해상풍력발전 시장의 성장과 함께 해상풍력발전기 설치 선 시장에 대한 기대감이 커지고 있다. 해상풍력발전 시장 내 2030년까 지 약 100척의 설치 선이 필요할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 척당 가격이 3,000∼4,000억 원이라서 일반 운반선보다 고부가가치 시장이다. 특 히, 풍력발전기 용량이 11MW 이상의 대형 설치 선의 수요가 커지고 있다. 중국을 중심으로 아시아 해상풍력발전기 시장의 급성장으로 이 지역에서 운용 가능한 설치 선에 대한 발주에 대한 협의가 많다. 아시아권역 대부분의 해저 지질은 지지 반력이 작은 점토층으로 구성되 어 있다. 이러한 특성에 의해서 설치 선이 작업을 위해 수면 밖으로 오르고 내림 시 스퍼드캔(Spudcan)과 레그(Leg)의 관입 깊이가 크게 발 생한다. 연구에서는 최소 3m에서 최대 21m까지 관입 변수를 이용하여 관입 깊이에 따른 고유 진동 주기, 레그의 구조 안전성 평가 그리고 전복 안전성 지수를 평가하였다. 관입 깊이가 증가하면 고유 진동 주기가 짧아지고, 레그의 모멘트 길이가 짧아져서 구조 강도의 여유 치 가 증가한다. 모든 입사각에서 전복 모멘트에 대해 안전하며, 최댓값은 270도에서 발생한다. 본 연구를 통하여 검토된 조건들은 연약 지반 에서 설치 선의 운용 절차서를 작성 시 관입 깊이에 따라서 레그를 어떻게 운용해야 하는지 판단할 수 있는 중요한 자료로 활용할 수 있 다. 결론적으로 관입 깊이에 따른 레그 구조 안전성을 정확히 파악하는 것은 설치 선의 안전과 직결된 문제이다.
Background: Ankle sprain in the Lead Leg Side (ALLS) is common in fencing athletes, and studies comparing the ankle range of motion (ROM) and strength of both legs are insufficient. Objectvies: To compare the ankle ROM and hip strength between two legs in fencing athletes who has ankle instability in the lead leg side.
Design: Cross-sectional design.
Methods: Seven fencing athletes with ankle instability participated in this study, and they randomly assigned into ankle in the Lead Leg Side (ALLS) and ankle in the Rear Leg Side (ARLS). Instability was determined by the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT), and then joint ROM and hip muscle strength were measured.
Results: There were significant differences in dorsiflexion ROM, hip strength (extension and abduction) between the ALLS with ankle instability and ARLS (P<.05).
Conclusion: This study suggests that the ankle ROM and hip muscle strength of ARLS are greater than ALLS in fencing athletes with ankle instability.
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the comparison of balance and muscle strength between dominant and non-dominant legs in adults. Thirty adults in their 20s participated in this study. The dominant and non-dominant legs were selected based on the dominant hands of the target. The subject's muscle strength of legs was measured with Nicholas MMT, and the balance was measured with BIO-Rescue. We compared the dominant and non-dominant legs based on the results. The result, indicated no statistical difference on balance and muscle strength between dominant and non-dominant legs(p>.05). The results of this study will be helpful in setting the effective treatment direction and treatment level, and in controlling posture, balance and motor function.
Based on a research proposal from Cambridge University that knowing the anatomical structure of the insects wouldhelp make an excellent biomimetic robot, we studied the anatomical characteristics of insects for application to jumpingrobots. We choose crickets, grasshoppers, and mole crickets among the Orthoptera. The external and muscle microstructuresof the three insects were compared using a stereomicroscope, an optical microscope and an electron microscope. Musclefiber bundles of the third legs of the grasshoppers and crickets were very dense, although their mitochondria numberswere smaller than their first leg. Muscle fibers of the first legs of the mole crickets are more loosely arranged than grasshoppersand crickets’ first legs, and there is a large number of different sized mitochondria, although the distinction between musclebundles is not clear.
