        With the development of internet and communication technologies, diversification of consumer needs, and intensifying competition, omnichannel is spotlighted among retailers as one of the breakthroughs to survive. Particularly, among scholars and practitioners, cross channel integration (CCI) has been pointed out as a key concept to achieve success in omnichannel, and several successful cases of retailers and strategies implemented under CCI are reported. Nevertheless, due to the wide scope and complexity of CCI, as well as the substantial cost and long-term perspective required for its investment, CCI involves a high level of uncertainty and complicated decision-making. Thus, most retailers are still struggling in achieving the level of CCI that their consumers desire.

        「국제해상충돌방지규칙」과 이의 국내입법인「해사안전법」은 좁은 수로에서의 항법과 관련하여 넓은 바다에서 적용되는 일반항법과는 다른 지리적 특수성을 이유로 특별항법을 규정하고 있다. 이러한 특별항법은 일반항법의 경우에 인정되는 피항의무, 유지의무와는 다른 통항금지의무를 규정하고 있다. 한편, 좁은 수로에 대한 횡단의 경우에는 소형선박, 어선 등에게 부여된 ‘다른 선박의 통항을 방해하여서는 아니 된다’는 통항방해금지의무와 다르게 ‘다른 선박의 통항을 방해하는 경우에는 횡단하여서는 아니 된다’고 규정하고 있는바, 제정목적과 법문에 충실한 해석에 의하면 이를 통항방해금지의무와 다른 횡단 금지의무로 보아야 하는 것이 상당할 것이다. 따라서 그와 같이 해석하여야 하는 이유 내지 근거, 달리 본다면 어떤 의무와 책임을 부담시켜야 하는지를 살펴보고, 이에 상응하여 상대선박은 어떤 의무와 책임을 부담하는지에 대하여 검토하고, 마지막으로 합리적인 좁은 수로 항법에 대한 조문이 되기 위하여 향후 추가 연구를 통해 보완하여야 할 부분이 있음을 제시하였다.

        With the expansion of various distribution channels in online and offline stores, TV, and mobile, consumers now have more information search and retail selection channels to choose from than ever before. Major retailers now use multi- and omni-channel strategies. This study focused on cross-channel consumption, which involves the use of different information search and purchase channels. Using crosschannel consumption, consumers can search for information online and then make purchases offline and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between channel strategies and other consumer variables, and the study also assessed the effect of product type. To conduct this empirical study, the researchers developed a consumer questionnaire concerning three consumer channel strategies-on-on, cross, and off-off-and four product categories-clothing, cosmetics, books, and electronics. The results indicated that gender and marital status did not influence consumer channel strategies, but that age did have a significant influence. The analysis showed that consumers in their 40s preferred the cross channel strategy, perceiving it to be effective, satisfactory, and rewarding. Compared to other products, clothing products showed higher levels of cross channel strategies. Consumers indicated that they prefer searching for information online and then purchasing clothing offline. Overall, clothing products generated higher levels of channel satisfaction and channel switch intentions. Cross-channel clothing shoppers reported effective information retrieval times but longer delivery times.

        The flourishing trend of using multiple technology-based self-service channels (hereafter, SSCs) can be found across various service industries. So far, no studies have explored the effect of multichannel interaction on breadth consumer relationship breadth (i.e., cross-buying intention). Based on brand extension theory and the cross-buying literature, this study proposed a conceptual model for understanding the key determinants of consumer cross-buying intention in the context of multiple SSCs. A total of 262 respondents who had experience with using both online and mobile banking were collected. The result revealed that perceived online banking quality (i.e., original SSC), image congruity, and value congruity facilitate consumer trust and satisfaction toward a mobile banking service (i.e., extension SSC). In addition, the trust and satisfaction toward mobile banking have a positive influence on crossbuying intention. The result of this study not only provides an academic contribution to the multichannel service and SSC literature but also provides suggestions for service providers who wish to develop their multiple-SSC strategies.

