This study analyzes the certification system and international standard trend for cold storage and proposes evaluation method for the development of KS in accordance with international standards so that high quality products can be supplied to consumers. The international standard for cold storage can be divided into three categories: refrigerator unit, refrigerator warehouse, and cold chain. Each similar standard was analyzed and studied. Among them, AHRI's international standard is the most advanced standard, so test methods and conditions are matched. Finally, the performance evaluation technology and the performance evaluation technology for the refrigerator unit suitable for the domestic situation using the analyzed method were proposed.

Owing to increasing demand of rare metals present in ICT products, it is necessary to promote the rare metal recycling industry from an environmental viewpoint and to prevent climate change. Despite the fact that information for toxic substances is partly indicated, a legal basis and an international standard indicating usage of rare metals is insufficient. In order to address this issue, a newly created study group of environment and climate change at the ITU (International Telecommunication Union) is doing research to develop methodologies for recycling rare metals from ICT products in an eco-friendly way. Under this group, the Republic of Korea has established two international standards related to rare metals present in ICT products. The first is ‘Release of rare metal information for ICT products (ITU-T L.1100)’ and the other is ‘Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for rare metals (ITU-T L.1101)’. A new proposal for recommending the provision of rare metal information through a label by manufacturers and consumer/recycling businesses has been approved recently and is supposed to be published later in 2016. Moreover, these recommendations are also being extended to IEC, ISO and other standardization organizations and a strategy to reinforce the ability for domestic standardization is being established in accordance with industrial requirements. This will promote efficient recycling of rare metals from ICT products and will help improve the domestic supply of rare metals.

The international standard of ISO/IEC 19774 H-Anim (Humanoid Animation) defines the hierarchical structure and modeling data of a human for the generation of human animation. A common character data format is necessary in order to share and exchange characters between different applications, including gaming applications. H-Anim can be used for this purpose, and is progressing towards further standardization of new functionalities. This paper describes the modeling and animation method of a game character based on H-Anim using a general graphics tool. It also describes an algorithm to convert from H-Anim WRL, the output file generated by the general graphics tool, to H-Anim X3D based on the H-Anim specification. In addition, an experiment is described that shows compatibility of the designed H-Anim character with a general X3D browser. General behavior animations applied directly to the H-Anim character are also included.

Clegg (2009: 46) issued that there has been a tendency that government in different parts of the world nowadays are interested in introducing English-medium teaching (bilingual education) into the school system. In Indonesian context, the attempts to teaching other subjects through English (TOSTE) or the use of English as the medium of instruction (MoI) have been widely tried to be implemented in the schools around the country, especially at International Standard School (ISS). The English mastery of other subjects’ teachers (OST) becomes one of the key factors on the success or failure on the development of the bilingual learners (BL) on the mastery of the subject matters learned at ISS. This article is aimed at giving a brief overview on the implementation of bilingual education (BE) at the ISS. This article finds that the implementation of TOSTE or the use of English as MoI at ISS has raised many problems due to the lack understanding of the society on ISS and the lack competency of English mastery of the OST itself.
