        In this study, the change in the mold opening stroke of important functional parts according to the 20, 50, 80, and 100% increase in the injection speed of a hydraulic 150 ton hydraulic injection molding machine was studied to verify the accuracy of the injection speed and mold opening stroke and the reproducibility of the standard deviation. The null and alternative hypotheses were confirmed by conducting hypothesis verification according to the experimental condition change using the experimental design method.

        월파된 파도를 이용한 파력발전시스템을 월파수류형 파력발전기 OWEC(Overtopping Wave Energy Converter)라고 한다. OWEC의 성능은 발전 시스템은 특성상 파도의 파고와 주기의 영향을 받는다. 파도는 해양에 따라 파고, 주기, 파도 방향 등의 특성이 다르고 이러 한 파도의 다양한 특성 때문에 OWEC는 안정적인 전력을 생산하기 어렵다. 따라서 각 바다의 특성에 따른 OWEC의 적절한 형상에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 SPH(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) 입자법을 사용하여 OWEC의 램프 설계가 hydraulic efficiency에 미치 는 영향을 확인했다. 총 10개의 모델을 설계하였으며, 선택된 매개변수에 따라 램프의 설계 파라미터를 선택하고 사면의 형상을 변경하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 해석 결과로부터 구한 유량을 기초로 hydraulic efficiency를 산출하였다. 계산된 hydraulic efficiency를 바탕으로 각 변수가 사면의 형상에 따른 월파 성능에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 특정 해역에 따른 OWEC 램프의 적절한 형상에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

        In the power steering systems used for automobiles, because of its small size and low noise, a balanced type hydraulic vane pump is mainly used as a power source. Therefore it is requested to research on the lubrication characteristics of a oil hydraulic vane pump which is the key part to improve its performance. The performance of a oil hydraulic vane pump is influenced by the lubrication characteristics of the critical sliding components. Thus, lubrication characteristics between the shaft and the journal bearing have to be researched for the design and the performance improvement of a oil hydraulic vane pump. Therefore, in this paper, it is theoretically investigated that the lubrication characteristics between the shaft and the journal bearing of a balanced type oil hydraulic vane pump for power steering systems. The results demonstrate that lubrication characteristics are significantly influenced by the clearance between the shaft and the journal bearing.

        In this paper, we developed the hydraulic leveling jack(HLJ) with double-tube type structure which could be applicable to excessive lateral load area. In order to develop HLJ, the design requirements, such as the vertical and lateral loads where applied to hydraulic jack, were selected. To verify the structural stability of the HLJ, the structure analysis was performed. In order to verify the operational performance and structural stability of the developed HLJ, test bench was designed. The performance of HLJ was verified via various test using test bench.

        In this paper, the design of hydraulic actuating circuit of doing over-running load was performed. Generally, the counter balance valve has been used to protect over-run or free falling of acuating system. But sometimes, it makes some undesirable problems such as pressure surge or vibration. To overcome such problems and satisfy the system requirements, we suggest the hydraulic circuit actuated by servo valve. In order to verify the properness of suggested hydraulic circuit, hydraulic actuator with servo valve was modeled using ADAMS/Hydraulic which is a commercial dynamic analysis software for multi-body system. Also, the effectiveness of hydraulic actuating circuit was verified via test bed and real plant.

        In this paper, the design of hydraulic system for leveling control of a large vehicle was developed. The hydraulic system for leveling control was consisted of four hydraulic actuators and two gravity referenced inclinometer. In order to verify the effectiveness of leveling system via simulation, Hydraulic actuators, vehicle and control algorithm were modeled using ADAMS which is a commercial dynamic analysis software for multi-body system. The test and simulation results of hydraulic actuator were compared and it showed the properness of simulation model. The effectiveness of hydraulic system and leveling control algorithm were verified via simulation results.

