Production management in the automobile parts industry is carried out according to the production plan of the customer, so it is important to prevent shortages in product supply. As the product composition became increasingly complex, the MES System was built for the purpose of efficient production plan management and inventory management, but its utilization is low. This study analyzed the problems of the MES system and sought to improve it. Through previous studies, it was confirmed that the inventory management of the pull approach that actually occurred in the warehouse is more suitable than the push approach based on the forecast of the warehouse for the volatility, complexity, and uncertainty of orders in the auto parts industry. To realize this, we tried distributed MRP by using the ADO function of VBA to link the standard information of the MES system with Excel and change the structure of the BOM table. Through this, it can help increase the accuracy of production planning and realize efficient inventory management, thereby increasing the utilization of the MES system in the auto parts industry and enhancing the competitiveness of the company.
현재 세계는 4차 산업 혁명시대를 맞이하여 세계 각국은 기술혁명은 물론, 경제사회적 인프라, 기업조 직의 대대적인 혁신을 추진하고 있다. 노사관계는 4차 산업의 기술혁명을 뒷받침하여 산업평화와 함께 기업의 경쟁력을 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 국익과 직결되고 총체적으로 국가경쟁력 향상의 필수 요건이라는 측면에서 그 필요성과 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다.
자동차산업계에서도 각 기업은 지식과 정보의 가치의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 선점하기 위해서 전기 자동차, 자율주행차, 수소자동차 등의 첨단기술개발에 기업의 역량을 집중하는 한편, 경쟁기업의 지식과 정보를 입수하여 효과적인 4차 산업의 경영전략을 구사하기 위해 방법을 가리지 않는 ‘총성 없는 전략전쟁’을 하고 있는 실정이다.
그러나 현대자동차로 대표되는 한국의 자동차기업들은 어렵게 개발한 첨단기술들을 토대로 효과적인 4차 산업의 경영전략을 전개하기 위하여 생산방식의 대대적인 혁신을 과감하게 추진하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기업의 치열한 노력을 제약하는 최대 요인으로 노사관계를 꼽지 않을 수 없다. 그간 자동차산업을 비롯한 한국의 노사관계는 민주화라는 기치 하에 괄목할 만한 성장을 이루었다. 이제 한국의 노사는 노사 관계의 민주화 프레임을 넘어서 4차 산업혁명을 보완하는 성숙한 단계로 나아가야 할 시점이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현대자동차 등 한국의 자동차 기업은 여전히 민주화 프레임의 틀을 벗어나지 못할 뿐 아니라 노조이기주의적 성향을 강하게 노출하고 있다.
따라서 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 변화의 변곡점에서 노사가 취할 전략 방향을 이웃나라 일본의 세계적 기업인 도요타자동차와의 비교를 통하여 분석하여 본 것이다. 그 결과 현재와 같은 역동적인 시대에는 전략과 노사관계는 연동되어야 하며 역시 경영이 주도권을 갖고 과감한 조직과 생산의 개혁을 추진해야 하며 노동조합은 민주화나 조직이기주의의 틀을 뛰어넘어 협력적 노사관계로 경영을 강력하게 지원하는 것이 노사가 상생하는 길임을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
오늘날 세계 5위의 생산 규모로 성장한 우리나라 자동차 산업에 대한 논의는 1976년 우리나라 최초의 승용차 고유모델 ‘포니’를 개발한 현대자동차 고유의 추격 전략을 중심으로 진행되었다. 그러나 ‘포니’ 개발 당시 정부의 ‘장기 자동차공업 진흥계획’이 중요한 역할을 했음에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 분석은 매우 제한적이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 1974년 수립된 ‘장기 자동차 공업 진흥계획’의 주요 내용을 심층고찰하고, 이전 정부 정책과의 비교를 통해 본 계획의 의의와 ‘포니’ 탄생에서의 역할을 제시하였다. 연구결과 본 계획은 자동차 산업에서의 외국모델 기반의 소규모 부분조립생산 체제가 가지는 기술학습과 산업 성장의 한계를 명확히 인식하고, 대량생산 체제 도입을 위한 고유모델 개발을 처음으로 제시하였다. 또한 이의 효과적 실행을 위해 완성차 업체의 고유모델 개발을 전제로 한 해외 차관 보증 지원, 승용차의 인테그랄 아키텍처 특성을 고려한 부품 게열화 지원, 수요 창출을 위한 세제 및 관세 개편, 경제성 분석, 외부 지식기반 정보 제공 등 상당히 정밀하면서 총체적인 정책 지원을 포함하고 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 본 계획에 대한 완성차 업체의 구체적인 사업계획서 제출을 유도함으로써 본 계획에 대한 정부와 산업계 간 상호 신뢰 구축은 물론 추진 의지를 확인하고, 기업 내부의 반발을 해소하는데 중요한 역할을 하였음을 확인하였다. 그 결과 우리나라는 세계 16번째로 자동차 고유모델을 보유한 나라가 되었으며, 이에 힘입어 부품 국산화율을 획기적으로 개선하는데 성공하였다. 현대자동차 또한 내수시장 석권은 물론 해외 수출에 성공하며 우리나라 자동차 산업의 비약적 성장을 견인하였다. 본 연구는 우리나라 자동차 산업 초기 성장 과정에서의 정부의 역할을 심층 고찰하였다는 점에서 후발국 산업 추격 이론에 대한 심화와 함께 정책 수립에 대한 중요한 함의를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
In the research of global marketing so far, research on the "arterial industry" that manufactures products and supplies them to the market is mainstream, and empirical studies of downstream automobile distribution service companies and automobile recycling companies are inadequate. Research on global marketing by automobile recycling companies is increasingly required due to the growing global environmental problems and the demand for providing inexpensive high quality mobility. In this research, we will clarify the trajectory of internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in automobile recycling by using case of KaihoSangyo Co. exporting used parts to 85 countries including Africa. This company is a global advanced company of automobile recycling with headquarters in Kanazawa. He received a variety of outside awards including SDGs business awards. KaohoSangyo's automobile recycling overseas development project is an effort to combine commercial success and sustainable development. The company has established a system to export second-hand used parts of used cars in Japan to developing countries, to visualize quality, to buy and sell. In addition, we are building a system that is beneficial and necessary for emerging countries, such as nurturing overseas buyers' talent, constructing second-hand parts procurement systems in Japan, building overseas second-hand car auction systems. As a result, shortage of mobility in developing countries has been resolved through realization of low price, realizing the reuse of used parts in Japan in emerging and developing countries.
