선박의 거주구는 엔진 등 동력원과 거주구 주변의 각종 팬 & 모터에서 발생하는 소음 및 진동이 직접적으로 영향을 미치게 된다. 최근 선원의 근무구조 개선을 위해 국제해사기구에서 2014년 7월 이후 계약된 선박부터 소음규정을 강화하여 강제적용 하도록 하였다. 이 연구에서는 강화된 소음 규정을 만족 할 수 있도록 흡음재 설치에 따른 소음저감 효과에 대해 고찰하였다.

화물창의 내부 세정은 압축공기 또는 고압수를 이용하고 있으나 전용 세정기를 이용하지 않은 경우 위험성이 높은 작업이다. 이 연구에서는 화물창 고압세척기를 개발하기 위해 분사노즐의 유동특성을 수치해석 기법을 적용하여 고찰하였다. 그 결과 입자의 크기는 영향은 크지 않았으며 공급압력이 높을수 록 노즐부 끝단에서 유속과 분사거리는 지수함수로 증가하였다.

선박에 설치되는 개구(Opening)는 사람이 드나드는 문(door)과 화물 출입구(cargo access hatch) 그리고 닫힌 장소에 사람이 드나들기 위한 맨홀(manhole)이 있다. 특히 해치는 수밀이 필요한 경우가 많아 폐쇄장치가 복잡한 기구로 구성되게 된다. 이 연구에서는 생산효율 및 품질향상을 위해 유압으로 작동하는 취부용 지그(JIG)를 개발하였다.

해양사고의 건수는 연평균 1,700회 이상이며 기관손상사고는 전체의 31.5%이다. 기관손상사고 중에서도 추진축계와 관련된 사고는 과다한 부하에 기인한 베어링의 마멸로 발생하며 정상운항에 큰 피해를 줄 수 있는 매우 중요한 요인이다. 이 연구에서는 선박의 추진축계 베어링 발열 사고를 사례분석을 통해 고찰하였다. 그 결과 축계정렬불량이 주 원인으로 분석되었고 이에 대한 주기적인 점검으로 사고를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This research studied the optimum design factors of garlic harvest, and investigated and analyzed labor, working hours, root chopping rate, and soil shaking degree, etc. to develop garlic harvester attached to cultivating tractor. As the research result, this research made 130cm of ridge and 20cm of furrow for machine work, working hours took 1 hour to cut 10a(990m2) utilizing spinach harvester attached to cultivating tractor, however cutting by labor force took 25 hours. Reduction of labor due to mechanization harvest raised by 25 times, which is expected to greatly contribute to resolving shortage of farm village labor. mechanical work performed 990m2 per hour, however harvest by labor force was 40m2 per hour, which showed 25 times of labor reduction effect compared to labor force harvest. Necessary expense was 2,970won per 990m2 by mechanical harvest, however 124,740won by labor force, which showed 37% of reduction effect compared to the economic analysis result.

The objective of this paper is to compare the site-to-site variability of ISO 10844 pass by the noise test sites. In order to investigate the site-to-site variance of test surfaces, European commercial tires are tested at seven different test sites. Three Korea test sites and four Europe test sites are selected. The pass by noise test is done according to a 2001/43/EC regulation. Although the ISO surface has a very specific track composition, it does not reduce the variation of pass by noise measurements over the surface of test sites. This paper shows that the test results of pass by noise level are different depending on the test sites. The correlation obtained in this work is able to predict the pass by noise level for certain test site using the data measured from another test site. The prediction value is range with an error within 1dB(A).

The lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) is applied to study the behavior of liquid droplet inside a PEMFC gas channel. To validate the fluid-fluid interaction model, the relationship between the pressure jump across the interface and the bubble radius is investigated for a static bubble to confirm the Laplace’s law. To evaluate the fluid-solid interaction model, static contact angle is calculated by changing the interaction parameter. Also, a constant gravitational force is applied to study the temporal evolution of liquid droplet placed on the bottom wall in a three dimensional periodic channel.

Results of this study appeared chicken breeding households nationwide in 3,323 households. Local broiler breeding two numbers are Jeonbuk>Chungnam>Jeonnam> Gyeonggi>Gyeongbuk>Chungbuk>Gyeongnam>Gangwon>Jeju appeared in other net. Local chicken breeding numbers are Chungnam>Jeonbuk>Gyeongbuk>Jeonam> Chungbuk>Gyeongnam>Gangwon appeared in order. Livestock mortality is 482,000 numbers in 2012, and 911,000 numbers in 2014 and 2.494,000 numbers in 2015, a significant increase year by to 4.298,000 numbers in 2016. Insurance 11.2 billion in 2012, 49.8 billion in 2013, 21.2 billion in 2014, 74.5 million won was paid in 2015 is expected to be paid in 2016, 128.4 billion won. A study on the future, preventing livestock damage caused by high temperature will have to continue.

The effect of PEMFC trapezoidal channel wall contact angle on water removal characteristics is
investigated with the volume of fluid (VOF) method. Two different contact angles 60 and 90 degrees
are selected. In the case of the side and top wall contact angle of 60 degrees, stable semi-spherical
droplets move along the top wall slowly. In contrast, complex shaped droplets move along the lower
edge in the case of 90 degrees. Moreover, it is shown that very complex interaction patterns between
different droplets which introduced into the channel at different times.
