이 논문의 목적은 몽골 농업의 연구 현황과 과제를 파악하 는 것이다. 몽골의 농업 분야는 몽골 농촌에서는 문화 그 자체이며 농촌 가구 고용의 핵심 동력이다. 하지만, 몽골 농업 분야는 1990년대에 몽골이 자유시장 경제로 체제전환을 하면서 오히려 성장 동력을 잃고 있다. 특히 몽골 농업 연구에 관한 투자가 매우 낮은 수준에 머물러 있는 동안 농업 분야 종사자와 연구진 사의 간극은 더 커지고 있으며 농업 분야의 연구 투자가 이러한 격차를 좁히는데 기여할 뿐 아니라, 몽골 농업의 성장 동력을 다시 회복하는 데 기여할 것이다.

This research project provides the opportunity of foundation for Ministry of Agriculture y Ganaderia (MAG), University of El Savador (UES), and Centro Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria y Forestal (CENTA) and potato farmers of El Salvador to implement to achieve the project goal of poverty alleviation, nutrition improvement, and income increase of farmers through the establishment of sustainable self dependent national infrastructure for seed potato production and supply system and organized network of production of farmers. Kangwon National University has been designated by KOICA to implement the APP Track-II Project from April, 2015 to March, 2016. The support activities and research result include 'virus-free seed potato production facilities and laboratory equipment' provided to UES and CENTA, 'technology transfer of virus free seed potato production' such as making substrate, tissue culture, pathology test, subculture, mini tuber production, and some joint research result achievement, and various technological training conducted for participating researchers and local potato farmers for the virus-free seed potato production, table potato and seed potato cultivation technology, and the standard farming technology as well.

1. 터키의 연구체계 농업식품축산부(Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock) 산하에 국가농업연구기관, 교육부 산하의 고등교육위원회, 총리직속의 과학기술연구협회 등 3개로 구성되어있다. 농업연구기관은 10개 중앙연구소, 10개의 지역연구소, 21개의 작목/훈련시험장, 3개의 작물보호시험장 그리고, 3개의 축산시험장이 있다. 2. 터키의 지도기관 현황 및 지도체계는 국가지도기관과 민간지도기관이 있다. 국가지도기관은 농촌지도는 81개 지방, 803개 지역, 수천개의 마을주재 지역지도관이 있다. 3. 지방 농업부서는 지역 농업지도기관을 지도하고, 지역 농업지도기관은 지역지도관을 지도한다. 지역지도관은 전문지도사, 지도업무, 마을 단위 농업기술자들을 위한 직무연수를 실시하고 지원한다. 4. 민간지도기관은 농업인협회, 협동업체, 자선업체, 수익지향 민간 마케팅회사, 수출업자, 개인컨설턴트, 대중매체, 대학들 있다. 5. 민간 지도기관은 전문 자문가를 고용하여, 농업인은 영농 과정에 문제점이 발생하면 자문가에 비용을 지불하고 농업관련 서비스를 제공받아 영농 애로점을 해결한다.

This paper introduce a reinforcement method for vertical extension of a building using a rahmen frame structural system. This approach has to be carried out by considering the structural safety due to the additional weights being exerted to the pre-existing building. The connections to fasten both the rahmen frames and original building were designed with the axial loads and moments acting on the rahmen frame structural system, that is extended vertically. This system reduces the structure self-weight and ensures non-additional of reinforcement.

This study is to introduce a structural analysis method that can apply a unit modular system to a remodeling extension. The structural analysis process, which can reflect the behaviors between the existing building and the modular system, is performed in a five-staged structural analysis. Therefore, the example of structural analysis of an existing building is introduced.
