        본 연구는 저장 온도를 달리하여 높은 상대습도의 환경에서 건조 감자를 저장하였을 때 발생하는 품질변화를 관찰하였다. 저장기간 및 건조온도가 증가함에 따라 L* value 는 감소하였고, a* 및 b* value는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 수분활성도는 높은 습도 조건으로 인해 10일차부터 급격히 증가하였으며, 환원형 비타민 C 함량은 급격히 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. pH 값은 저장기간 동안 완만하게 감소하였으며 40oC에서 저장했을 때 큰 폭으로 감소하였다. 저장기간 동안 대장균군은 검출되지 않았으며, 일반 세균 수는 저장 온도가 증가함에 따라 많이 검출되었다. 전체적으로 20oC와 30oC에서 저장한 시료 간의 차이는 크지 않았으나, 40oC에서 저장한 시료의 경우 큰 품질변화를 나타내었고, 밀봉된 상태로 저장한 대조구의 경우 품질변화가 적게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 밀봉하여 산소와 수분을 차단한 상태로 저장하는 것이 제품 고유의 특성을 유지하는데 가장 효과적이며, 높은 습도의 환경일 경우 낮은 온도로 저장하는 것이 품질 변화를 지연시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

        This study is investigated the growth characteristics(number of available stipe, pileus diameter, pileus thickness, stipe length, stipe thickness, object weight, comparison yield ability of 1 cycle) and storage characteristics of ‘Sanjo 701’ (S7) cultivars according to relative humidity. The S7 growth characteristics were investigated by quantifying the growth and the characteristics according to the relative humidity, The storage stability was investigated every 5 days and freshness was measured by ‘Minamide Method’. S7 pileus diameter is The higher the relative humidity was confirmed becomes larger and the more increased relative humidity also increase the comparison yield ability of 1 cycle. However, pileus diameter or stipe length This could not see the big difference in the three treatment groups, the plieus thickness was no significant difference in the treatment of 80% and 95%. The fresh weight of S7 decreased significantly at 80% and 95% relative humidity after 10 days of storage, but decreased continuity in 65% humiditiry. The elongation percentage of S7 pileus was observe in 95% relative humidity, values of L, a and b (SCI), showed the highest L value in 65% and the a value in 95%. b values were similar in 65%, 80% and 95% treatments. On the ‘Minamide Method’ measure freshness was changed from the 10th day of storage at relative humidity of 95%, but humidity of 65% and 80% treatments, it changed after 15 days of storage. In this study growth characteristics and yield were increased at higher relative humidity, but storage stability was decreased. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to change the relative humidity to produce high quality mushrooms.

        느타리버섯의 생육단계에서 재배온도 및 상대습도를 조절하여 선도 유지 기간을 연장하기 위해 수행한 결과, 생육온도별 저장기간에 따른 버섯의 수분함량은 상대습도가 낮은 처리에서 다소 낮았다. 생육조건별 중량감모율은 저장기간이 길수록 증가하였으며, 처리간 큰 차이 없었고, 갓신장율은 저온생육시에는 상대습도 95±5% 처리에서 저장 21일에 가장 높았으며, 대조구에서는 상대습도 80±5% 처리에서는 저장 24일에 가장 높았다. 버섯의 물성을 분석한 결과, 경도와 탄성은 저장기간이 길수록 낮아지는 경향이었으며, 상대습도 및 생육온도에 의한 차이는 거의 없었다. 따라서, 느타리버섯을 발이유기 후 생육온도 13℃, 상대습도 80%이상으로 조절하여 생육하여 250~300g 랩포장하여 4±1℃에 저장 했을때 24일까지 신선도를 유지할 수 있었다.

        목본류의 절지를 이용한 싹기름 채소생산의 기술을 개발하기 위하여 뽕나무 가지를 2006년 4월 13일에 절지하여 4~6℃의 저온저장고에서 습도조건(40~50% 및 80~90%)에 따른 생존율과 1~3개씩의 싹을 붙인 가지를 자른 후 싹기름을 했을 때 저온저장 일수에 따른 새싹의 생장 정도를 조사하였다. 뽕나무 절지의 생존율은 저장일수가 길수록 낮아져 저온저장을 하지 않은 채취 당일에 싹기름을 한 것은 97.4%였고, 122일 저온저장한 후 싹기름을 한 절지는 40~50%의 습도조건에서 34.2%, 80~90%의 습도조건에서 저장한 것은 85.7%였다. 또한 절지의 저장일수가 길수록 새싹의 잎수가 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 싹의 길이와 폭도 큰 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서 뽕나무의 절지를 4~6℃의 저장온도와 80~90%의 습도조건에서 저장한 후 1~3개씩의 싹을 붙인 가지를 잘라 싹기름을 하면 새싹 채소의 생산이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

