목적 : 본 연구는 보조기기 효과성 평가 연구에 대한 체계적 고찰을 통해 보조기기 영역에 따른 효과성 평가 요소, 평가 요소별 평가 도구에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science direct, RISS, KISS, DBpia를 이용하여 2013년부터 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 출판된 보조기기 적용의 효과성을 평가한 논문을 검색하였으며, 1차 검색된 3,533편의 문헌 중 선정 기준 및 배제 기준에 따라 최종 13편의 문헌을 선택하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 보조기기 효과성 평가의 요소는 활동과 참여, 만족도, 삶의 질, 심리사회적 영향, 보호자 부담, 기타 등이었고 활동 과 참여, 만족도는 모든 보조기기 유형에 사용되었으나 다른 요소들은 보조기기 유형에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 총 6개 평가 요소에 19개의 평가 도구가 조사되었는데 활동과 참여 요소에 해당하는 평가 도구가 가장 많았고, 만족도 요소에 해당하는 평가 도구, 삶의 질과 기타 요소에 해당하는 평가 도구 순이었다. 평가 도구 중 47.4%는 보조기기 분야에서 사 용하기 위해 개발된 것이었고, 가장 많이 사용된 것은 QUEST 2.0으로 분석되었다. 결론 : 연구 결과 적용하는 보조기기 유형별 적합한 효과성 평가 요소와 평가 도구에 대해 파악할 수 있었으며 앞으로 보 조기기 유형별 효과성 평가의 요소와 평가 도구 선택을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Protecting and preserving the natural and environmental treasures of Jeju Island is, eventually, the collective responsibility of the people of Jeju, all levels of the government, corporate and the environmental NGO sectors. Jeju Island has a vibrant environmental NGO sector with about 80 NGOs providing a variety of active environmental services. All efforts and services to conserve the environment of Jeju Island for the benefits of future generations need to be galvanized within the overarching environmental governance where all three sectors actively participate and make collective decisions within the three key elements of sustainable development: people, planet & profit. The key ingredient for promoting networking and collaborative opportunities between environmental NGOs, government entities and corporations is to improve their trust on one another. Given the current status of environmental NGOs - governments - corporations relations, it will take time to develop such trust, but if small measures are undertaken, mutual understanding & respect between the leaders of NGOs, government and corporations will grow and eventually result in mutual trust.

목적: 시기능훈련 전 실시한 양안시기능평가 결과값이 시기능훈련 효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 부등시 및 시기능훈련을 받은 경험이 없는 20대 성인 남녀 57명을 대상으로 60분씩 총 6번의 시기 능훈련을 진행한 뒤 양안시기능의 변화를 알아보았다. 양앙시기능평가 항목은 시력검사, 폭주근점, 사위도, 융합여력, Gradient AC/A비, 융합용이성, 상대조절력, 조절래그, 조절근점, 조절용이성 검사를 포함하였다. 결과: 훈련 전 원, 근거리 음성융합여력이 작을수록 훈련 후 원, 근거리 음성융합여력이 증가하는 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 원거리 융합여력이 작을수록 훈련 후 원거리 융합여력이 증가하는 음의 상관관 계를 보였다(p<0.05). 훈련 전 근거리 음성융합여력이 작을수록 훈련 후 근거리 음성융합여력이 증가하는 음의 상관관계를 보였으며(p<0.05), 훈련 전 근거리 양성융합여력이 작을수록 훈련 후 근거리 양성융합여력의 변화량이 증가하는 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 또한 근거리 총 융합여력이 작을수록 훈련 후 근거 리 총 융합여력이 증가하는 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 결론: 본 연구를 통해 시기능훈련 후 양안시기능의 변화를 확인하였고, 훈련 전 실시한 양안시기능검사 항목 중 근거리 외사위도가 높을수록 시기능훈련을 통한 변화량이 증가하는 것을 확인하였으며, 융합여력이 작을수록 시기능훈련 효과가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구결과는 양안시기능평가 결과값에 따른 시기능훈련 효과의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

The aim of the study was to set up assessment indicators for early elimination of horses that are not trainable or low efficient for training by comparing difference of behavioral response and heart rate on stimulation of desensitization training in horses. The animals used in this study were 8 untrained cross-bred horses (Thoroughbred and Jeju-horse) in Jeju island. Changes of heart rates and behavioral response of each horses were compared before and after desensitization training using a plastic bag on its tip. The result showed that the horses with their severe behavioral response were also high in heart rate during early stage of desensitization training, and the increased heart rates were recovered back to the base level according to the process of the training. The horses that quickly recovered in heart rate also showed same tendency in behavioral response. The horses that their recovery in heart rate and behavioral response in early stage of the desensitization training were late, showed insufficient results of the additional desensitization training. We conclude that assessment of heart rate and behavioral response in the early stage of desensitization training could be used as indicators to predict the effectiveness of desensitization or other kinds of training in horses.

The risk assessment carried out on the construction site at the beginning of the implementation depends on the subjective judgment of risk of general contractor and subcontractors, whose opinion about frequency and intensity of risk is different. In this paper, research the awareness of general contractors and subcontractors about process of risk assessment at the construction site and its effectiveness. Researching of the main factors "frequency", "intensity" which determines the degree of risk gives the opportunity to find an option for improving the effective implementation of risk assessment.

본 연구에서는 계층분석과정(AHP)을 이용한 위해도 기반 지역별 기름회수능력 설정 방법을 모델화하여 제시하였으며, 제시된 모델을 적용하여 지역별 기름회수능력을 설정하였다. 모델을 적용하여 설정된 지역별 기름회수능력의 유효성을 확인하기 위해 최대오염사고의 발생이 가능한 지역 중 해상방제장비 동원측면에서 상대적으로 불리한 대산·태안·평택지역에 최대오염사고를 가정하여 각 지역에 배치된 해상방제장비를 동원하여 해상 기름회수작업을 수행하는 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 사고해역에서 3일 동안 해상에서 회수 가능한 기름의 양은 15,841㎘로 계산되었는데, 이는 해상 기름회수 목표량인 15,000㎘를 충족시키는 결과로 본 연구에서 제시된 모델이 실행 가능한 것으로 확인되었다.

This study was performed to investigate the single and combined effect of concentrations of garlic juice according to the pH and temperature on the growth of Salmonella enteritidis in brain heart infusion broth, and to develope Response surface model for the effect of concentrations of garlic extract. The results of electric conductibility of Salmonella enteritidis growing in the range of incubation temperature (25～42℃), pH (5.5～9.0) and concentration of garlic juice (0～0.8%) showed that a badge with high temperature had low D.T.value and concentration of garlic extract were significantly correlated with D.T.value (p<0.01). Growth of Salmonella enteritidis in the condition of 37℃ and pH 7.0 presented the lowest D.T.value.
