For improved preservation of boiled-dried anchovies, the current preservation method of corrugated-cardboard box packaging and freezing below - 18℃ was compared to the nylon/polyethylene(NY/PE) packaging along with cooling temperature ranging from 5℃ to 10℃ as well as ambient condition for eight months by determining physicochemical quality of stored samples. Lipid oxidation of stored anchovies and their browning increased with storage time. The phenomenon was delayed under the conditions of lower temperature and air-tight packaging. As quality-indicative criteria of stored anchovies, carbonyl value(r=-0.989), browning (r=-0.949) and color a value(r=-0.989), browning(r=-0.965), Hunter's color b value (r=-0.949) and color a value(r=-0.940) showed a highly-negative correlations with organoleptic qualities of the samples. Based on the above results, air-tight packaging in a laminated film and subsequent storage at cooling temperature was found to be a possible alternative to the current freezing-storage of boiled-dried anchovies from the physicochemical point of view.
부산수산대학교 해양탐사선 탐양호(GT : 653.0tons)의 조종성능을 파악하기 위하여 Z 시험을 행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 타각 10˚, 20˚, 30˚의 Z시험에서 방향성 지수 K'는 각각 0.9464, 0.8651, 0.8349이고, 방향성은 타각 10˚일 때가 추종성은 타각 20˚일 때가 좋으며, 대체적으로 대타각을 사용 할 때보다도 소타각을 사용 할 때의 조종성이 더 양호함을 알 수 있다. 2. Over shoot angle은 타각 10˚, 20˚, 30˚일 때 우현전타했을 때는 각각 14.3˚, 32.3˚, 52.1˚이고, 좌현전타했을 때는 14.5˚, 33.5˚, 53.3˚이며, 우현전타 할 때가 좌현전타 할 때보다도 조종성이 더 양호한 경향을 나타냈다. 3. 타각 10˚Z 시험에서 - 조작간 항주거리는 배 길이의 8.8배가되어 조종성표준거리인 5~11배 이내가 되므로 대체적으로 조종성능이 양호하다고 볼 수 있다.
The effects of different protein sources (serum vs bovine serum albumin), growth factors (EGF and PDGF) and co-culture with various type of somatic cel1s (BOEC, MEF and BRL) on the in vitro development of in vitro matured / in vitro fertilized bovine oocytes were examined, and the viability of frozen/thawed embryos derived from IVM /IVF was examined. Cell numbers of blastocysts were also counted. In Experiment 1, CRaa with serum was superior to CRaa with BSA in producing morulae plus blastocysts from IVM /IVF oocytes(24.4% vs 30.4%, p>0.05). In Experiment 2, more morulae plus blastocysts(42.3%) were produced in CRaa containing long /ml EGF than in the control CRaa(33.3%). In Experiment 3, 2- to 8-cell embryos derived from IVM /IVF oocytes were randomly allotted to one of 4 culture groups : a) CRaa ; b) CRaa + ing /ml PDGF ; CRaa + Sng /ml PDGF ; CRaa + lOng /ml PDGF ; culture resulted in 21.3, 51.2, 41.4 and 45.9%(p<0.05), respectively, developing into morulae and blastocysts. In Experiment 4, 0 and Sng /ml PDGF added to CRaa coculture with BRL or BOEC yielded 47.5, 42.5, 33.8 and 41.6% morulae and blastocysts, respectively. In Experiment 5, the proportion of embryos into morulae and blastocysts was highest in CRaa with MEF coculture group(50.9%) compared to any other group(CRaa, 22.3%; CRaa+BRL, 32.9%; CRaa+BOEC, 33.8%, p>0.05). In Experiment 6, survival rate of blastocysts produced by in vitro fertilization when cryoprotectant was removed in 0.7M glycerol+0.7M sucrose and 0.7M sucrose solution for 10 min. after thawing at 2 (Exp. H, 58.8%) was slightly higher than when cryoprotectant was removed 10%, 6.7% and 3.3% glycerol for 10 min. after thawing at 37 (Exp. I, 54.3%). These study indicate that growth factors and somatic cell co-culture can increase the proportion of embryos that develop into morulae and blastocysts without an increase in the cell number and frozen /thawed method employed this experiment was not different.

This study was conducted to examine the condition of in vitro culture system and the viability after embryo transfer of in vitro matured-in vitro fertilized (IVM-IVF) bovine embryos. The in vitro development to the blastocyst stage was enhanced by supplying bovine serum albumin(BSA) to co-culture medium with bovine oviduct epithelial tissue(BOET) compared with that in medium supplemented with fetal bovine serum(FBS) (41.2% vs. 26. 3%, P<0.05). After transfer of IVM-IVF blastocysts into the uterine horn of recipient females (Aberdeen Angus), one was pregnant to term and produced a head of male Korean native calf. These results confirm that the in vitro development of IVM-IVF bovine embryos is affected with different protein source in co-culture with BOET, and IVM-IVF embryos can develop to term after in vitro culture and embryo transfer.
