본 연구는 ESG 교육과 평생교육의 연계성을 텍스트마이닝으로 실증 분석하고 통합교육 프레임워크 를 탐색한다. 2016~2025년 상반기 국내 학술 DB 372편을 대상으로 TF-IDF, 네트워크분석, LDA 토 픽모델링을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 평생교육 키워드는 23.1% 논문에 출현(명시적 연계 제한적)이지만 매개중심성 3위(0.145)로 ESG 영역(환경·사회·지배구조)을 연결하는 중개 허브 역할을 확인하였다. 4 개 토픽 중 평생교육 통합(18.5%)이 독립 도출되었다. 키워드 네트워크는 기업교육(57.3%) 중심 속 평생교육의 지역사회 연계 가능성을 보여준다. 공식·비공식 학습 융합, 학습자중심 시스템, 지역 네트 워크, 지속가능성 역량을 핵심으로 하는 미래지향적 통합 프레임워크를 제안한다. 초기 단계이나 개념 적으로 견고한 연계성을 확인, 지속가능 교육 생태계 정책 통합을 제언한다.

Global trade relies heavily on shipping; yet maritime law frameworks often fail to protect seafarers’ human rights adequately. Seafarers thus continue to experience coerced labor, abandonment, harassment, or inadequate treatment. This research aims to establish a cohesive legal framework safeguarding seafarers’ human rights through a comparative analysis of international and Korean maritime law. It provides an overview of the current status of seafarers’ human rights protection; describes the theoretical framework of human rights principles and maritime labor; reviews and analyzes legal precedents regarding seafarers’ human rights; and offer recommendations for international and domestic (Korean) policies and industry and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the protection of seafarers’ human rights. This manuscript addresses soft law initiatives, including the Neptune Declaration, Geneva Declaration, and the training and accountability proposals from the IMO-ILO. The authors advocate for more stringent national legislation, comprehensive worldwide SASH training, and enhanced oversight. Ultimately, the rights of seafarers necessitate enforceable legal reform, global collaboration, and interagency support.

These are the contents of consultations with AI chatbots at financial institutions. Chatbot, which used to be an additional tool for adding convenience to life, is now at the center of our lives.

The small and medium construction companies are facing potential EHS(Environment, Health & Safety) of major accidents to cause casualties or a financial loss and increasing social responsibility. So, they have to voluntarily accomplish the EHS management system rather than passively with regard to EHS regulation. In this study, the framework of integrated EHS management system is developed based on cloud computing, and construction companies are to materialize self-regulation EHS process of construction workplace and to standardize the total EHS business process using the developed system. The proposed system also provides risk analysis, education/control and continuous improvement for EHS tasks and users can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. Eventually, the integrated system contributes to the managerial improvement by minimizing economic and physical loss caused by construction accidents.

The success of machine learning approach to identify key correlation in large database is critically controlled by the reliability and accuracy of the data. Here, we demonstrate that rigorous material properties of radioactive nuclear fuels can be obtained by integrated approach of first principles calculations and the machine learning approach. The reliable database is established by density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulations, which is the input of the machine learning to analyze any correlation among the database. The outcomes are applied to evaluate thermodynamic, kinetic and electrochemical properties, which plays a key role for safe management of spent nuclear fuels.

The objectives of this study are (1) to review previous studies in the context of brand management in consumer behaviors using costumer based brand equity (CBBE) and theory of planned behavior (TPB) as the basic foundation of the study; and (2) to develop a comprehensive research model by integrating relevant research constructs using meta-analysis. This study reviewed a total 173 studies from 58 published papers with 40 journals during 1991~2014 and developed a comprehensive framework with 16 research hypotheses. The results showed that (1) brand image, brand personality, brand association, and subjective norm are the important antecedents of brand attitudes; (2) brand awareness, brand trust, perceived quality, and perceived behavioral control are the important antecedents of brand loyalty; (3) brand attitude positively influences brand loyalty, which further influences brand equity; and (4) brand equity positively influences behavioral intention. This study fills in the research gap by integrating more research variables into CBBE model, particularly to include the influence of social context on consumer behavior through TPB. These results indicated that the integration between CBBE and TPB is meaningful and the comprehensive model can explain more variances than that of the individual model. Limitations, and recommendations for future research in this area are provided.