        Lentinula edodes mushrooms cultivated under different relative humidities were wrapped at 4℃ and the results of storage characteristics were investigated. Changes in water content of fruiting bodies during the storage period showed the highest water content in fruit bodies harvested from the treatment with the highest relative humidity. The luminosity of the fresh fruiting bodies showed no significant change during the storage period, and the redness was higher in the relative humidity 95% treatment than in the other treatments. According to this study, the relative humidity of the pileus was 65%, and the content of Ergosterol was 0.67 ± 15 g / L at relative humidity of 65%, 80% and 95%. In addition, amino acid analysis and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) confirmed that methionine was the main cause of changes in storage time and relative humidity.

        Tobacco seeds (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv KF109) were primed in the polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG) solution and then stored at 5 and 25~circC under 40, 60 and 80% relative humidity (RH) conditions for six months. The effect of storage temperature and humidity on mean germination time (T50 ), longevity and germination of the primed tobacco seeds were compared. Untreated seeds (control) stored at 5~circC showed high germinability throughout the entire storage period and humidity, and a decline in germinability showed after 6 months at 60% RH and after 3 months at 80% RH when stored at 25~circC , Primed seeds retained high germinability until 6 months at 60% RH and 3 months at 80% RH when stored at 5~circC but showed a significant decline in germinability after 3 months at 40% RH, and 1 months at 60% and 80% RH, respectively when stored at 25~circC , Primed seeds were completely lost viability when stored at 25~circC under 60% RH for 6 months and under 80% RH for 3 months.

        저장실험용 과실로 사과와 배를 경남 거창군 및 하동군 지역의 재배농가에서 저장실험 당일 직접 구입하여 사용하였다. 구입즉시, 습도가 70%(저장온도 ), 80%(저장온도 1) 및 90%(저장온도 5)로 유지되고 있는 정온실에 보관하면서 처리기간별로 채취하여 품질 변화를 측정하였다. 실험결과, 저장습도 90%(저장온도 5)조건하에서 사과와 배를 저장할 경우, 중량손실율이 최소가 되었으며, ascorbic acid의 감소율을 크게 줄일 수 있었고,

        Chestnuts(Castanea cretana, Eunki) were used for quality evaluations from the physiological and physicochemical points of view during storage under different temperatures and relative humidities for 8 months. Quality criteria included spouting, rotting, weight loss, and the changes in moisture, total sugar, reducing sugar, and total vitamin C of the stored sample. Sprouts(roots) were developed in about 2 months in all stored samples which had been mixed with sawdust(50% moisture) and stored under the conditions of 2∼25 and 62∼95% RH. The sprout development was more significant in the storage temperature of Pit(96, 805% RH, PT)and room(167, 8510% RH, RT) than low(31%, 805% RH, LT)and ambient(1411, 675% RH, AT). The rates of rotting and weight loss were appreciable in the order of PT, AT, RT and LT, and those of LT were 1∼2%. The use of wet sawdusts resulted in the increase of moisture contents in stored samples, thereby causing the rotting phenomena. Some chemical components of stored samples were found liable to the changes according to storage conditions, that is; total sugars showed a decreasing tendency along with a temporary increase during storage, and both reducing sugar and vitamin C were similarly accumulated in the samples stored at low temperature conditions. The results indicated that long-term storage of chestnuts will be possible in either cases of the application of low temperature following sprout-inhibition treatment or the use of lower temperature than 0 to suppress its sprouting during storage.

        Potatoes, Irish cobbler, were subject to quality evaluation from the physiological and physicochemical points of view during storage under different temperatures and relative humidities for 11 months. Quality criteria were sprouting, rotting, weight changes, moisture, total sugar, reducing sugar and vitamin C. Low temperature condition(LT, 2∼4, 80% RH) was enough to preserve Potatoes for 11 months, but it was indicated to be limitations that the increase in reducig sugar as well as sprouting by about 3.3 to 6.7% occurred from the 3rd month of storage. Meanwhile, pit temperature(PT, 3∼15, 75∼85% RH), room temperature(RT, 7∼17, 80∼95% RH) and ambient temperature(AT, 2∼25, 62∼72 RH) were shown infeasible conditions for the storage of potatoes mainly due to the increase In sprouting-rate and subsequent quality-loss after 3 months of storage. Based on the results, it proposed that more economical conditions, ranging 10 to 15 and about 80% RH following sprout inhibition treatment should be used for the long-term storage of potatoes.
