본 시험의 목적은 온실의 주년계획이용을 위해서 하기주간 냉방의 방법으로 heat pump를 이용한 냉수냉방과세무냉방의 효율성을 검사했고 하기 토마토 배꼽썩음병 발생을 억제하기 위하여 냉방과 함께 과실에 송풍처리와 식물체 전체의 공기유동을 촉진시켜주는 처리를 했다. 시험결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 냉수냉방구간 기온은 13시경 온실내 기온보다 약 10℃이상 낮았고, 세무냉방구간 하부의 기온은 13시경 온실내 기온보다 약 5℃ 낮았다. 2) 과실에 송풍처리는 냉방방법에 상관없이 배꼽썩음병이 방지됐고, 냉수냉방 무송풍구의 배꼽썩음병 발생율은 34.5%, 세무냉방 무송풍구는 54.5%, 세무순환냉방구는 78%였다. 냉방효율면에서는 냉수냉방 방법이 충분히 생육한계온도 이하로 냉각되었고, 배꼽썩음병 발생율에서도 세무냉방보다 낮았다. 세무냉방은 재배구간의 공기를 유동시킴으로서 약 24%증가했다. 그러므로 토마토 배꼽썩음병 발생에 관한 환경요인은 온도보다는 습도가 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 생각되어진다.

Static performance was compared for the triangular plate elements through some numerical experiments. Four Kirchhoff elements and six Mindlin elements were selected for the comparison. Numerical tests were executed for the problems of rectangular plates with regular and distorted meshes, rhombic plates, circular plates and cantilever plates. Among the Kirchhoff 9 DOF elements, the discrete Kirchhoff theory element was the best. Element distortion and the aspect ratio were shown to have negligible effects on the displacement behaviour. The Specht's element resulted in better results than the Bergan's but it was sensitive to the aspect ratio. The element based on the hybrid stress method also resulted in good results but it assumed to be less reliable. Among the linear Mindlin elements, the discrete shear triangle was the best in view of reliability, accuracy and convergence. Since the thin plate behaviour of it was as good as the DKT element, it can be used effectively in the finite element code regardless of the thickness. As a quadratic Mindlin element, the MITC7 element resulted in best results in almost all cases considered. The results were at least as good as those of doubly refined meshes of linear elements.

This study investigated the antioxidant effect of Hermetia illucens larvae using different extraction temperatures and solvents. We found significant differences in total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), an in three antioxidant indexes 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 1,1’-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid (ABTS), and ferric-reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) contents, among the samples depending on the extraction temperature and solvent used. The sample extracted with water at 45℃ (HIW-45℃) showed the highest TPC, DPPH, ABTS, and FRAP contents, while the sample extracted with water at 90℃ (HIW-90℃) showed the highest TFC. These differences can be due to the different chemical structures of the extracted components. Based on these results, HIW-45℃ was the optimal extraction method for Hermetia illucens. We intend to further investigate the availability of functional materials for Hermetia illucens using this method.

The present study investigated the feasibility of using the ethanolic extract of Hermetia illucens larvae (HIE) as a whitening improvement material. In cell viability assays using B16F1 melanoma cells, no cytotoxicity was recorded up to 200 μg·mL-1 of HIE. Moreover, while tyrosinase inhibitory activity increased, melanin content decreased in a dose-dependent manner, indicating that HIE likely inhibited tyrosine-induced intracellular melanin biosynthesis in B16F1 melanoma cells. Therefore, HIE is expected to serve as a potent whitening improvement material.

본 연구는 효과적인 게임 현지화 방법에 대한 연구로 게임 텍스트의 번역에 있어 캐릭터성이 미치는 영향력을 증명하고자 한다. 보편적으로 상호작용 스토리텔링의 구조를 가진 게임 속 캐릭터들은 게임 속에서 일어나는 이벤트의 큰 영향력을 가진다. 또한 캐릭터가 특정 문화나 상징에 기반을 둔 경우 필연적으로 스토리와 연계성이 더욱 강해진다. 본 연구는 카발라의 ‘세피로트의 나무’를 바탕으로 캐릭터성이 구성된 게임 ‘로보토미 코퍼레이션’에 등장하는 캐릭터들의 캐릭터성을 분석하고 이를 통해 효과적인 현지화를 위해 게임 번역이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 Pym이 제시한 모방 이론(Copying Theory)이 게임을 번역하는 데에 효과적인 전략임을 제시하고자 한다. 게임에서 사용되는 언어는 대부분이 영어인데 이는 게임이 주로 미국을 중심으로 발전되어 왔기 때문이다. 사람들은 게임을 하며 효율적인 의사소통을 추구하며 때문에 그들은 번역된 단어들을 간단하게 축약시키거나 원어를 그대로 발음되는 대로 사용하며이는 의사소통에 있어서 효과적인 전략으로 작동하고 있다. 이러한 양상을 통해 게임을 번역하는 데에 있어서 외래어를 그대로 사용하는 것이 번역가의 선택 가능한 효과적인 전략 중 하나임을 알 수 있다.

The potato tuber is known as a rich source of essential nutrients, used throughout the world. Although potatobreeding programs share some priorities, the major objective is to increase the genetic potential for yield through breeding or to eliminate hazards that reduce yield. Glycoalkaloids, which are considered a serious hazard to human health, accumulate naturally in potatoes during growth, harvesting, transportation, and storage. Here, we used the AMMI (additive main effects and multiplicative interaction) and GGE (Genotype main effect and genotype by environment interaction) biplot model, to evaluate tuber yield stability and glycoalkaloid content in six potato cultivars across three locations during 2012/2013. The environment on tuber yield had the greatest effect and accounted for 33.0% of the total sum squares; genotypes accounted for 3.8% and G×E interaction accounted for 11.1% which is the nest highest contribution. Conversely, the genotype on glycoalkaloid had the greatest effect and accounted for 82.4% of the total sum squares), whereas environment and G×E effects on this trait accounted for only 0.4% and 3.7%, respectively. Furthermore, potato genotype ‘Superior’, which covers most of the cultivated area, exhibited high yield performance with stability. ‘Goun’, which showed lower glycoalkaloid content, was the most suitable and desirable genotype. Results showed that, while tuber yield was more affected by the environment, glycoalkaloid content was more dependent on genotype. Further, the use of the AMMI and GGE biplot model generated more interactive visuals, facilitated the identification of superior genotypes, and suggested decisions on a variety of recommendations for specific environments.
