본 연구는 수확시기가 수수수수 교잡종 원형 곤포사일리지의 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 천안에 위치한 국립축산과학원 자원개발부에서 수행되었다. 수수수수 교잡종 SS405를 이용하여 숙기별 2회(출수기 및 완숙기)에 걸쳐 수확을 하여 사일리지로 조제하였다. 숙기가 진행됨에 따라 수수수수 교잡종원형 곤포사일리지의 조단백질은 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 NDF 및 ADF 함량 그리고 TDN 함량은 비슷한 수준을 유지하였다. 그리고 숙기별 in vitro

Recently durability design based on deterministic or probabilistic method has been attempted since service life evaluation in RC(Reinforced Concrete) structure exposed to chloride attack is important. The deterministic durability design contains a reasonable method with time effect on surface chloride content and diffusion coefficient, however the probabilistic design procedure has no consideration of time effect on both. In the paper, a technique on PDF(Probability of Durability Failure) evaluation is proposed considering time effect on diffusion and surface chloride content through equivalent surface chloride content which has same induced chloride content within a given period and cover depth. With varying period to built-up from 10 to 30 years and maximum surface chloride content from 5.0 kg/m3 to 10.0 kg/m3, the changing PDF and the related service life are derived. The proposed method can be reasonably applied to actual durability design with preventing conservative design parameters and considering the same analysis conditions of the deterministic method.

This research conducted a vegetation survey on Mt. Changbai which are habitats of Papaver radicatum var. pseudoradicatum to obtain a basic data for artificial cultivation. The habitas of P. radicatum var. pseudoradicatum consisted of two communities as Dryas octopetala var. asiatica community and Aconogonon ajanense community. The community units as D. octopetala var. asiatica community and A. ajanense community belong to alpine vegetation in Mt. Changbai. A. ajanense community is distributed around altitude of 2007-2061m, and D. octopetala var. asiatica community is distributed altitude of 2350-2570m at relatively high elevation. According to the correlation between the vegetation structure and elevation. This vegetation structure can be simplified at the herb layer. The vegetation is classified into D. octopetala var. asiatica community and A. ajanense community on the axis 1 basis in the BC ordination analysis. Further, there appeared higher plant life totalling to 40 taxa comprising 35 species, 4 varieties and 1 forma with 20 families and 34 genuses at the whole survey area. Among these, Cyperaceae and Ericaceae plants excellent in resistance to environment was surveyed the most, accounting for 16%.

We investigated the toxic effects of tebuconazole on development in the African clawed frog, Xenopus laevis. To test the toxic effects, frog embryo teratogenesis assays using Xenopus were performed. Embryos were exposed to various concentrations of tebuconazole(0-100 μM). LC100 for tebuconazole was 100 μM, and the LC50 determined by probit analysis was 82.35 μM. The exposure to tebuconazole concentrations ≥40 μM resulted in 11 different types of severe external malformations including gut dysplasia. Histological examinations revealed various dysplasia in the eye, heart, liver, intestine, somatic muscle, and in the pronephric ducts. The tissue-specific toxic effects were investigated with an animal cap assay. Blood cells are generally induced at a high frequency by the combination of mSCF and activin A, however, the induction of blood cells was strongly inhibited by the addition of tebuconazole. Electron micrographs of tested embryos showed many of multivesicular bodies and dysplasia of photo-receptive cell, however, the somatic muscle degeneration was not severe. The gene expression of cultivated animal cap explants was investigated by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction and revealed that expression of the blood-specific marker, β globin Ⅱ and muscle-specific marker, muscle actin were more strongly inhibited than the neural-specific marker, XEn2.

본 연구에서는 개념적인 토양수분 모형을 이용하여 가뭄에 대한 기후변화의 영향을 모형화하고, 모형으로부터의 결과를 분석하고 있다. 미래 기후자료로서 A2 온실가스 배출 시나리오에 따라 CCCma CGCM3-T63에 의해 도출된 자료가 이용되며, 일별 강수분포 및 월별 강수량 및 잠재증발산량의 변화를 고려하기 위하여 일별 스케일링 기법이 적용된다. 모형으로부터 도출된 주요결과로부터 미래에는 우리나라에 보다 잦은 가뭄이 있을 수 있음을 살펴볼 수 있다.

Using the principal component analysis and clustering Forest resources are consistently necessary in the future. It takes much time to produce and breed them. However it is difficult to do due to recent social situation. Considering global environment, forest policy should be considered as a global scale rather than a regional one. At least, the policy needs a national scale concern. In order to support forestry, elementary data are needed. In this study, forest characteristics in Ishigawa-gen province have been analyzed through main component analysis and clustering. The results are shown in fig.5 and fig.6.