This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and PDA terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system and bar-code system in automative transmission shipment place of the finished assembly parts. The proposed model shows that the new method by RF-Tag system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time and loading time for shipment, compared with the current approach by bar-code system. It is noted in case of the method by RF-Tag that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the shipping lead time per truck for carrying by the current method was 35 minutes, the shipping lead time by the new method was 15 minutes. (b) While the accuracy for carrying by the current method was 50%, the accuracy by the new method was 99%.
To achieve a sustainable competitive advantage, firm is required innovative activities and competences. However, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) is hard to achieve a superior performance because they possess low competences. So, this paper identify determinants of innovation performance by firm size in motor and electronics industry based on a resource-based view. This paper analyzes the effects of innovation activities and competence on innovation performance by using firm-level data provided by Korea Innovation Survey (KIS). The empirical evidence presented shows that there are differences of determinants on innovation performance by industry and firm size.
This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between WMS(Warehouse Management System) terminal and PDA terminal through real time processing in manufacturing shop. The proposed model shows that the new method can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for shipping and receiving, compared with the current approach. As a result of the certain test among the main server, WMS system, and PDA terminal, it is noted in case of the new proposed system that the effects of proposed model are as follows: (a) While the receiving lead time for carrying by the current method was 2 hours, the receiving lead time by the new method was 20 minutes. (b) While the shipping lead time for carrying by the current method was 1 hours, the shipping lead time by the new method was 15 minutes. (c) While the inventory rate of accuracy by the current method was 85%, the inventory rate of accuracy by the new method was 98%.
In accordance with the trend for cooperation of related company, BOM (Bill of Materials) has become an important factor in the manufacturing of production. BOM manages a various basic information of design, production, and process and so on. Especially, automobile industries are related to many company, they build a cooperative system from the communication of information. In this study, we have analyzed a BOM structure of a well-used automobile part industry and proposed a structure of engineering BOM, manufacturing BOM, process BOM for cooperative environment. A proposed various BOM structure are flexible in responding to the situation of structure alternations for automobile part. And also they include in environment factors. It is expected that these BOM structure will be used to basic template in automobile part industry which could be loaded with cooperative hub-system.
<Objective> This study were carried out to study to assess the relationship between job characteristics, general characteristics, health behaviors, and psychosocial distress and suggested the preventive oriental medicine approaches in occupational health area. <Methods>
We measured job characteristics(job demand, job control, jop insecurity) by The Karasek's Job Content Questionnaire, health behaviors(smoking, drinking, exercise, coffee), general characteristics at work by a self-administered questionnaire. Psycho social distress was measured by PWI(Psychosocial Well-being Index), a 18-item selfadministered instrument. 370 data for research were collected through the process of oriental health examination with questionnaire in workplace. Statistical analysis was done by t test, oneway ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with SPSSWIN (version 10.0) <Results> Among the 152 respondents, the prevalence of high job strain was 27%(41 persons). The Odds ratio of high job strain was 3.11(95 2.12∼4.11), and those of passive group and active group were 2.01(95 0.83∼2.76) and 1.80(95 0.83∼2.76), respectively. Our results supported the association between psychosocial distress and job strain. <Conclusion> The odds ratio of high strain isolated group(high strain group+low social support) was 3.59(95 2.05 5.13), but the odds ratio of high strain collective group was 1.32(95 0.23 2.41). Social support at work was modifing factor of the association between psycho social distress and job strain. Therefore we reviewed the evidence that economic depression was associated with psycho social distress in this study, and that the strength of the social support was important in maintain health.

This study aims to investigate the factors which impact the possibility of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) implementation in automobile companies in Vietnam. A survey was carried out with automobile enterprises’ managers, getting 198 usable respondents, with data and theoretical model analyzed by using SPSS with EFA method. Results indicated that in Vietnamese automobile enterprises, the possibility of EMA implementation was driven by elements including motivation to reduce production costs, reactions to environmental issues, compliance to legislation, procedures and processes in the working environment which they are in business. The government and professional institutions should play a vital role in promoting EMA practices by issuing specific guidelines and continuous training. Besides, tax authorities should apply the favor policies such as tax incentives to stimulate interest enterprises to implement EMA. However, this study’s results only reflect about 63.7% of the impact to the implementation of EMA in Vietnamese automotive enterprises, so there are still some other factors that should be found out in the future researches. This is the first attempt to systematically analyze enterprises’ perception and willingness to apply EMA in Vietnamese automobile industry. This study contributes to not only the existing empirical literature of EMA but also enterprises’ managers in Vietnam and other transitional economies.
