CIS nations are recognized as a emerging market recently because there are abundant natural resources and a lots of investment demand. Furthermore, they are located in the middle of Europe and Asia and that make them have more strategic importance as a logistics hub. So many global companies including domestic ones began to advance into the on-site. and henceforth this tendency will be strong. On the contrary, a research in logistics environment of CIS has rarely been done. This paper provides a way of systematic approach to design logistics network in CIS with real business case and shows the analyzed result of optimization simulation that includes factors have a huge influence on the overall logistics cost.

2014년 우리나라 선용품 시장의 규모는 5조 7천400억 원 정도로 추정되며, 대부분이 부산, 울산 등 경남권에서 이뤄지지만, 관련 업체가 400여 개나 난립해 대부분 평균 매출이 20억 원 미만으로 영세한 수준이다. 또한, 세계 해운항만산업의 불황과 중국을 비롯한 개발도 상국들의 저가 선용품의 생산 및 공급으로 인해 국내 선용품 업계의 전망은 그다지 밝지 않는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선용품 산업의 활성화를 위한 방안 중 하나로 선용품 공동물류를 선택하였고, 공동물류를 운영함에 어떠한 요인이 중요한지에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 선행 연구 고찰을 통해 공동물류 운영과 관련된 16가지 요인을 도출하여 AHP, IPA 기법을 활용해 분석 하였다. 분석결과 비용측면이 선용품 공동 물류를 운영하는 데 있어 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.
The expansion on the scale of international trade and rapid economic growth in Northeast Asia have caused intense competition among global companies for securing international logistics center in Northeast Asia. Analyzing location competitiveness for international logistics center in Northeast Asia, this paper aims to extract implications for enhancing locational competitiveness. Employing the relative importance among location selection factors extracted from AHP analysis in prior study, we evaluated the major five port-cities in Northeast Asia including Busan, Gwangyang, Shanghai, Qingdao and Tokyo. In the evaluations, Shanghai (3.926) ranked as the first, followed by Busan (3.859), Qingdao (3.555), Tokyo (3.013) and Gwangyang (2.915). Furthermore, the causal relationships between determinants for location choice decision (logistics factor, cost factor, market factor, service factor and environmental factor) and dependent variables (competitiveness of international logistics center, potentiality to growth, present intention to move into and future plan to move into) were analyzed to provide implications. Results provide useful insights for further improvements, and helps strategic agenda for future development of port-cities.
The positive and negative opinion to cargo demand of Incheon's SAMT in the near future remains cloudy. Considering port and shipping environmental changes and the logistics situation of China which explains the lack of facilities in Chinese airports, the creating of SAMT cargoes of the Incheon region could catches a favorable opportunity to be a logistics hub in the North-East Asia. On the other hand, as open-sky policy and direct-call service has been carried out between China and N.A.(North America), Incheon could cause a loss of competitiveness in SAMT because the enhancement in the aspect of the connectivity of Chinese airlines and shipping lines makes customer sent to last destination their cargoes whenever they want. In the same context, this paper analyses on conditions of domestic and international SAMT and proposes in this uncertainty future forecasting of SAMT of Incheon by scenario planning according to changes in integrated SAMT, measuring the likelihood of final scenario. This study shows the Sea & Air multi-transport volume will have either slight increase or decrease from the current condition. Consequently, RFS expansion and system & service improvement through strong ties with major cities in China will be required in a short run aspect. Nonetheless, we also need to take domestic & international transportation environment into account in the long run.
본 연구는 컨테이너 선박의 교체시기를 경제적 관점에서 결정하기 위한 것이다. 특히 컨테이너선에서의 경제수명의 산출을 위한 비용자료에는 수많은 애매성이 존재하였다. 이러한 비용자료에 대한 애매성을 표현하기 위해 퍼지수를 이용하였다. 또한 퍼지수를 이용한 퍼지비용모델을 개발하였고, 기존의 비용모델 보다 더욱 현실적으로 분석하였다. 그리고 다양한 종류의 컨테이너선을 대상으로 제안된 퍼지모델을 이용하여 경제적 수명을 결정하였다.
본 연구의 목적은 국제물류서비스 제공자인 복합운송주선업체와 그 수요자인 화주간의 관계에서 복합운송주선업체의 서비스지향성과 종업원만족, 경영성과간의 구조적인 관계를 검정하고자 하는 것이다. 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구와 함께 복합운송주선업체를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 병행하였다. 연구결과 복합운송주선업체의 서비스지향성은 종업원만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 종업원만족은 기업의 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
본 연구의 목적은 21세기 국제물류전략의 근간이 되는 ASEAN과 한국의 주요 컨테이너항만의 경쟁력 파악과 비교ㆍ평가를 통하여 한국항만의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 對 ASEAN에 관한 정책적 시사점을 강구함에 있다. 연구방법론과 범위는 ASEAN과 한국에 있어서 컨테이너항만의 경쟁력이라는 정성적인 속성을 정량화하여 평가하는 계층퍼지 분석(HFP)기법을 도입하여 실증분석을 하였다. 연구의 결과 싱가포르가 1위, 부산과 마닐라항만이 공동 2위의 선두그룹으로 평가되었다. 본 논문의 기여도는 한국과 ASEAN의 항만경쟁력 비교 연구를 통해 사회과학분야의 연구에 적용할 수 있는 HFT방법론을 도입하여 정책수립에 응용한 최신의 실증적인 연구접근에 있다.
본 연구는 한국경제의 장기발전모델로 한반도의 어느 구역에 “특구형 국제물류센터”를 설립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이 제안의 요체는 인류(人流)와 물류(物流)가 원활히 흐르는 “물류 경제 특구”를 건설하여 한반도를 동아시아의 물류거점으로 재탄생시키자는 것이다. 설문조사로 물류센터 유치에 있어서의 한국의 경쟁력을 분석하였고 설문 조사시 수집되었던 각종 아이디어를 정리하여 “물류센터”의 성공적 지정 전략을 제시하였다.