        A CCTV inspection method has been widely used to assess sewer condition and performance, but Korea lacks a proper decision support system for prioritizing sewer repair and rehabilitation (R&R). The objective of this paper is to introduce the results that we have developed in the Sewer Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Decision-making (SCARD) Program using MS-EXCEL. The SCARD-Program is based on a standardized defect score for sewer structural and hydraulic assessment. Priorities are ranked based on risk scores, which are calculated by multiplying the sewer severity scores by the environmental impacts. This program is composed of three parts, which are decision-making for sewer condition and performance assessment, decision-making for sewer R&R priority assessment, and decision-making for optimal budget allocation. The SCARD-Program is useful for decision-makers, as it enables them to assess the sewer condition and to prioritize sewer R&R within the limited annual budget. In the future, this program logic will applied to the GIS-based sewer asset management system in local governments.

        In order to suggest the methodology for improving the equity of flow distribution in open channel with multiple outlet, CFD simulations were carried out for actual scale distribution channel being operated in domestic G_WTP(Water Treatment Plant). Also, before and after installing the longitudinal multi hole(diameter=250 mm, 116 holes) baffle suggested by this research, turbidity measurements data were collected for evaluating the effects of hydraulic modification for inlet flow equity. From the both results, total turbidity of settled water was lowered by 30 % and equity of flow distribution was improved about 60 % compared with before hydraulic structure modification.

        본 논문에서는 해저케이블 부두 하역용 장비인 코일링 암(coiling arm)에 대한 국산화 자체개발 내용 중 구조설계 및 해석 결과 내용을 제시하였다. 상세 구조설계를 위해 3차원 CAD 프로그램을 이용하여 고 정밀도의 모델링을 수행하였고, 유한요소 기법을 이용하여 전산구조해석을 수행하였다. 코일링 암의 활용 목적에 맞추어 하역대상 케이블을 선박에서 케이블 탱크로 하역시 효과적으로 가이드 할 수 있도록 베어링 및 롤러 부품을 설계하여 메인 암이 회전하고 케이블 가이드가 이동할 수 있도록 하였고, 기존의 외국 모델에서 사용하던 와이어 및 모터 시스템을 이용한 케이블 가이드 작동방식을 유압 시스템을 이용한 작동방식으로 변경하여 원가절감을 달성하면서 사용자가 직관적으로 작동할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 장비 자체의 자중 및 하역 케이블 하중조건에 대한 응력 해석을 수행하였고, 유압시스템의 과작동에 따른 파손 가능성을 고려하였다. 케이블 가이드의 운동 및 설치 지면의 경사도에 따른 전복 안전성 해석을 수행하였으며, 설치장소의 풍하중 효과도 추가로 고려하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 수입품 코일링 암의 작동방식 개선과 독자적인 구조설계 및 해석 방법을 확립하였으며, 실제 국내 최초로 자체 개발된 제품의 현장설치 완료 및 하역작업의 효율적이고 정상적인 운영을 완료 및 검증하였다.

        Generally it is needed to have a multi stage drawing operation to increase a drawing ratio. So, this study is about the hydraulic circuit design of the 3 stage deep drawing machine. As the drawing ratio is large or deep, the quality of deep drawing products are affected more by the force and velocity of the press cylinder. Therefore using the computer simulation, the pressure reponses which are related to the force and velocity of press cylinder are analysed, and the design of the hydraulic circuit are proposed. The results of simulation shows that it correspond to experiments and have good feasibility. Proposed hydraulic circuit can be used to improve the quality of a deep drawing products.

        The numerical calculation was carried out using OmniCADDⓇ HCS Hydraulic Calculation Software to certify if flow velocities in pipes reduced in diameter were satisfied with fire codes for a dry system of underground parking area in apartment complex. The design pressure and flow rate for the dry system were 4.3 bar and 1633.8 lpm. The maximum discharge pressure and flow rate of sprinklers were 2.2 bar and 118.2 lpm. The maximum flow velocities in main pipe, branch line and other pipe of the dry system were 1.5 m/s, 5.0 m/s and 3.5 m/s. The design propriety could be clearly certified by satisfying with fire codes related to flow velocities for the pipe network of the dry system.