연산오계는 오래전부터 건강기능 증진 및 치료 효능이 높은 것으로 알려져 왔다. 최근 건강 기능식품 소재로 기능성 펩타이드 효능이 알려짐에 따라, 연산오계 다리육으로부 올리고 펩타이드 최적 생산 공정 및 생성물 특성에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 최적 효소가수 분해 공정 표면반응 분석을 이 용하여 수행하였다. 최적 공정 조건을 확립하기 위해서 온도 (40, 50, 60℃), pH (pH 6.0, 7.0, 8.0), 효 소 (1, 2, 3%) 범위에서 수행을 하였다. 생성물에 대한 가수분해도, 유리아미노산, 분자량 분포를 분석 하였다. 효소 가수분해 최적 온도는 58℃, pH 7.5, 효소의 농도는 3% 이었다. 최적 조건에서 2 시간 효소 가수분해를 한 결과 75-80% 이었다. 유리 아미노산 총량은 168.131 mg/100 g 이었다. 분자량를 MALDI-TOF 으로 분석을 한 결과 90% 이상이 300-1,000 Da 분포를 보여주었다.
The effect of frozen storage and cooking methods on lipid oxidation in chicken meat was studied. Chicken meats were stored 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 days at -18℃ and were evaluated before and after cooking. 1. The crude fat content of chicken meat is the highest thigh meat with skin in microwaving. Fat content was increased duting 30 days of frozen storage, and then after. 2. Peroxide value, acid value and TBA value was increased during the days of storage because lipid autoxidation was processed cooking and during frozen storage time. The peoxide value and acid value were higher compared to sample cooked by other methods. 3. The fluoresence units were increased with frozen storage, and initial levels of fluoresent after processing. 4. The fatty acid composition of chicken meat fats is mainly palmitic acid and oleic acid, and the effect of frozen storage and meats part is not significantly change but fatty acid significantly change according to frying that linoleic acid was increased during frozen time. From all the results obtained in this study it can be conclude that lipid autoxidation of the chicken meat frozen storage at 18℃ was consistantly processed, and breast meat oxidation was increased than thigh meat because chicken breast meat include many polyunsaturated fatty acid. Frying was significantly increased highest than other cooking methods.
Frog legs were stored before and after 30, 60, 90, 120 days at -30℃ and -70℃. The amounts of triglycerides, glycolipide and phospholipids by TLC and composition of fatty acids by GC were shown in this experiment, there fore, I have got these following results. 1. The amount of PL in frog legs consisted of 80% of the total lipids before storage. As the days of storage was longer, the amount of TG was increased, while PL and GL were decreased. 2. TG and ES & HC were composed of 66% to 77% of the neutral lipids composition before storage. As the days of storage was longer, the amount of MG, DG. FFA and ES & HC were increased, while FS and TG were decreased. 3. PE and PC were composed of 78% to 81% of the phospholipids composition before storage. As the days of storage was longer, the amount of FA and PS were increased, while PC and PE were decreased. 4. The composition of fatty acids in neutral lipids of frozen frog legs at -30℃, 120 days was studied, Capric acid. Stearic acid, Behnic acid. Oleic acid and Linoleic acid were increased as compared with initial neutral lipids.
Legged locomotion has high mobility on irregular surfaces by touching the ground at discrete points. Inspired by the creature’s legged locomotion, legged robots have been developed to explore unstructured environments. In this paper, we propose a modular crawler that can easily adjust the number of legs for adapting the environment that the robot should move. One module has a pair of legs, so the number of legs can be adjusted by changing the number of modules. All legs are driven by a single driving motor for simple and compact design, so the driving axle of each module is connected by the universal joint. Universal joints between modules enable the body flexion for steering or overcoming higher obstacles. A prototype of crawler with three modules is built and the driving performance and the effect of module lifting on the ability to overcome obstacles are demonstrated by the experiments.
