        목적 : 본 연구는 지역사회 거주 노인을 대상으로 가상현실 기반 일상생활활동 중재를 병행한 가정환경개선 서비스를 제공하였을 때 일상생활 안전 및 낙상 예방에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 만성질환 노인 9명을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하였다. 프로그램은 총 4회기에 걸쳐 제공되었으며 가정을 방문하여 주거환경 평가 및 수정을 진행하고 수정된 환경에 적응할 수 있도록 일상생활훈련을 진행하였다. 또한 대상자가 센터로 방문하여 가상현실 환경 내에서 일 상생활동작 훈련을 하였다. 아울러 일상생활활동 중재의 일환으로 운동 처방 및 코치를 제공하였다. 결과 : 중재 전·후 가정 내 안전 및 낙상 위험요소는 Home Falls and Accidents Screening Test(HOME-FAST) 평가 결과 평균 6.2(SD ± 3.9)에서 11.7(SD ± 3.7)로 개선되었다(p = .00). 낙상 관련 행동요인은 Falls Behavioural Scale(FaB) 평가 결과 97.8(SD ± 3.9)에서 103.1(SD ± 6.2)로 향상되었고(p = .02), 활동특이적 균형 자신감은 Activity-specific Balance Confidence Scale(ABC)평가결과 496.6(SD ± 303.7)에 서 742.2(SD ± 315.7)로 향상되었다(p = .02). HOME-FAST, FaB, ABC 모든 평가에서 서비스 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냄으로써 본 프로그램이 가정 내 낙상 예방 및 낙상 위험 행동요인의 개선에 효과가 있으며, 낙상에 대한 균형 자신감의 향상을 확인하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 시행한 혼합형 중재 모델의 가정환경개선 서비스에 대하여 전반적인 만족도가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 가상현실기반 일상생활활동 중재를 병행한 가정환경개선 서비스 모델을 통해 지역사회 거주 노인의 낙상 예방과 일상생활에서의 안전사고 감소를 위한 효율적인 작업치료 중재가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

        The two purposes of this study were to understand service encounters in Korean restaurants by foreigners living in Korea and to examine the effect of service encounters on the customer's emotion feelings, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Based on the reactions of a total of 614 foreigners obtained by empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model, and verifies a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data: χ2 683.466 (df=216), CMIN/df 3.164, RMR 0.095, GFI 0.911, AGFI 0.886, NFI 0.933, CFI 0.953, and RMSEA 0.059. As a result of empirical analysis, the physical environment, interactions with employees, and interactions with other customers were quantified as service encounter factors in Korean restaurants. These factors were indicated to have an influence on customer's emotion feelings. Also, customer's emotion feelings had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and behavioral intent. Limitations and future research are also discussed.

        Aging rate of rural area in our country is relatively high compared to that of the urban area. Thus, the introduction of meal service for the elderly residing in the rural area is necessary for their better living quality. Food habit, health and the nutritive intake conditions during the busy farming season were surveyed and comparative analysis of dietary intake for the introduction of meal service in pavilion of the elderly living in Chungnam, Kangwon, Jeonnam and Kyungbuk was performed for basic reference data of meal service introduction to the pavilion of the elderly in rural area. In general subject, the male elderly had a significant difference in marital state and showed that 79.4% was married and 20% was separated by death(P<0.05). In allowance, there were no significant difference but most of them lived with less then three hundred thousand won and especially, female lived with less then one hundred thousand won. In health state, the female elderly showed significant difference on difficulty with every day activity but with small trouble although they had to prepare their own meal(P<0.05). The condition dental health conditions of the female elderly had a significant difference showing bad conditions in following order; Kangwon(48%)>Chungnam(38.1%)>Kyungbuk(22.9%)>Jeonnam(22.5%)(p<0.05). The female elderly showed a significant difference in usage of denture and number of the female elderly without using the denture were very high(p<0.05). In nutrition intake condition, amount of sodium was very high but intakes of fiber and calcium were relatively 1ow(P<0.05). Meal service introduction in the pavilion of the elderly is suggested for the improvement of the life quality of the elderly in rural area. When developing the menu for them, conditions such as shortage of the fiber and calcium in diets, the dental conditions should be considered.
