        본 연구는 생존수영교육 참여를 통한 대학생의 수중불안, 수상안전 의식의 변화와 변인 간의 변화를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 울산, 경남 지역 내 소재 대학 중 생존수영 교육이 진행되고 있는 대학생 200명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 그중 최종 유효표본 191 명을 활용하였다. 쟈료분석은 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 대응표 본 t-tast, 반복측정 이원분산분석, 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생존수영교육에 참여한 대학생의 경 우 사전검사와 사후검사를 비교하였을 때 사후 수중불안은 감소하였으며, 수상안전 의식은 증가하였다. 둘 째, 수영교육경험 유·무에 따른 그룹과 시간의 상호작용은 수상안전 의식의 하위요인인 안전교육에서만 유 의미한 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생을 대상으로한 생존수영교육의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 나아가 대학교육에서의 생존수영교육 확대 방향성에 대해 제고해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

        This study attempted to provide implications by analyzing the impact of business Owner’s safety commitment on industrial accidents and examining the mediating role of management supervisors’ safety leadership and worker participation. Analysis was conducted on 2,067 manufacturing sites with 20 to 50 employees in the 10th Occupational Safety and Health Survey data. SPSS waw used to secure the reliability of the measurement variable. Hypothesis vertification was carried out after securing the suitability and validity of the structural model using AMOS. The direct impact of three latent variables on industrial accidents was confirmed: the business owner’s safety commitment, the management supervisor’s safety leadership, and the worker participation. The employer’s safety will and the management supervisor’s safety leadership do not directly affect industial accidents, but it has been verified that worker participation has a diret impact on industrial accident reduction. In addition, it has been confirmed that the safety leadership and worker participation of the management. Supervior have a complete mediating effect on the reduction of industrial accidents by mediating with the safety leadership of the management supervior and the participation of the workers. This study analyzed the impact on industrial accidents by dividing the stakeholders constituting the workplace into three classes: business owners, superviors, and workers, but the results suggest that employers and all workers inside the workplace may be organically linked to achieving the goal of reducing industrial accidents. Therefore, in order to establish an autonomous safety management system for safety and health at workerplaces, efforts are needed to reduce industrial accidents in their respective location by forming an organic community among internal stakeholders.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate(management commitment, safety education, preventive activity) and safety participation, and the mediating effect of safety motivation(intrinsic and extrinsic motivation) in small business employee. Based on the responses from 270 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) management commitment, safety education, and preventive activity effect positively on intrinsic/extrinsic safety motivation. 2) management commitment, safety education, and preventive activity effect positively on safety participation. 3) intrinsic and extrinsic safety motivation effect positively on safety participation. 4) intrinsic safety motivation mediates between 3 climate factors(management commitment, safety education, preventive activity) and safety participation. 5) extrinsic safety motivation mediates between only management commitment and safety participation.

        The occupational injury and illness(OII) was influenced by the various factors. This study was planned to investigate the pathway of the activities of OSHM on the rate of OII via worker's participation. The survey on the trend of the activities of OSHM was used. The sample size of manufacturing industry was 3,000 enterprises and that of construction was 1,000 enterprises. The survey was done by interview method with structure questionnaire. Questions about the activities of OHSM were integrated into one category using factor analysis. The enterprises with OII has more activities of OSHM than that without OII. Among enterprises with OII, the level of the activities of OSHM was positively correlated with the rate of OII. The activities of OSHM has influenced on the rate of OII directly and indirectly via worker's participation and the activities of prevention of accident. Worker's participation also has the direct effect and indirect effect on the rate of OII. Worker's participation in construction sector has more effect on OII than that in manufacturing sector.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job demands/resources and safety participation, and the moderating effect of safety self-efficacy. Based on the responses from 247 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) job demands factors(role conflict, role ambiguity and role overload) effect negatively on safety participation. 2) job resources factors(autonomy and social support) effect positively on safety participation. 3) safety self-efficacy moderates positively 3 relationships-between role conflict and safety participation, between role ambiguity and safety participation, between social support and safety participation.

        This paper reviewed the relationship among safety-specific transformational leadership, safety motivation, and safety participation, and the mediating effect of safety motivation between transformational leadership and safety participation. Based on the responses from 233 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspiration effect positively on safety motivation. 2) safety motivation effects positively on safety participation. 3) safety motivation mediates fully between charisma/inspirationand safety participation. 4) safety motivation mediates partly between individual consideration/intellectual stimulation and safety participation.

        Safety climate in the research area of industrial safety begins to be influential meta-theory. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate and safety participation, and the moderating effect of age. Data were gathered from 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry. It is found that management involvement, safety education, and precaution activities have affirmative effect on safety participation, and physical job load negative effect on it. Next, education, precaution activities, and safety system were found to have interactional effects on safety participation with age.

Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety efforts and employee safety participation, and the moderating effect of safety motivation on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that company precaution activity and management safety involvement have affirmative effects on the employee safety participation, but safety education has not. The extent precaution activity forces on participation activity was proved to be influenced by employee safety motivation.
