유전자변형생물체(GMO)에 대한 인식도 조사를 위해 일간지 및 방송매체 등의 미디어에서 활동하고 있는 언론인 100명(2017.9.1.~9.30)을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전체 기자의 47.0%가 GMO에 대해 '알고 있다’고 응답했으며, 평소 GMO에 관심이 있는 언론인 74.0%가 응답하였다. 관심이 있는 이유는 ‘안전성에 의문이 들어서’가 65.0%, ‘GMO에 대한 국민의 불안감이 커서’ 56.0%로 안전성에 대한 관심이 높았으며, 국민여론 형성을 위해 GM작물, GM식품 등의 필요한 정보에 대해서는 '식품으로서의 안전성에 대한 정보’(78.0%)와 'GM기술의 기대와 우려에 대한 정보’(24.0%)로 유전자변형생물체의 안전성 정보에 대한 정보를 가장 필요로 했다. ‘일반농작물, 일반식품과의 영양분 등에서 실질적으로 동등한지 여부에 대한 정보‘(12.8%), '환경에 미치는 영향에 대한 정보‘(12.2%)나 '해외동향 등에 대한 정보‘(14.0%)에 대해서는 낮은 응답률을 보였다. 유전자변형기술에 대해서는 21.0%가 유전자변형으로 생긴 특이 생물 종으로 환경파괴, 인체 위해 등을 우려하였고, GM작물의 안전성에 대해서는 ‘위험하다’는 의견이 56.0%로 ‘안전하다’ 17.0%에 비해 높아 아직까지 GM작물의 안전성에 대한 우려가 높다. 우리나라의 GM작물 개발에 대해서는 ‘식용이 아닌 사료나 화훼, 의료용 등의 GM작물로만 국한해서 개발해야 한다’는 의견과 ‘우리나라도 다른 나라에 대적할 GM작물을 상업화시켜야 한다’가 36.0%로 가장 높은 반면 9.0%는 ‘우리나라의 GM작물 상업화는 시기상조’이고 5.0%는 ‘절대적으로 우리나라는 GM작물을 상업화해서는 안된다'고 응답하였다. GMO 관련 여론 형성을 위해 누구를 대상으로 커뮤니케이션하면 좋은지에 대해서는 ‘언론매체(미디어)’가 47.0%, ‘전문가(과학자/교수/의사)’ 19.0%의 순으로 미디어와의 커뮤니케이션이 필요한 것으로 응답하였다. 향후 미디어의 올바른 GMO 인식제고를 위해서는 안전성에 대한 올바른 정보 제공이 필요하며, 미디어와의 지속적인 커뮤니케이션이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
The two purposes of this study were to understand service encounters in Korean restaurants by foreigners living in Korea and to examine the effect of service encounters on the customer's emotion feelings, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Based on the reactions of a total of 614 foreigners obtained by empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model, and verifies a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data: χ2 683.466 (df=216), CMIN/df 3.164, RMR 0.095, GFI 0.911, AGFI 0.886, NFI 0.933, CFI 0.953, and RMSEA 0.059. As a result of empirical analysis, the physical environment, interactions with employees, and interactions with other customers were quantified as service encounter factors in Korean restaurants. These factors were indicated to have an influence on customer's emotion feelings. Also, customer's emotion feelings had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and behavioral intent. Limitations and future research are also discussed.
This study considered the whole intake patterns and realities of consumption of instant noodles on sales targeting children and adolescents. Based on a total of 1021 subjects, data from self-administrated questionnaires were collected and analyzed using comparative statistical analysis, including frequency, chi-square, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Results of the study were as follows. The preference levels for instant noodles by children and adolescents were 5.25, thereby showing a more than moderate preference. Middle school boy students' preference for instant noodles was the highest. The main reason for preferring instant noodles was taste and convenience. The main reason for disliking instant noodles was poor nutrition and likelihood of becoming fat. The intake of instant noodles was the highest between lunch and dinner with a frequency of once to twice per week. Content of soup powder given taking instant noodles was the largest in having putted all. The soup quantity of being left given taking instant noodles was possessed the majority in almost not eating soup. The main reason for not consuming soup was being full or concerns for health. A significant difference was observed in preference level for instant noodles and in intake patterns depending on the respondents' general characteristics. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
The object of this research is to conform of practicable possibility and recycling of producing junk after citrus fruits is processed. With extracting d-limonene oil that have 70~90% a component of oil out of junk citrus peel, making certain the about 12000ppm concentration of it. Limonene derived from citrus in jeju using conventional synthetic detergents can be replaced with the development of environmentally friendly natural detergent investigated the possibility. Mostly due to ocean dumping, disposal and cause environmental problems by recycling natural citrus cleaner alternative to the research conducted on the possibility. Cleaning efficiency with temperature did not affect the largest concentrations were able to identify the difference between cleaning efficiency. At least 10% of the d-limonene oil could be from the cleaning performance, increasing the concentration of the cleaning efficiency was increased in size. Ultrasonic is very high removal efficiency under the conditions shown in the cause of pure self-generated ultrasonic cleaning power as co-effects of d-limonene oil appears to chemical cleaning effect of ultrasonic cavitation occurs in the physical cleaning effect due to a combination of synergistic stability is maximized by low concentrations of d-limonene oil in a short time showed an excellent cleaning ability. Having the ability of cleaning at the same time, considering the side recycling in the junk citrus peels reflects possibility of basic materials utility eco-friendly in the skin soap, bath soap, cosmetics etc, through ability of exclusion a contaminant in based cleaning effect(EC) it can prospect substitution effect environmentally in the pre existence synthetic detergents.
The airms of this study are to examine the concentrations of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in hospitals and to compare concentrations of VOCsin hospital with public facilities. Mean concentraton of total volatile organic compounds(TVOCs) in hospital was 103.97±87.39㎍/m3, that was lower than guideline of KMOE. The highest concentration of VOCs in hospital was 19.07±13.47㎍/m3 for Toluene. The distribution of VOCs in hospitals was log-normal distribution. As the result of Monte carlo simulation, the distribution of VOCs in hospitals was log-normal distribution with the exception of Toluene with normal distribution.
제주도내 주요 해안지역인 화북, 삼양, 대포, 중문, 표선, 안덕, 애월, 곽지에서 생산되는 해수, 갯벌, 해산물 등에서 2002년 1월부터 12월까지 V. parahaemolyticus 분포상황을 조사하였다 가검물은 총 2,880건으로 각각 해수 960건, 갯벌 960건, 해산물 960건이었으며, 분리된 V. parahaemolyticus에 대하여 생화학적, 혈청학적 실험을 실시하였다. 총가검물 2,880건에 대한 분리 동정에서 417건(14.5%)이
