음악 예술경영을 연구하는 것은 음악 전공의 발전에 매우 중 요한 의미가 있다. 음악과 예술은 상호 보완적이면서 불가분한 관계이다. 음악 예술경영의 모델과 방법은 음악 예술의 발전함 에 따라 끊임없이 발전하고 혁신하고 있다. 음악 예술경영은 지속성과 복잡성의 특성을 지닌 통합적이고 체계적인 프로젝트 이다. 현재 학문 간의 합병과 동질화 발전 추세에 따라 대학 음악 경영 인력의 양성 방식도 변화가 시급히 필요하며, 음악 예술을 다양한 문화, 학문 등과 결합시켜야 한다. 그러나 현재 중국 대학 등 고등 교육 기관은 사회 발전 방향 에 발맞춰 교사 인력 및 커리큘럼을 설정하는 데 여전히 문제 가 존재한다. 따라서 대학에서 양성한 음악 예술경영 인재는 현대 관리 및 네트워크 운영 등 측면에서의 종합 능력이 부족 한 것으로 보인다. 대학의 음악 예술경영 전공의 인재 양성은 어려움을 직면하고 있다. 따라서 사회와 음악 시장의 발전을 적용하기 위해 대학은 음악 경영 인재의 양성 목표, 방법 및 교육 전략을 조정해야 하며 학제적인 능력을 갖추면서 시장 수 요에 부합한 인재를 양성해야 한다. 본 연구는 중국 음악 예술 경영 전공의 발전 추세를 분석하고 정리하며 중국 음악 및 예 술경영 인재 양성을 위한 제안을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 다.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

The advent of big data has brought about the need for analytics. Natural language processing (NLP), a field of big data, has received a lot of attention. Topic modeling among NLP is widely applied to identify key topics in various academic journals. The Korean Society of Industrial and Systems Engineering (KSIE) has published academic journals since 1978. To enhance its status, it is imperative to recognize the diversity of research domains. We have already discovered eight major research topics for papers published by KSIE from 1978 to 1999. As a follow-up study, we aim to identify major topics of research papers published in KSIE from 2000 to 2022. We performed topic modeling on 1,742 research papers during this period by using LDA and BERTopic which has recently attracted attention. BERTopic outperformed LDA by providing a set of coherent topic keywords that can effectively distinguish 36 topics found out this study. In terms of visualization techniques, pyLDAvis presented better two-dimensional scatter plots for the intertopic distance map than BERTopic. However, BERTopic provided much more diverse visualization methods to explore the relevance of 36 topics. BERTopic was also able to classify hot and cold topics by presenting ‘topic over time’ graphs that can identify topic trends over time.

Recently, as ESG management has become an important issue, major companies in the automotive parts manufacturing industry are conducting ESG evaluations of their suppliers for the purpose of supply chain management. The results of these evaluations are being incorporated into contractual agreements. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are lacking in their capacity and resources to effectively respond to ESG evaluations. Furthermore, existing ESG management guidelines do not provide an industry-specific guidance, making it necessary to establish industry-specific guidelines that SMEs can refer to. Therefore, in this study, the evaluation Indicators of ESG supply chain assessments are surveyed, which is conducted by domestic major automotive parts companies and global automobile manufacturers. Then 56 supply chain ESG evaluation Indicators are derived. Also, ESG management indicators for SMEs is analyzed through the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), based on an interview of expert groups. Therefore, this study could propose industry-specific ESG guidelines, based on the results of the derived indicators, which reflects the need for SMEs to practice ESG management within certain boundaries.

In this study, the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (ETPB) was applied to analyze consumers’ intention to purchase meal kits. The perception of ESG management practiced by companies was used as a moderating variable to investigate its influence and moderating effects between each variable. An online survey was conducted over 4 days in January 2023 on consumers aged 20 years or older who had purchased meal kits within 6 months. Hypotheses were tested using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs with an effective sample size of 324 copies (100%). Attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, perceived sustainable package, and price sensitivity of the theory of planned behavior toward meal kit products had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, and all research hypotheses were accepted. The moderating effect of consumers' perceptions of ESG management practiced by companies had a positive and significant effect on attitude and perceived behavioral control.

