiesel fuel on engine power and exhaust gas were investigated, and empirical formulas for various NOx and Smoke exhaust gases were derived based on biodiesel blending fuel.

        목적 : 본 연구는 직무전문가와 초임작업치료사를 대상으로 작업치료(학)과의 역량중심 교육의 성과를 측정 할 수 있는 작업치료 핵심실무역량을 규명하고, 이를 평가할 수 있는 평가방법을 조사하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 국내 작업치료 직무전문가와 초임작업치료사를 대상으로 2016년 11월부터 2017년 7월까지 최소 역량의 중요도와 작업치료 핵심실무역량 항목의 타당성을 조사하였다. 평가항목은 문헌고찰 및 전문가 자 문을 통하여 134개의 핵심실무역량 하위항목을 도출하였고 직무전문가에게 1차 설문(52명)으로 104개의 핵심실무역량 하위항목을 1차 확정하였다. 이를 토대로 직무전문가 2차 설문(54명)을 통해 타당도, 평가방 법을 조사하였다. 초임작업치료사(102명)에게 타당도, 중요도, 수행빈도, 평가방법을 조사하였다. 결과 : 작업치료 핵심실무역량 하위항목은 직무전문가집단과 초임작업치료사집단에서 내용타당도(Content Validity Index; CVI)가 0.85~1.0 범위로 나타났다. 이를 한국작업치료교육평가원에서 제시하고 있는 21 개 평가 영역의 하위항목으로 범주화하였으며, 21개의 영역에 포함되기 어려운 하위항목은 기타영역으로 두었다. 평가방법은 항목의 특성에 따라 직접실기, Subjective Objective Assessment Plan(SOAP), 동영 상, 차트리뷰, 사례연구 등이 나왔으며 직접실기가 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 작업치료사 핵심실무역량을 임상작업치료사를 대상으로 조사하여 핵심실무역량의 하위항목을 규명하 고, 이를 평가할 수 있는 평가방법을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 학교에서나 임상현장에서 예비 작업치 료사의 역량 평가도구로 활용함으로 작업치료교육의 질적 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

        Introduction Porcine embryonic stem cells (pESCs) derived from cloned embryos might be a useful animal model in biomedical research, however, establishment of cloned pESCs is difficult by its incomplete nuclear reprogramming. Here, we report the improved development competence of porcine cloned embryos by vitamin C (VC) supplement to establish the pESCs. Materials and Methods Slaughterhouse-derived oocytes were in vitro matured for 44h and parthenogenetic and cloned embryos were produced using matured oocytes. Both of embryos were cultured for 6 days in PZM-5 media and development rates were examined. Four different concentration of VC (0, 25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/ml) was supplemented in IVM and IVC media and preimplantation developments in the 5 groups were compared in both of embryos Results and Discussion In the cleavage rates of IVM group, significantly higher rate was shown in 50 mg/ml group than other groups (84.5 ± 0.6% vs. 69.8 ± 5.5, 75.7 ± 1.8, 80.4 ± 0.2, 72.4 ± 0.1%; P<0.05), respectively. Significantly higher rates of blastocyst development also were shown in 50 mg/ml group than other groups (27.0 ± 2.0% vs. 20.4 ± 1.4, 22.1 ± 1.3, 23.7 ± 1.2, 19.6 ± 1.3%; P<0.05), respectively. In the cleavage rate of IVC group, non-significantly different with each group (84.0 ± 1.3, 86.7 ± 1.0, 88.4 ± 1.4, 76.7 ± 3.0, 64.6 ± 4.4; P<0.05). In the blastocyst rate of IVC group, significantly higher rate was shown in 25mg/ml and 50 mg/ml group than other groups (22.3 ± 1.7, 23.8 ± 1.7% vs. 19.1 ± 1.3, 15.9 ± 1.0, 5.8 ± 1.5%; P<0.05) In conclusion, supplement of 50μg/ml of VC in IVM and IVC media enhanced the development of porcine parthenogenetic embryos and these results will be a helpful information in the development of porcine cloned embryos and derivation of its embryonic stem cells.

        The use of pigs in neuroscience has increased over the past years because the pigs are closely related to humans in terms of anatomy and physiology. Especially, the blood-brain barrier (BBB) maintains the homeostatic microenvironment in the central nervous system (CNS) and they can provide a valuable tool for studying the neurobiology. However, only a few putative blood-brain barrier (BBB) models have been generated by co-culture of porcine primary cells. The fundamental problem is that they lose some of their phenotypes when maintained in vitro for long-term culture. To establish improved in vitro porcine BBB models, we differentiated novel brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMECs) from porcine induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using a modified human-based protocol. Briefly, the dissociated single cells from iPSCs were seeded in Geltrex. For differentiation, cells were maintained for 3 days of expansion and then switched to unconditioned medium (UM) lacking bFGF for 6-7 days. Then, we subcultured cells onto collagen/fibronectin coated plates and changed BMEC medium for 2-3 weeks. About two weeks later, we observed a cluster of round cells surrounded by spindle shaped adherent cells termed as colony-forming units (CFU) of putative BMECs. Over time, the cluster of cells disappears and remained adherent spindle-shaped cells showed properties of endothelial cells. Although further studies will be needed, this study would be a great comparative analysis of the porcine and human in vitro BBB model.
