본 연구는 코칭이 청소년의 자아존중감 향상과 학교생활 적응에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 1:1 코칭으로 진행되었으며, 학습은 물론 무기력과 지각, 결석 등의 잦은 부적의 현상을 나타내고 있는 학교 현장 청소년을 대상으로 연구대상은 경기도 Y시에 소재하는 H인문계 고등학교 1,2학년 33명을 대상으로 학교의 추천과 대상학생의 신청을 통해 선발하였다. 대상학생들은 학교와 학부모의 동의를 얻어 주 1회 50분씩 4회기 동안 코칭 전의 자기 진단을 통해 1:1코칭을 실시하였으며, 코칭 후의 자가진단으로 대상학생의 코칭 전과 후의 가치변화를 확인하여 코칭 실시 전 후의 자아존중감의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 학교생활 적용에 있어 1:1코칭을 통한 이들의 변화 가능성에 대한 유의미한 결과에 대해 알아보고 그에 따른 코칭의 효과를 학교생활 적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 가치 있는 도구로서의 정보를 제공하고자하였다.나아가 검사도구인 d-test를 실시한 결과, 프로그램 실시 후 유의미한 향상의 효과는 1: 1 코칭이 부적응 청소년들에게 자아존중감 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있음을 검증할 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학교나 평생교육원, 사회복지실천현장에서 부적응 청소년들을 대상으로 코칭 보급화에 대한 가능성과 본 연구의 한계와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하고자하였다.
Purpose: We examined the mediating role of physical self-worth in the relationship between physical activity and quality of life in Korean adolescents. Methods: Data from 236 middle school students were used for the present study (boys = 139, 58.9%; girls = 97, 41.1%; middle school first grade = 127, 53.8%; middle school third grade = 109, 46.2%). Questionnaire data on demographics, physical activity, physical self-worth, subdimnesions of quality of life, and global quality of life were collected. We utilized the Hayes’ (2013) PROCESS Macro to test mediation models. Results: Results revealed that physical activity was associated with physical self-worth, which in turn, was associated with subdimensions of quality of life (e.g., physical, psychological, and emotion and moods quality of life) and global quality of life. Conclusion: More physical activity led to higher perceptions of physical self-worth, thereby contributing to higher perceptions of quality of life. Implications and directions for future research were discussed.
The value of rice-fields is being graded down in Korea because it has been estimated only from the size. The purpose of this study is to suggest a management plan in which the location and the size of valuable rice-fields for conservation are based on the results of appraising the worth of ecosystem services of rice-fields in Chungcheongnam-do region. The study is as follows; ①selecting the indicators for evaluating the ecosystem services of rice-fields considering both general functions and special functions in the regional environment conditions, ②classifying the grades of rice-fields in ecosystem service values, ③suggesting the location and the size of valuable rice-fields for conservation, ④calculating the total economic value of the ecosystem services of rice-fields. The results of this study are that the valuable rice-fields’ locations for conservation are the grade I rice-fields and their total area is 100,000ha. Also, the value of the ecosystem services of rice-fields in Chungcheongnam-do region was equivalent to 32.8 trillion won. This amount is over 18 trillion won more than the amount obtained if the total rice-fields in Chungcheongnam-do region were to be transformed to other land-use types. The value of ecosystem services should be considered in the future when appraising the worth of rice-fields, and methods of estimating the ecosystem services of rice-fields need to be developed with a more objective and suitable index.
본 연구는 대상자의 표본수가 적고 단일 사례연구로서 대조집단을 두지 못하였기에 연구의 효과성을 일반화하기에는 무리가 있으나, 원예활동이 농촌아동의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 원예활동을 통해 식물을 심어 가꾸어 자신감을 가지고, 창의적으로 표현함으로써 자아 존중감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
We have implemented the questionnaire survey to study the structure of consciousness of collegian and the Change of the worth view of the vocation on totally 832 collegians who attended to fisheries and martime colleges. The results were as follows : Most collegian had selected college and department by means of surrounding recommendation and acquired scores without regarding his own aptitude and prospect. The educational aims of the collegian who majored in fisheries and maritime field are to carry out the theory and practise along with emphasizing technical education and human-being education together. Concerning to the status of professor. Most collegian had wanted professor not only who had much comprehensive faculty but also who pointed out than well teaching professor. The collegian who consult their prospect with professor was very rare and they were very negative for the learning majoring in fisheries and maritime field. Because the practice guidance was not accomplished effectively on the account of social aspect, most collegian has avoided jobs relating to fisheries and maritime field. Also, they had selected short term on the job training couse aboard the ship.