기술경영학은 1960년대 미국 공공연구기관의 체계적 연구관리(R&D) 필요성과 영국 고등교육기관의 관련 학술지 창간 등에 의해 태동된 후 현재는 전 세계 809개 이상, 국내 19개 이상의 기관에서 연구와 교육활동을 수행할 정도로 크게 확산되었다. 특히, 한국에서는 2007년부터 산업부를 중심으로 지속적으로 정부예산을 투입해 단기간 내에 양적·질적으로 대학원 수준의 기술경영 인력양성 체계가 자리 잡게 되었다. 한국의 기술경영학 교육과정은 현장중심형 교육과정 운영, 교육기관 간 표준화와 동형화, 인접학문과의 친연성 등에 있어 해외의 기관과는 다른 경로와 차별성을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 기술경영학 교과과정을 체계적으로 분석함으로써 그 정체성과 차별성을 확인한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기술경영학의 주요 교재 11종(한국어 3종, 영어 8종)을 분석하여 기술경영학의 교과과정의 주요 내용을 7개 주제영역으로 구분하고 인접학문과의 차별성, 기술경영학의 정의적 특성에 관해 논하였다. 다음으로는 기술경영 대학원과정을 운영하는 한국의 9개 대학원 교과과정을 7개 주제영역에 투사하였다. 분석결과, 한국의 대학원 교과과정은 기업에서의 기술경영의 운영 측면, 산업별/기술별 기술경영, 산학연계 프로젝트/ 세미나에 62.5%의 교과목이 배정되어 있었다. 즉, 한국적 기술경영 교육과정은 지역산업에서 필요로 하는 중간관리자급의 기술경영 실행인재의 양성을 주요 목표로 하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 기술경영 교과과정의 분석 토대 위에 한국의 산업발전단계를 고려한 향후 기술경영학 교육의 발전방향을 시사점으로 도출하였다. 즉, 기술과 혁신의 개념과 특성에 대한 이론, 기업 기술경영의 운영만이 아니라 전략적 측면, 기술경영의 경제사회적 맥락에 대한 교육과정이 보강될 필요가 있다는 점을 제시한다.

최근 주주의 이익뿐만 아니라 양성평등, 근로자의 인권 등 사회문제에서부터 시작하여 탄소세 도입 등 환경문제에 이르기까지 기업의 사회적 책임 이슈를 회사법에 포함하여 논의되어야 한다는 논의가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러 한 논의는 ESG 경영, 즉 환경(Environment), 사회(Social), 지배구조(Gove rnance)의 이슈이다. 인권, 환경 등 공익적인 문제가 회사법에 영역에 포함 되어 기업의 공익적 책임이 강조되고 있다. 이는 단순한 기업의 윤리적인 책 임을 넘어 법적 책임을 의미한다. 본 논문은 ESG 경영에서 사회요소(S) 중 인권경영에 대한 논의를 하였다. 글로벌 대기업은 막대한 자본력을 가지고 개발도상국의 값싼 근로자들을 이 용하여 가격경쟁력있는 생산품을 생산한다. 그 과정에서 열악한 근무환경과 과도한 노동시간, 저임금 등 인권침해가 발생하고 있다. 개발도상국의 영세 한 대기업의 자회사나 협력업체를 통해 인권침해가 발생하지 않기 때문에 글 로벌 대기업은 그 책임을 지지도 않았다. 그러나 이러한 근로자의 인권을 보 호하기 위해서 최근 유럽에서는 글로벌 대기업의 인권경영을 강제하는 법률 이 제정되고 있다. 공급망실사법이 대표적이다. 공급망실사법은 기업의 생산 절차를 거쳐 유통을 통해 소비자에게 상품의 도달하기까지 인권침해가 일어 나는지 글로벌 대기업에게 실사의무를 지우는 것을 말한다. 이는 UN, OEC D 등 국제기구의 인권경영에 대한 관심에서 시작되었다. 우리나라는 아직 이 에 관한 구체적인 법률이 없다. 본 논문에서는 국제기구의 모범법체계와 서 유럽의 인권실사 법 등을 소개하고 이에 대한 우리 정부와 기업의 대응방안 을 논의하였다. 인권경영을 위하여 첫째, 정부 차원에서 EU 국가에서 실시하고 있는 공급 망 인권 실사법을 우리나라도 준비할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기업 차원에서는 기 업의 중요한 의사결정을 하는 이사회에서 인권경영을 위한 내부통제기준 및 준법감시기구를 설치할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 우리나라에는 기업의 투명성을 위한 사외이사제도가 마련되어 있다. 인권에 대한전문성을 가진 사외이사를 외부에서 선임하여 인권 및 환경경영위원회를 설치할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 우 리나라는 최근 자본시장법의 개정을 통해 여성임원할당제가 시행되었다. 그러나 대부분 상무이사가 아닌 사외이사를 여성으로 채우고 있으며 EU 국가 의 경우와 비교할 때 아직 여성이사의 비율은 미미하다. 따라서 점진적으로 여성이사의 비율을 높혀갈 필요가 있다. 그러나 기업에 강제적으로 여성 사 외이사를 강요할 경우 미국의 사례에서 보는 바와 같이 역차별의 문제도 있 을 수 있고 기업에 과도한 부담을 줄 수도 있으므로 영국의 ‘comply or ex plain’ 제도를 통해 점진적으로 회사 이사진의 다양성 문제를 해결할 수 있 을 것이다. 회사법의 목적은 결국 회사의 생존을 위해서이다. 생존을 위해서는 사회적 요구인 회사의 공익적 목적에도 부응하고 장기적으로 지속 가능하여야 한다. 회사법에서 이사회 등 회사의 의사결정권자가 합리적이고도 합법적인 의사결 정을 할 수 있도록 통제하여 이윤 창출과 인권, 환경 등 ESG 경영을 위하여 회사가 지속가능한 성장이 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다.