        경수로 원자로 하부구조물에서 발생되는 유포의 불균일성에 기인하는 교차류와 핵연료집합체의 수력저항의 차이에 의해 발생하는 교차류, 그리고 축류 등에 의해 유발되는 연료봉의 불안정성은 핵연료손상의 원인이 될 수 있으므로, 새로운 연료 개발 시 연료봉에 대한 진동 및 안정성 해석을 수행하여 연료봉 진동과 불안정성 발생 여부를 확인하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로 개발된 고리 2호기용 형 개량핵연료 집합체에 대한 연료봉의 진동 및 안정성 해석을 수행하여 지지격자 높이와 위치, 그리고 지지조건 등이 연료봉의 진동특성 및 안정성에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다 그리고 해석결과에 근거하여 개량연료 집합체에서 중간지지격자 높이와 각 지지격자의 위치를 제안하였다.

        Our status of off-shore stow-net fishery is in face with many difficult problems; the lack of fisherman by evading the 3-D occupation, the safety accident by unskilled crew and old type fishing system. In order to solve those problems, it is necessary to save the man power and ensure the safety of fishing work by the effective utilization of power and automatization of fishing gear system. This is consists of the side drum driven by main engine, the net hauler, the bow and stern capstan, jib crane etc. Therefore, we suggest the design on unification of power device of fishing gear system as follows; (1) fishing system by uni-hydraulic power and (2) fishing system by electric motor and electro-hydraulic power.

        This paper presents cable-hydraulic driven 3DoF (Degree-of-Freedom) manipulator for cooperative robot with high output/low inertia and enhancing lager workspace of hydraulic manipulator. Hydraulic actuation could be solution to design more higher output manipulator than the one of electric motor actuation due to install actuation source and robot joint separated. In spite of this advantage, the conventional hydraulic driven manipulator using cylinder or vane actuator is not suitable for the candidate of cooperative robot because smaller workspace owing to small RoM (Range of Motion) hydraulic actuator. In this paper, we propose 3DoF manipulator with cable-hydraulic actuation which is more larger ratio of payload-to-weight than the one of conventional cooperative manipulator and larger workspace than the one of existing hydraulic driven manipulator. The performance of proposed manipulator was demonstrated by the experiments for confirming overall workspace task, high payload operation task under worst situation and comparing repeatability between developed manipulator and existed cooperative robots. The results of experiments showed that the appropriate performance of proposed manipulator for cooperative robot.

        An electro-hydraulic actuator (EHA) is widely used in industrial motion systems and the increasing bandwidth of EHA position control is important issue. The model-inverse feedforward controller is known to extend the bandwidth of system. When the system has non-minimum phase (NMP) zeros, direct model inversion makes system unstable. To overcome this problem, an approximate model-inverse method is used. A representative approximate model inversion method is zero phase error tracking control (ZPETC). However, if zeros locate right half plane of z-plane, the approximate inverse model amplifies the high-frequency response. In this paper, to solve the problem of ZPETC, an adaptive model-inverse control is proposed. The adaptive algorithm updates feedforward term in real-time. The effectiveness of the proposed adaptive model-inverse position control strategy is verified by comparison with typical proportional-integral (PI) control and feedforward control by experiments. As a result, the proposed adaptive controller extends the bandwidth of EHA position control.

        댐 운영에 있어서 저수지 초기 담수 시 또는 집중호우 등에 의한 급격한 수위 상승 방지나 운영 중에 댐체 점검 및 수리 또는 자연재해로 인한 위급한 상황 발생 등 저수지를 비워야 할 상황이 발생할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 대책으로 비상 시 방류할 계획 및 설비가 필요하다. 그러나 현재 국내에는 이러한 비상방류에 대한 기준이 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 댐 안정성 제고를 위해 유사시 저수지 저류량을 안전하게 배제시킬 수 있는 비상방류 설비를 저수지 모의 모형인 HEC-ResSim 모형을 이용하여 규모 및 배제일수에 대하여 모의하고 산정하였다. 저수지 규모에 따라 세 개의 댐에 대해 검토하였다. 대상댐은 저류용량을 기준으로 10억 m3 이상인 소양강댐과 1∼10억 m3 댐으로 합천댐, 1억 m3 미만의 댐으로 대곡댐을 선정하여, 방류시설의 규모를 산정하고 배제일수를 모의하여 기준의 적정성과 적용 가능성에 대해 검토하였다.