The purposes of this study were 1) to determine the relationship between antigravity control(supine flexion and prone extension) and postural control(static and dynamic balance) by age, 2) to determine the quality of antigravity and postural control, and 3) to determine whether sex difference correlates with differences in antigravity and postural control in young normal children. We tested 120 children aged 4 to 7 years. The study results showed a significant relationship between antigravity and postural control by age. Quality scale measurements(r=0.90) indicated that the children in this study had not yet developed full antigravity or postural control. The study results revealed differences between sexes(f>m in 5 of 7 tests) and a significant relationship by age in antigravity and postural control.
집파리를 chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos 및 permethrin 등 3종의 살충제로 누대도태하여 저항성 유발과 교차저항성을 조사하였다. chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos 및 permethrin으로 11세대 누대도채한 계통의 저항성 비는 감수성계통의 암컷에 비하여 42.0배, 3.8배 및 18.7배로 증가하였고, 수컷에서는 42.0배, 4.1배 및 16.4배이었다. chlorpyrifos 도태계통은 permethrin에서 암.수컷 각각 7.5배와 9.6배로 다른 살충제보다 높은 교차저항성을 보였으나, propoxur 에 대해서는 역상관 교차저항성을 나타내었다. dich-lorvos도태계통은 chlorpyrifos에서 암.수각각 13.3배와 15.9배로 높은 교차저항성을 나타내었으며 permethrin 도태계통에서도 chlorpyrifos에 대해서 암.수 각각 8.7배와 9.7배로 비교적 높은 교차저항성을 보였다.
Central commissary school foodservice operations' practices and their dietitians' job duties were assessed and compared with those of their counterpart of conventional school foodservice operations to find out strategies for early settlement and better management for commissary system. Survey qestionnaires consisted of general background, employees' work schedule and dietitians' job duties. 12 commissary schools(out of 22 existing in Korea) and 77 conventional schools from Kyungkido were participated in the survey. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Central commissary school foodservice was presently utilized at 5 schools from islands type, 11 schools from rural type, and 6 schools from urban type, consisting total of 22 commissary schools, and 52 satellite schools. 2. Dietitians were evenly employed with their experiences, 55.5% were those with less than 2 years of experience, 44.6% were those with more than 2 years of experience. 3. Commissary schools employed more full-time empolyees(1.8±0.7) than conventional schools(0.3±0.5), however as far as the production capacity was concerned, only the part-time employees played significant roles(p〈.01). Regardless of the number of students, an absolute number of full-time employees were employed, and their duties were not carried out efficiently. The part-time employees of commissary schools performed more loaded work compared to their counterparts in conventional schools. 4. Out of the dietitians' foodservice duties, 'basic food service production(3.9±0.7)' were carried out adequately, whereas 'nutrition education and advertisement(2.5±0.6)' and 'administrative affairs and information related duties(2.8±0.9)' were not. In order to enhance their working capacity, systematic organizational reforms are imminent. 5. Survey results also showed that dietitians performed less duties at satellite school than at the central commissary. This indicates more systematic foodservice management practices are urgently needed.
국화 잎과 꽃을 흡즙 가해하는 애긴로인재 (Nysius plebejus Distant)의 생활사를 진주지방에서 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 애긴노린재는 연중 3세대를 경과하였으며 세대별 성충의 발생최성기는 4월 중순, 6월중순, 8월 하순이었고, 8월 하순~9월 중순경에서 성충 유살량이 가장 많았다. 알에서 성충까지의 발육기단은 월동세대인 봄에는 6~7주가, 제 1새대와 제 2세대기인 여름에는 5~6주가 각각 소요되었다. 세대별 알기간 14.2일, 9.3일 및 7.2일 이였고, 약충기간은 45.2, 32.1 및 31.2이였으며, 알에서 성충우화시기까지의 총발육기간은 각 59.4일, 41.4일 및 38.4일이었다. 세대별 평균 산란기간은 25.6일, 23.4일, 21.2일로써, 큰 차이가 없었나. 평균 산란수는 각 41.5개, 37.2개 및 35.4개로써 월동세대가 조금 많은편이었다. 성충의 평균수명은 월동세대에는 암컷 32.6일 수컷 15.2일이고, 제 1세대는 암컷 27.5일, 수컷 12.3일이며, 제 2세대는 암컷 25.1일, 수컷 12.1일이었다. 성충의 성비는 대략 1:1이었으며, 대체로 기주식물의 잎이나 줄기의 표면에 산란하였다. 월동은 성충(90%) 및 5령 약충(10%)상태로 하였는데, 월동 전 성충운 성적으로 미숙한 상태였으나 월동 후 봄부터 생식이 활발하였다.
