Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. A scheduling shows the planned time when processing of a specific job will start on each machine that the job requires. It also indicates when the job will be completed on every process. Thus, it is a timetable for both jobs and machines. There is only one server available and arriving work require services from this server. Job are processed by the machine one at a time. The most common objective is to sequence jobs on the severs so as to minimize the penalty for being late, commonly called tardiness penalty. Based on other objectives, many criteria may serve as s basis for developing job schedules. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.
본 연구는 경기도 용인시 학고개지역에서 도로건설에 의하여 훼손된 산림지역의 브릿지형 생물이동통로 식재계획을 수립하고자 실시하였다. 연구내용은 대상지 및 주변지역 자연생태계 조사 분석단계와 식재계획단계로 구분하여 실시하였다. 자연생태계 조사분석은 지형구조, 식물군집구조, 동물서식구조를 분석하였으며, 식재계획은 이동종선정, 식재공간구분 및 개념, 식재종 및 식재밀도를 제시하였고, 식재기본계획도를 작성하였다. 대상지의 지형구조는 산림능선을 훼손한 급경사 지형에 브릿지형의 생물이동통로 유형 조성이 가능하였고 동물의 이동은 생물이동통로 양쪽 끝부분에만 가능한 것으로 판단되었다. 식물군집구조 분석은 도로를 기점으로 동서 지역으로 구분하여 실시하였다. 이들 두 지역 모두 산복과 산록부는 졸참나무와 굴참나무가 우점종인 군집이었으며, 능선부에는 소나무림이 토지극상으로 분포하였고 이들 두 지역간 유사성도 높은 상태이었다. 야생동물서식구조는 야생조류와 일부 포유류를 대상으로 하였으며, 야생조류는 총 7종 57개체, 설치류는 2종 2개체가 관찰되었다. 식재계획에서 이동목표종은 야생조류와 일부 포유류로 설정하였고, 이들 종의 이동을 위한 식재공간은 야생조류 이 동 및 서식 공간과 포유류 이동지 역 을 구분하였으며 , 세부적으로 완충지역으로 브릿지 입출구 사면지역의 관목식재지, 차폐식재지, 양쪽 산림지역과 연결된 급경사지역 초본식물 군락식재지, 야생동물 유도식재지 야생조류 이동을 위한 군락식재지, 포유동물 이동을 위한 군락식재지, 야생조류 서식처 조성을 위한 군락식재지로 구분하였다. 식재종은 주변산림지역에서 상재도가 높은 종을 중심으로 선정하였고 각 공간별 식재밀도를 고려하여 식재기본계획도를 작성하였다.

In this paper, we propose a case study to treat planning and scheduling in factory of supply chain. In fact, the planning and the scheduling of a factory are not easily solved because of constraints of facility resources, material requirements, allowed planning times, and so on. However many packages are developed by vendors in Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS) aspects to solve these problems. We, therefore, analyze problems of an electronic company and apply the tool, Factory Planner(FP), to solve problems.
교량의 내진성능확보를 위한 유지보수계획을 수립하는데 있어서, 전체 생애주기비용의 최소화를 통하여 최적의 검사 및 수리회수의 결정방법을 제시한다. 생애주기 비용에는 초기비용, 파괴비용 뿐만 아니라, 검사 및 보수비용이 포함된다. 시간에 따른 내진성능저하모델을 손상함수를 이용하여 표현하였으며, 손상감지정도에 따른 Event Tree Analysis를 통하여 유지보수에 따른 파괴확률을 랜덤진동이론을 이용하여 산출한다. 예제로서 10경간 연속교의 최적유지보수방법을 살펴본 결과, 가속도계수가 증가하고, 연약지반일수록 최적유지보수회수는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.
As the market and the organizations of an enterprise expand globally, the rapid and accurate communication gets more important for product manufacturing. The manufacturing information flow among the designers, the process planners and the shop floors is characterized and modelled. Its methods are constructed using distributed objects. Their introduction to the network-based CAPP system offers speed and safety for the system and makes the reconstruction and distribution of the application programs easy. The manufacturing processes are generated based on the feature information of a designed part, then the manufacturing resources are selected using the process planning logic which is implemented by distributed objects. The databases and distributed objects are integrated under the recent internet environments. The developed system makes it possible to manipulate and to transfer the process planning and manufacturing data everywhere in the world.
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of sensory integrative procedures in promoting postural control, bilateral coordination and motor planning outcomes in child with developmental delay.
Design: A single-subject ABA research design.
Setting: Early Intervention Center of University.
Participant: A 7-year-old boy with developmental delay.
Interventions: Sensory integrative procedure. The subject was tested four times before, four times during, and three times after intervention.
Main Outcome Measure: Part of subtests of DeGangi-Berl Test of Sensory Integration, Bruininks-Oseretsky Motor Proficiency and Sensory Integration and Praxis Test.
Result: Postural control and motor planning are effected on sensory integrative procedure. Bilateral coordination did not change by this study. The quality of performance was increased by the therapy.
Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customer' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV(Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV(Life Time Value) rule that can improve the customer value.