우리나라 기술경영 교육은 1990년대에 대학에서 독립된 형태의 전공으로 교육과정이 개설된 이후 약 30년 동안 지속적으로 발전하여 국내 여러 대학으로 확산 되어 왔다. 그러나 국내 대학에서 제공되는 기술경영 교육과정의 발전과정과 주제들을 구체적으로 다룬 연구가 많지 않았다. 본 연구는 우리나라 기술경영교육의 특성을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 발전방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라 기술경영교육의 역사를 시기별로 살펴보고 국내 대학의 기술경영 교육과정에서 다루는 주제들과 특징을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 대학원 과정의 기술경영교육이 제공하는 교육 과목들을 주제별로 분류하고 대학들 간 구성을 비교하는 내용분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 우리나라 기술경영교육의 특성을 도출하고, 연구결과를 바탕으로 우리 나라 기술경영교육의 발전과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 사람과 조직 그리고 이들을 둘러싼 환경 내에 존재하는 가치 있고 우수한 요인을 협력 기반의 질문을 통해 찾아 개발하고 발전시키는 변화의 방법인 Appreciative Inquiry(긍정적 가치탐색)를 활용하여 사교육기관의 지속가능경영 연구의 방향과 과제에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 긍정적 가치탐색 방법이 소개된 1986년 이후 의 국내외 문헌을 웹 기반 전자데이터베이스를 활용하여 총 321건(국외 298편, 국내 23편)을 검토하고 분석하였다. 지속 가능한 사교육기관의 교육 경영을 위해서는 문제 중심의 접근법이 아닌 가치와 강점 중심의 접근법을 활용할 필요가 있 다. 사교육기관의 지속 가능한 변화와 발전을 위한 가치 중심적 접근과 연구의 중심에는 긍정적 가치탐색이 있다. 사교 육기관은 긍정적 핵심 가치탐색과 활용을 통해 이상적인 교육 경영 모델을 수립하고, 이해관계자들의 의미요소를 파악하 여 소통방안을 마련하며, 기관과 기관 종사자들의 강점과 장점 및 우수요인과 성공 경험을 통해 발전 전략을 세우고, 기 관의 잠재력 활용과 적극적인 구성원들의 참여를 통한 효용성 있는 협력체계를 구성해 나가야 한다.

Data commentary is an important text type in research articles; however, its discourse model is often challenging to access because it is embedded in the upper genres such as textbook, weather forecast, and journal article. This study aims to establish a discourse model of data commentary, with a focus on academic research papers in Economics and Business administration journals. To accomplish this, this study employs Move analysis and SF-MDA(Systemic Functional-Multimodal Discourse Analysis) to investigate the moves of data commentaries and the metafunctional meanings of each step. The results indicate that the data commentary discourse model consists of three moves: (1) summarizing the topic and methodology, (2) representing figure and numbers, and (3) analyzing and commenting on results. Additionally, 22 steps are identified for each move that creates metafunctional meaning: ideational, interpersonal, and textual.