        Introduction In the contemporary business environment, fashion companies ought to cope with fundamental changes marketing communication has conventionally been performed. In response to shifting socio-demographic, environmental and market-related conditions, gradually new forms of fashion promotion have evolved (Fill, 2006). Nowadays, the global fashion industry experiences a reduced dependence on mass media advertising and an enlarged reliance on dialogic, relationship-oriented and digitally grounded communication methods (Chitty, Barker, Valos & Shimp, 2012). Against this backdrop, it is irrefutable that social media technologies have been remarkably transforming the ways in which modern-day fashion communication is practiced (Brennan & Schafer, 2010; Funk et al., 2016; Dillon, 2012; Saarinen, Tinnilä & Tseng, 2006). The competitive and widely saturated apparel market is facing an era of intensive proliferation of brands, an epoche of awe bombardment of advertisements, which makes a well-though-out communicational strategy ever more imperative, particularly in a cross-cultural context (Dillon, 2012). Yet, studies that analyze the importance of social media in relation to traditional means of fashion communication are scarce. Even though, empirical introductions start being made to this explicit issue, considerable research deficiency subsists in the realm of cross-cultural fashion communication and social media optimization. Therefore, the rationale of this paper at hand is to contribute to balance out this research gap by providing evidence from four countries.

        The water removal characteristics in a PEMFC trapezoidal gas channel are investigated with the volume of fluid (VOF) method. For the case of wall contact angle of 60 degree, liquid water attaches on the top wall and moves toward the exit. In contrast, liquid water moves along the channel side corner or GDL surface irregularly for the higher wall contact angles. The hydrophillic wall contact angle of 60 degrees provides more favorable diffusion of reactants to cathode reaction sites as the GDL surface water coverage ratio approaches zero even if the water flow rate increases.

        The volume of fluid (VOF) method is applied to study the effects of the gas channel cross-section shape on the removal characteristics of a water slug in a trapezoidal PEMFC gas channel. Two different open angles 50 and 60 degrees are selected to investigate the effect of cross-section shape on the behavior of a liquid water slug. In comparison to the 50 degrees case, the water slug is removed slightly faster for the 60 degrees case.

        본 연구에서는 복단면개수로및 불규칙한 하상을보이는 횡단면 상에서의 수위-유량곡선 및단위유량횡분포예측을 위한 유한요소모형을 개발하였다. 지배방정식은 정상류와 종방향 등류를 가정한 운동량방정식을 이용하며, 수면은 횡단면에 걸쳐 일정하다고 가정한다. 홍수터 식생의 영향을 반영하기 위해 식생항력이 지배방정식에 포함되었으며, 수치해를 구하기 위해 유한요소법을 적용하였다. 단면형상과 Manning의 조도계수, 식생정보, 종방향 하상경사를 입력자료로 수위-유량 곡선

        이 논문은 부산항 방파제 진입항로에서 강한 횡조류가 있는 경우 60,000 DWT의 파나막스 선박의 조종에 있어 선속에 따른 영향을 파악하기 위하여 3년 이상의 선장 경력을 가진 76명의 조종자가 선박조종 시뮬레이션을 실시하고 그 결과를 선박의 근접도 계측, 제어도 계측, 조선자의 주관적 계측을 통하여 분석하기로 한다. 조류는 남서 방향, 2노트이고 독립 변수인 선속은 각각 5노트, 10노트로 한다. 시뮬레이션의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 부산항 방파제 진입항로에서 선속 5노트인 경우 드리프트 앵글을 10˚ 이상으로 하는 것은 선수가 방파제 입구를 벗어나게 되므로 조종자는 심리적으로 이 각도 이상은 취하지 않는 경향이 있다. (2) 선속 5노트에서의 경우가 선속 10노트보다 주관적 계측치, 선박의 근접도, 제어도가 상대적으로 크게 나타나고 있다. (3) 선박의 제어도 계측 항목을 무차원화하여 이를 단일 지표로 표시하는 방법을 제안하였다.
