        본 연구에서는 국내산 양식 자주복의 테트로도톡신 및 그 유사체를 UHPLC-QqQ MS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 테 트로도톡신 분석법의 직선성과 일내 및 일간 정확도와 정 밀성, 검출 한계, 정량 한계를 구한 결과 CODEX 가이드라 인 기준에 적합하였다. 국내산 양식 자주복의 부위별 테트 로도톡신 함량을 분석한 결과 일부 시료의 간과 근육 부위 를 제외한 대부분의 시료에서 테트로도톡신이 검출되지 않 았으며, 검출된 시료도 간과 근육 부위에서는 각각 0.07 mg/ kg, 0.06 mg/kg의 낮은 농도로 테트로도톡신이 검출되었다. 테트로도톡신 유사체의 경우 국내산 양식 자주복에서 dideoxyTTX, trideoxyTTX, norTTX가 검출되었다. 이 중 dideoxyTTX는 국내산 양식 자주복의 모든 부위에서 주요 테트로도톡신 유사체로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 국내산 양식 자주복의 테트로도톡신 및 그 유사체 분포를 이해 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며 국내 해양생물 독소 데이터베 이스 구축에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        This study evaluated the efficacy of a wild boar repellent (Repellent A) consisting of tannins and plant oils (castor oil, garlic oil, and cinnamon oil). Sixty farmed wild boars (4-8 months old) were divided into three groups: the normal control group (NC, n=20), the experimental group (EP, n=20), and the comparative experimental group (C-EP, n=20), which used Repellent B consisting of guaiacol, eugenol, menthol, thymol, and indole. EP and C-EP were equipped with four repellents per feeder, while no repellents were installed in the NC feeder. The feed intake and the number of feeding approaches were measured for one week in all groups. The number of approach of wild boars in feeders was monitored daily using a CCTV camera. The daily feed intake per farmed wild boar in EP and C-EP was significantly decreased compared to NC (p<0.05), and EP was significantly decreased compared to C-EP (p<0.05). In the average number of daily approaches, EP and C-EP were significantly decreased compared to NC (p<0.05), and EP was significantly decreased compared to C-EP (p<0.05). In conclusion, Product A has been confirmed to have excellent repellent effects on wild boars, and it could be used to prevent wild boars from approaching pig farms.

        The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate whether asymmetric price transmission exists in the distribution stage of farmed olive flounder market. For the analysis, time series data were used for the producer prices of Jeju and Wando, and the wholesale prices of Incheon, Hanam and Busan. Through the Granger causality test, the causal relationship from the producer price to the wholesale price was derived and the asymmetric price transmission was analyzed using the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a phenomenon of ‘positive asymmetric price transmission’ from the producer price to the wholesale price. This result can be one evidence that excess profits are received in the intermediate distribution stage, and can be said to be a result showing the incompleteness and inefficiency of the distribution structure of the farmed olive flounder. In the future, it is required to establish an information-sharing system in all stages of production, distribution, and consumption that can create a competitive environment for distribution participants and resolve information asymmetry. Also, it is necessary to review the distribution center specializing in live fish from the viewpoint of the establishment of new distribution channels and sales diversification strategy under the rapidly changing fisheries environment.

        This study investigates the association between Food Neophobia and the intention of the consumers to buy fish farmed with insect-based flours. The findings suggest that buying intention is strongly influenced by the attitude of consumers toward this type of fish and both Food Neophobia and Food Technology Neophobia negatively influence consumers’ attitude.

        This study was conducted to analyze the difference of body types within and between wild and farmed populations of olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus using measured records of morphological traits. The results showed that surveyed traits and standard deviation were of body weight, of total length, and of body length. Also body height, body shape index and condition factor were , and , respectively. As result of least squares mean and standard error for each trait assumed in this study, those of farmed population showed significantly higher than those of wild population in all traits, exclusively in total length and body length (p<0.01). Particularly, the values of the body height and the body weight of the farmed population were higher than those of the wild population in the same total length. And the phenotypic correlation coefficients of the body weight, the total length, the body length and the body height showed strong positive correlation in all populations. These result suggested that morphological differences exist in farmed and wild flounder. Therefore, introduction of wild flounder is essential for the future production to improve the body type of farmed flounder, and parental fish should be chosen by considering selection of commercially important traits in the production process.