본 연구는 해상에서 전쟁억제와 한반도 평화를 담당하고 있으며, 국가경제의 핵심인 해상교통로 (SLOC) 보호 역할을 담당하고 있는 한국해군을 대상으로 Miles & Snow의 경영전략 이론에 근거하여 해군전략의 진화과정을 분석한 연구로서 다음과 같은 의의가 있다. 첫째, 군사전략과 경영전략 개념의 통 합을 시도한 최초 연구로서 해군전략의 개념, 수준, 수단과 방법 등을 경영전략 관점에서 살펴보았다는 것이다. 또한 해군이라는 국가조직을 창군기 부터 2022년 현재까지 경영학 관점에서 사례연구를 시도했 다는데 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 둘째, Miles & Snow(1978)의 전략유형 적용범위와 대상을 확장하였다. Miles & Snow(1978)에서는 특정 시점에서의 전략유형을 구분했으나, 본 연구는 시간의 흐름에 따라 특 정 조직인 한국 해군의 전략 변화 과정을 고찰한다. 이를 통해 Miles & Snow의 전략유형의 적용범위를 확장하고 경영전략 차원에서 미래 한국해군의 해군전략 개념 도출에 기여하였다. 기업이 지속적인 탐험과 탐색활동을 통해 환경과 기술발전을 고려한 경쟁전략을 선택할 때 경쟁우위와 성과를 달성할 수 있듯 이 해군전략도 국가목표 달성과 국익 보호를 위해 환경변화에 따라 조직구조, 추진 전략이 끊임없이 변화 와 진화되어야 함을 보여준다. 셋째, 국가조직 내부의 시각이 아닌 외부 주요 이해관계자의 관점에서 해군 전략을 연구하는 최초의 시도로, 관료제 조직의 한계점을 보완하고, 해군 전략수립과 실행에 일정한 논리 적 근거를 제공 한다. 특히, 제한된 국방비와 병력구조를 극복하기 위해 해양강국을 힘으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 강한 해군력 건설을 목표로 한국해군이 추진 중인 해군비전 2045, SMART Navy1), Navy Sea GHOST2), 한국형항공모함 및 미래핵추진잠수함 확보 사업 등 좀 더 객관적으로 바라볼 수 있는 전환기 적 시각을 제공한다.

This study tried to analyze the keywords of the papers published in the Korea Safety Management Science by using the social network analysis. In order to extract the keywords, information on journal articles published from 2018 to 2021 was extracted from the SCIENCE ON. Among the keywords extracted from a total of 129 papers, the keywords with similar meanings were standardized. The keywords used in the same paper were visualized by connecting them through a network. Four centrality indicators of the social network analysis were used to analyze the effect of the keyword. Safety, Safety management, Apartment, Fire hose, SMEs, Virtual reality, Machine learning, Waterproof time, R&D capability, and Job crafting were selected as the keywords analyzed with high influence in the four centrality indicators.

This study is a leading case of empirical analysis of whether, when corporate stakeholders (government, investors, customers, managers, employees) put pressure on companies for ESG management, it affects the introduction and implementation of ESG activities (environmental, social, governance) and affects business performance. As for the research method, a sustainability report was published, and a web survey of Korea Research Inc. was conducted from May 10 to May 20, 2022 targeting ESG management managers of 192 companies, and analyzed through the PLS structural equation model. As a result of the study, it was found that the introduction and execution of ESG is closely influenced by the pressure from the government, investors, managers, and employees, and in particular, the internal pressure of current managers and executives and employees has a great impact on the introduction and implementation of environmental, social, and governance activities. In particular, although external pressure also has some influence, it is practical to suggest that strong internal pressure is necessary for continuous activities and performance. And, methodologically, the main activity indicators of the GRI Reporting Guidelines, which are the most representative ESG management indicators, were developed as a questionnaire, and reliability, validity, and model fit were secured through comparison with indicators of multiple systems and expert reviews. The limitations of this study are that more in-depth analysis by industry or size is possible when ESG management is mature and sufficient samples are secured, and complex ESG pressure factor modeling is possible when more diverse stakeholders are added.

본 논문의 목적은 국토교통분야에서 정부 R&D 지원을 받은 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 정부 R&D 지원이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함과 동시에 사업화 프로그램의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내·외 문헌을 기반으로 R&D를 통해 도출되는 성과를 1·2차 매개변수로 구분하고, 정부에서 운영하는 사업화 프로그램을 조절변수로 설정 하였다. 회귀분석, 이중매개분석, 그리고 조절된 매개효과 분석 등을 이용하여 정부 R&D지원이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 그 과정을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 정부 R&D 지원이 기업 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인하였고, 논문 및 특허 등 1차 성과와 시제품, 법제도 개정 등 2차 성과 모두 정부 R&D지원과 기업의 경영성과의 관계에서 이중매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 정부에서 운영하는 사업화 프로그램이 1차, 2차 성과가 매개변수로서 역할을 할 때 그 효과를 조절하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 국토교통분야에서 기업 경영성과 및 경제적 효과 확대를 위한 정부 R&D 지원 정책을 수립할 때 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
