본 논문은 교량 하부에서 발생된 화재에 대한 강-콘크리트 합성구조의 전반적·국부적 손상평가를 위한 수치해석적 연구이다. 수치해석의 정확성 및 효율성을 높이기 위해 구성재료의 과도 비선형 열적·열역학적 특성이 고려된 열-구조 연성병렬 화재해석 기법이 제안되고, ANSYS solver와 연결되어 해석이 수행되며, 표준화재시험과 비교·검증된다. 검증된 해석기법을 통해 국내에서 발생된 부천고가교 합성구조에 대한 화재손상해석이 수행된다. 해석결과 강박스 거더의 하부 플랜지 및 복부의 경우 임계온도를 초과하였고 구조적 처짐과 변형 형상이 화재사고 결과와 비교적 잘 일치하였다.

In the current concrete structure of the highway is still the major problem most of concrete deterioration caused by the freeze-thaw and deicing salt, which is of issues that are not completely resolved. In particular, a single freezing event does not cause much harm, durability of concrete under multi-deterioration environment by repeated freeze-thaw and deicing salt is rapidly degraded and reduce its service life. In this study, the exposure environmental condition according the regional highway points were established. The damage condition and chloride content of the concrete at general and severe environmental exposure condition were also investigated. In addition, the experimental test of chloride ion permeability, scaling resistant and freeze-thaw resistance were carried out to improve the durability of the mechanical placing concrete of subsidiary structure. According to the results of this study, in observation of concrete surface condition, the concrete exposed by severe environmental condition showed broad ranges of damage with high chloride contents. Meanwhile, the water-binder(W/B) ratio and the less water content, and fly ash concrete than the specified existing mix proportion is significantly improved the durability. Also, the optimal mix proportion derived for test is satisfied the strength and air contents, water-binder ratio, and durability criteria of concrete specifications, as well as service life seems greatly improved.
Recently, geopolymer binder or alkali-activated binder has been enormously studied as an alternative to portland cement. However, studies on heat resistance of geopolymers are still few, whereas studies on resistances against chemical attack and carbonation, and mechanical performance of geopolymer are being investigating. This paper aims to summarize a literature review on heat resistance of gel structure in geopolymers exposed to elevated temperature.
Recently efficient maintenance technology has been rising because of the structural deterioration. Specific technology development and research related to the real-time monitoring has been conducted in various ways. All-in-one enclosure including GPS was fabricated to measure the displacement of the retaining wall structure exposed the extreme environment such as very high and low temperature. Also it measured the displacement of the structure under the phased construction.
콘크리트 구조물은 일반적으로 동결융해 작용을 받는 조건에 노출되고, 이러한 동결융해작용은 콘크리트의 공극구조를 변화시키고, 콘크리트의 내구성을 저하시킬 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동결융해작용에 의한 콘크리트 내부공극구조 변화와 동결융해작용을 받은 콘크리트의 내구특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 실험결과, 기존의 동결융해 평가기법에 따르면 모든 배합에서 우수한 내구성능을 나타내었으나, 동결융해 작용에 노출됨에 따라 50~100nm 크기의 공극이 크게 증가하며, 콘크리트 염화물침투저항성이 저하하였다. 수중양생 콘크리트의 공극구조와 염화물 침투저항성은 선형관계를 보이지만, 동결융해작용을 받으면 내부공극구조의 변화로 선형관계가 저하하였다. 동결융해작용과 염화물침투를 동시에 받는 구조물의 내구성 평가기준에 대한 재검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
