본 연구의 대상자의 수가 적고 대조군이 없어 연구결과를 일반화시키기에 제한점이 있으나, 연구결과에서 원예치료 프로그램이 교육복지실을 이용하는 아동의 자아존중감과 자기행동(주의집중력과 공격성)에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 자아존중감과 공격성의 변화는 통계적으로 유의한 긍정적인 변화가 나타났고, 주의집중력 변화는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았지만 평균점수가 낮아져 긍적적인 변화를 보였다. 이는 원예치료 프로그램이 아동기에 형성된 주의집중력, 공격성, 자아존중감을 좀 더 긍정적으로 변화시킬 수 있다고 여겨진다.

본 연구는 학교폭력 문제가 사회적 문제로 이슈가 되는 시점에서 생활지도컨설턴트 양성 프로그램을 개발하고 실행하여 학교폭력 예방 및 감소를 돕기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 프로그램 개발을 위하여 생활지도컨설턴트의 직무 및 역량을 분석하고, 프로그램 내용의 요구를 분석했다. 그리고 분석 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램을 개발하고, 집합연수 30시간과 실습연수 30시간으로 구성하여 운영하였다. 이후 개발한 프로그램을 기반으로 생활지도컨설팅을 8개 학교를 대상으로 실행하였다. 이상의 연구를 통해 얻은 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식과 경험 습득의 병행으로서 집합연수와 실습연수를 순차적으로 진행하며 이론 습득과 실습의 선순환 과정을 추구하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째,메타컨설턴트는 다수의 컨설팅 경험이 있는 전문가로서 컨설팅에 첫 발을 딛는 연수생들의 길잡이 역할을 하는 등 연수생 활동의 조력자로서 필수적으로 요구된다. 셋째, 피드백과 평가는 연수생의 전문성 향상과 프로그램의 개선을 위한 중요한 부분으로서, 연수생의 만족도뿐만 아니라 의뢰학교의 만족도 등을 고려한 다차원적 피드백 및 평가 방식 적용이 요구된다.

The goal of this study was to investigate the distribution chart of management and satisfaction through Hanwoo education program and to provide fundamental data and development conformity available on the management and educational program to managers. In this study, we chose 75 managers taking part in Hanwoo education program as pre-test and applied satisfaction for education program to 33 managers randomly selected as post-test. The results of this study are as follows: First, age and academic career had a significant (P< 0.05) effect on breeding size, breeding career, sales, and management methods. This may be due to the fact that managers in Hanwoo industry tended to raise academic standards and the age group moved towards young age rather than middle and old ages. However, an academic career was unaffected by sale and management methods. Second, managers who randomly selected the education program showed higher satisfaction about the program and lower or usual interest and intention in the educational environment, incidental facilities, and reviews. In conclusion, to equip the constituent parts of education program with entire propriety and an effective running system, information on breeding size and breeding career for managers in Hanwoo Industry with respect to age and academic career had to be clearly premeditated. It also needed the educational program to look at it from the standpoint of the managers.

현재 세계적으로 화생방테러의 위협에 대해 가장 많은 대비를 하고 있는 나라는 미국이다. 이는 전 세계의 거의 모든 분쟁에 관여하고 있는 미국의 국제사회 내에서의 위상 때문이기도 하나 최근 미국 국내에서 테러가 급증하고 특히, 화생방과 같은 다양한 테러 유형이 변화하고 있는 현실에서 이에 대한 대비로서 이루어지는 측면이 더 강하다. 이러한 미국의 화생방테러에 대한 대응체계는 연방정부의 주도아래 지방정부, 주정부, 연방정부가 각기 자신의 역할을 수행하고 이들이 상호보완적으로 작용하여 효과적인 대응체계를 갖추는 형태로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국을 포함한 캐나다, 이스라엘, 스위스 등의 국외 각국의 화생방 교육훈련 기관 및 관련 프로그램 비교 분석을 통하여 화학, 생물, 방사능 등을 포함한 모든 종류의 관련 교육과 교육 훈련 프로그램 비교 분석을 통하여 실질적이고 체계적인 화생방 프로그램 실태를 파악하고자 한다.

Contemporary society gave birth to pollution environment, family collapse, estrangement human-being, and serious disequilibrium. Sustainability and community are core issue of developmental 21st developmental society. As the alternative plan came up needs of the times, community garden is able to make practical application of elevating life quality for residents as well as get various beneficial effect. Community garden was attempted to settlement, failed it in Korea, while made good use from old times in Germany, U.K., and U.S.A. Participation and conversation intrapopulation are a key factor to use, maintain, and preserve. Consequently, This study was performed to develop leader training program that took charge of primary role in activating community garden. Organization which deduce outcome and motivate, as the core competence of leadership, was composed of horticultural information and actual experience to horticulture.
